I was told my lash retention was amazing so assumed my fill would make them look as full as they orginally did. However someone told me that never the case. Lashes is the one thing I do for myself. Makes me feel good about myself I can’t explain it and the shop and ladies make the experience feel like I’m important. There positive attitude is so refreshing in this town.

Second time getting a full set, I went for a natural look at first and this time was more dramatic. Both turned out increadible. The girls at the desk are so friendly and Timberly is very welcoming.

I love the product and result; however, I won't be able to continue because of the extreme cost. When you need to repeat the process every 2 to 3 weeks, I won't be able to do that because if the high cost.

I have gotten my lashes done several times from the same girl. She had been doing very well and I was always pleased with the results. However, she left on personal leave and I wasn't notified and was put with someone else. Being a stylist myself I always notify my reoccurring clients before I leave, it's common courtesy. My experience with the random stylist they put we with was terrible. She was extremely rough and I was tense the entire two hour service for fear of her pulling my lashes again. She was breathing very heavily right into my face and reeked of cigarette. When she asked if she was hurting me she replied that it shouldn't hurt because she "wasn't even pulling on me." I was debating asking to leave halfway through the service. Compared to the results that I had been used to seeing, I was very disappointed when she finished. She had glued them so close to my eyelid that they were glued shut when I went to open my eyes. They are all glued together in one clump and look awful. I requested to never be put with the stylist again.

I've only had 2 appointments and I've been called twice that they needed to be cancelled due to my stylist being sick the first time and then a family emergency the 2nd time. They did manage to find a stylist and I could keep my appointment for my first set. The eyelashes looked amazing and I recieved a ton of compliments on them. I had some issues with the glue, so for my 2nd appointment they decided to try a different glue in hopes that the extensions stay on. I've also referred to people who have made appointments because they loved how mine look.

From the time I walk in, to the time I leave, these ladies are phenomenal at helping make sure I have all my questions answered and walk away feeling REALLY confident about my lashes, my needs, and the product. I love them staff. They are top notch. I do not recommend the sensitive glue. Lashes fall out too quickly. Platinum glue is where it is at!
