Brandie did an amazing job. Honestly, I hadn’t planned to keep the lashes beyond their grow out phase, but now I want to keep them up for the foreseeable future. They’re just so beautiful. I’m very particular and wasn’t sure if II’d like the way they would look on me since I’m a very natural, low maintenance person and wasn’t sure if they would look too intense for me, but she made them so perfect. I can’t stop looking at them in the mirror! Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming and the overall experience was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to future visiits.

I had a fantastic experience at Amazing Lash in Sugar House! From the start, the process was seamless—taking advantage of the Facebook discount was easy, and their telephone customer service was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the email reminders too. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. It was my first time and they made me feel right at home and easily explained the process. I opted for the natural look with minimal volume, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am excited to try the membership, too. My lashes look amazing—check out my pics, no makeup, no filter needed! This was a 5-star experience all the way. Thank you so much to the team at Amazing Lash!

I appreciate that Amazing Lash does lifts and tints. The space was comfortable and the person who did my lashes did a great job. The curl looks great, the lashes are spaced perfectly. I do however wish my lower lashes could be targeted a little better. This has been a common challenge across more than half of the lift/tint services I've received and I wonder if there's just not a way to target the lower lashes well. Otherwise, all good and look great on day two!

I came in because I wasn't happy with thelaskes I had been getting elsewhere and the lashes I had on previously are coming off so I'm left with big open spots again...I realize that the old one have to come off but I really need to get these fixed they look funny, but I lived the service the place is super cute I signed up for the deal for maintaining my lashes I just need to come get them filled before the two week mark in fact I need to come in before the week mark? and I can't really afford it

I unfortunately went to a different salon a couple of weeks ago, where my experience was a disaster! From the moment I got my lashes at the other place, I was disappointed. They went in all different directions, had gaps and were crunchy and sore. The past artist also kept dropping lashes on my face and would pinch my skin every time she tried to pick them up. AND she kept dropping her tools on the floor. Fast forward two weeks and it's time for a fill. This time I found Amazing Lash Studio in Sugarhouse. Emily at the front desk was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She set me up with my artist Lizzy, who not only listened to my horror story, but took the time to carefully remove the mess from the previous artist instead of just slapping more lashes on. She took everything I said into consideration and gave me the most amazing set of lashes I've ever had. She was so fast and had such a gentle touch. I've never had lashes feel so weightless and natural, while looking this good. It really feels like there's nothing there. I refuse to go to anyone else after this. Izzy is my lash savior. Everyone there is so information driven. They all want you to understand the responsibility, process and care involved with having lash extensions. Of course there's a sales element with the membership and products, but they're a business....that should be expected. Besides, the membership basically just locks you in to Groupon style rates. Why wouldn't anyone take advantage of that? The salon is clean and inviting, and the staff is amazing. I won't go anywhere else again!

I have been getting my lashes done for 7 years, Amazing Lash since January, and this place is great. Consistent for the most part between artists, you know what you’re going to get. Beautiful lashes at a convenient time at a fair price. Sugarhouse has amazing front desk pros who make the whole process so pleasant. Rooms are comfortable, artists well trained and fast. I get tons of compliments too.

I LOVE amazing lash studio In sugarhouse! I seriously have never had a bad experience there. I always love how my lashes look and they always last 2 1/2 to 3 weeks before I need a fill and even then I could probably push it for longer. The staff is always friendly and know me by name. My stylist Brandie is AMAZING! She remembers me by name and remembers all the things we have talked about during previous lash appointments. She always makes me feel super comfortable around her and I trust her with my lashes 100% I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else for lashes ❤️

It's a very comfortable experience. Having some issues with someone that close to my face isn't so great but because lash studio takes there customers into consideration the whole two hours if that isn't so bad. Plus you get to take a nap that's how comfortable you get.

Really great front desk staff to educate on options. This is my first fill transitioning from another lash artist so I wont see the full result for another fill or two due to risidual lashes. Clean, almost sterile environment. I’m looking for ongoing lashes at a fair price with lots of appointment options so it so far has fit the bill. Lashes look great 3 days in.

I’m happy with being a regular here, I always plan my appointments last minute because planning in advance never works with my job. Every lash lady is nice, professional, efficient, and gentle! (Brandie, Lizete, Abby) I think you’d have a lot more returning business if you didn’t try to lock people into a service subscription. If there was a little shelf/hanger to put your stuff/ hang a purse, it’d be nice to not have to put all your stuff on the floor. (: thanks for being awesome and accommodating.

I have been going to amazing lash studio for about 5 months. I was planning on only doing it through the summer but the membership thing keeps you tied in. When I signed up they told me Utah was the only state that didn't charge for a membership cancellation but they get money out of you regardless because once you cancel you can't use your credits... So that sucks, but the experience has been great, the receptionists are awesome and my lash aesthetician Lalita is the best. My lashes are always on point because of her <3

The first time coming to the studio, there was only one woman working. Brown hair, didn't catch her name. She was maybe in her 40's or 50's. Very pretty! I was running late and she managed to get me in, with a smile! She was so nice, professional, and accomadating I bought $100 worth of product and signed up for a membership. Great experience! They need you back! My second experience however was not as pleasant. I was running late again, taking responsability in calling and saying I will just go to the end of the hr. I did not expect them to run over for me! Making this clear to the reveptionist, we hung up under this understanding. While driving another receptionist called and as she said she was aware of the previous conversation with the last girl, she stated she just wanted to make sure I understood and would have to sign a waiver. OK. I arrived literally 2 min later and the 3 girls behind the desk looked at me disaproovingly! One of them hurried around the corner re-stated again the previous 2 conversations and had me sign the waiver... Working in the field of Esthetics, I'm all too aware of these conditions! I was furious thou!! I almost cancelled my membership, but gave it another shot. The third time only 2 girls behind the desk (which getting to 2 and 3 young girls staring at you is intimidating in itself!) But whatever... The girl took me back and she did a good job styling my lashes, gave me the bare minimum and finished early. It's been a week and I already need a fill. Recommendations: Sometimes it's nicer to have more maturity and enthusiasm behind the desk. Atmosphere is cold like a Dr's office! Warm it up! If there is a lead, make sure she is checking the lashes and experience in private! Get the woman back who was so sweet my first time! Still contemplating cancelling!!

The customer service at this location was top notch. Just what I expected, since all the AL offices I go to around the country have been wonderful. Unfortunately, this is the second office in Salt Lake I have been to and have had a really bad lash experience. After less than five hours my lashes started falling off. Three days later and I have very few left. I think y'all are growing too fast and need to train staff a little longer. Again, the experience in the office was wonderful. The application of lashes, not so much.

From the moment I was seen for my lovely lashes, the ladies treated me so well. My lashes are done quickly with great expertise. The lady I went to before did a good job, but after a couple of months, she kept me waiting longer and longer until she had me waiting for 45 minutes and rushed through the job and the quality was not there. The lady I see at amazing lash studio is wonderful. My experiences get better and better.

Just got my lashes done today by Emily. She was great. I’ve never had them before and was nervous as I had no idea what I was doing or what the outcome would be. She made me feel relaxed and the staff walked me through the process! Their pricing is excellent and they do a great job. I love my lashes. :)

I love getting my lashes done at the amazing lash studio in sugarhouse. All of the staff from the reception to the lash stylists make you feel like you are important and they always give great advice on how to care for the lash extensions that make them last for a long time. I changed from another AL location where the customer service wasn’t so good and heard about the new location in Sugar House. Every phone appointment I make and every visit to Sushr House AL, has shown outstanding customer service. The owner has been there every time and always accommodating. Keep up the great work because you sure make me feel important when I arrive. The staff is wonderful and always so pleasant too. Thank you.

LOVE this place! I have always wanted my lashes done but have been skeptical and worried that I wouldn’t like them or they would hurt my eyes. I saw Emily and she did such a great job!! She gave me exactly what I was wanting and made sure I was doing good the entire appointment. She is very professional and knows what she is doing! The environment is super friendly and helpful with any questions you have! I would highly recommend this place!! If you ever want your lashes done ask for Emily!

I came here spontaneously and man am I so happy! I haven't gotten my lashes done in so long because I was scared to from the first time I went to another place. But this place has changed my idea on extensions. Right when I walked in I was welcomed right away everyone was so nice. I got my lashes done by Emily and she was so kind and informative (because I don't know jack about lash extensions) she only took two hours for a full set! I thought I would be in there for much longer. But she was fun and personable. I am definitely coming back here! And telling everyone about it. Don't let the "chain" name scare you, but definitely come to this location! You will not regret feeling so beautiful all the time

First off, everyone here is super sweet! They were super thorough with everything, and was super accommodating from the moment I stepped into the studio. Scheduling an appointment with them was super easy, and the location is great. I would say the thing I did not care too much for was how much they had to push their own products, but that has more to do with the company as a whole, and not just this location. Karizma did my lashes,and she did such an amazing job. She made sure the sizes of the extensions fit my eye shape and lashes, and that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was so outgoing, personable, and so so sweet - definitely recommend her!
