When I looked it the mirror I was outstanding at how beautiful and natural my eye lashes appeared. This is the best place to get lash extensions. Esmeralda (Esme) does a fantastic job and my lashes look great and last. I would definitely recommend this lash studio versus going to a hair or nail salon that does lashes. You will get the quality that you pay for. Lovely and professional staff.

Such a professional studio. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I was made informed of my options and pricing upon arrival. I was taught how to wash my lashes which I’ve never been informed of at previous locations. I signed up for a package for regular upkeep. I’m hooked!

I came in today to get a new set of lashes. Sad to find out America no longer works with Amazing lash, but I was pleasantly surprised when a new stylist by the name of Ashlyn came in and rocked it!! She was super polite and we discussed what I wanted, not to mention has the most gentle hands in the world! Wonderful experience. I have had a membership for 3 years and I loved my San Diego location. I was afraid that my experience in Temecula would not be as good. WRONG!!! This salon was awesome. I have been a client since you opened in Temecula. I love the studio, the look, the cleanliness, the people at the front desk. I don't like the fact that I have so many problems keeping the lashes on and I never feel, for what I am paying, that I get enough lashes! I hate the time frame in which the technitions have to do their refills. It leads to them rushing and not being able to do what's right for the client, which should be the most important thing! I do however love the convenience of time that you are open! A huge advantage. I will continue to go there until I can find a indipendent styalist thst can do my lashes to my satisfaction.

I've tried several different people/salons over the years for my lashes. I keep coming back to Amazing Lash Studio because of the variety of the 4 different styles of lashes to choose from. I like their supportive products that are available for sale to help keep your lashes beautiful. I particularly like the "wand". I have purchased 2, 1 for my purse and 1 for my makeup case. By brushing out your lashes 2-4 times a day keeps your lashes from twisting. Also they have a liner that helps strengthen your lashes and prevents lash damage. These tips from their knowledgeable staff is valuable information that other people/salons don't offer. Lastly I like the consistency of service. No mater which technician you have the quality and consistency is the same. 2 thumbs up for the Temecula studio.

Missy saved the Amazing Lash experience for me and I will only go to her! I’d give five stars based on Missy alone, but I’ve been waiting since New Years for the manager to call me regarding an issue I had with a product and it’s almost Valentine’s Day and I haven’t heard from the manager at all. The girl that did my lashes last, did not put anything over her mouth and was breathing all over me and had smokers breath and her fingers smell like cigarettes, did not smell like she washed her hands at all. Manager is wonderful. I didn’t even “complain” about a time/appointment glitch, but the customer service ladies and my stylist mentioned me, and the boss :) gave me a CREDIT!! #WOW. Reference stylist Missy, she’s the best! Some of you can relate, there aren’t too many “humans” in this world that I want to spend 2 hours of my life (2 hours that I can never get back) with. Her expertise and talent as an artist is beyond compare, and most importantly, her spirit is kind and beautiful. I LOVE this salon. Jocelyn is by far the gem of this place, I have had services with several technicians however she goes above and beyond every time! The quality of the work is pretty good but it’s frustrating to me to pay for an hour appointment each month and not get an entire hour of work. Every time I go, my stylist usually doesn’t seat me until 5-7 minutes after my appointment and then I’m back in my car (paid, next appointment set, etc) before the hour is even up. Very frustrating. Please don’t advertise an hour when I’m probably only getting 45 minutes of work at most.

I've gone to several different locations in the past and haven't met someone as professional as Chelsea. She enjoys and knows lashes like no one I've met before. I generally like a mix blend of lashes but my lashes weren't strong enough to hold them. So Chelsea suggested the thin lashes which I was worried wouldn't give me enough volume. They look Awesome! The time and care that Chelsea puts into my lashes you wouldn't know if they were a mix of thick and thin or just thin. Chelsea is very detailed oriented and knows her profession.

Alexus listened to my concerns and really helped me to feel comfortable through the whole process. I did the patch test to calm my nerves before having a full set put on and don't regret it. I have had the full set on now and love them. Everyone who knows me comments on how natural and amazing they look! Alexus recommended a plan for easing into longer and fuller lashes and I think she has great ideas! I plan to fill them in more as time goes on, but wanted to get use to the weight first and didn't want to shock people with the changes!

I always love coming here to get my lashes done, they’re pretty accommodating with appointments too! My favorite stylist is Niko (forgive me for misspelling if I did). He is so sweet, personable and fun to talk to! We literally chat about everything during my appointment and my lashes always come out stunning!

I have alot of natural lashes so j wasn't surprised It took the full 2 hours, but im so impressed I didn't mind the time at all. I cant remember my lash stylist name but she was blonde and was very professional and I loved that she explained what she was doing so I felt very comfortable the entire time. She was very nice and friendly and the front desk was kind as well. I will be returning for a membership. I recommend the blonde because she was great and my lashes look so incredible I get compliments everytime I go out and im a housewife so I dont go out that often so it just makes my day when I recieve such a fabulous compliment on my lashes.

I had a great experience getting my lashes done. They were full and natural and exactly what I was looki g for. Maria explained everything I needed to know about prior to arriving at Amazing Lash and before I left. I felt like I knew exactly what to do to care for my lashes even after getting them done for my 1st time. Not sure why there is so many negative reviews but they must be talking about a different studio because this was a wonderful experience.

Hi my lashes turned out fine enough, but I actually contracted conjunctivitis (pink eye) about 5 hours or so after my appointment which I believe I got there. I’m not fully sure if it was from a reaction to something used on my eyes or from the practitioner but I wanted to make sure you guys were aware so you can be more preventative in the future please!

My lash girl is always amazing. However, the front desk girl was very rude and sarcastic. I had called ahead of time making sure that I had 2 fills to cover my full set. The front desk girl assured me that my full set would be covering since I am a member and my 2nd fill would be redeemable at the time I made my appt. Since I am a member and automatically get (I save my fills exactly for this reason) $$$ taken from my account I was frustrated getting a voicemail from the front desk stating she made an unauthorized charge to my account because my 2nd fill wasn't available just yet. When I called to inform her that I was told I had 2 fills she did not try to resolve the problem in any way, she basically said there was nothing she can do and whoever told me that I had 2 fills was incorrect. When I asked to speak to a manager she sarcastically answers me with a belittling comment. Treating me as this whole mess was my fault. Dealing with her makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I do not want to go back to the Temecula location again.

BEST lash salon around! The staff is friendly and professional. They don't allow kids so it's peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I called Amazing Lash after another lash bar gave me the WORST set of lashes then refused to remove them. Sara made me feel welcome and comfortable. She removed the original set of lashes free of charge. She then placed a beautiful set of lashes that are soft and natural looking. After 3 weeks of wind, water, sand and sun my lashes still look beautiful.I can't say enough good things about Amazing Lash. They're Amazing!

The front was clean and organized. The front desk girl had pretty lashes on. She was nice, knowledgeable and tentative. The girl that did my lashes wasn't feeling good, which made me a little uncomfortable because I didn't want to get sick. But she later told me she was pregnant. I didn't like that she didn't wear a face mask or gloves during the service to apply the lashes. I also feel she rushed through my lashes after starting 20 minutes behind my apt time because she wanted to be off work at 3. You get what you pay for so $89 worth of service was what I got, but I don't feel like they are amazing. And I won't return.

Im not from here and I went to get my lashes done. The employees where very nice! And very informed, I got my lashes done but after looking at them my lashes where soo cracked on with so much glue that they are hard to the touch. I naturally have a lot of lashes but, u didn't need 12 lbs of glue and lashes on my lashes to make them fuller. Again everyone was nice and helpful but I did not like the outcome of my lashes at all.

I love how the ladies at the front were very up beat and gave me all the information I needed to know right away. My lash lady was super nice as well and talked me through every style and what would look best on me. When I was leaving they showed me their products I COULD buy but didn't do it in a way where I felt forced. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I don't think I will be going anywhere else!
