The Amazing Lash at Tri City always has appointments available when I need them and I have been loving my lash tech India. Selfishly, I don’t want to tell you the name of my lash stylist so she is always available for me (haha), however I do want to share the love! Her name is Yeimy and she is the absolute best! My lashes look great and the retention is incredible! They are SO LUCKY to have her!!! I also had a situation where it could have been stressful, but the front desk and management team handled it beautifully! Self care is sometimes a challenge, overcoming the guilt of spending time and money can be stressful! I had a question about the charges. Lashes are an investment, especially at first! It turns out, the Membership is the way to go , but it didn’t make sense at first! They worked together to ease my mind and patiently explained the billing. I hit the jackpot finding this Amazing Lash studio because of the staff and quality of service!!

My technician was Ashley C and she was AMAZING! She's the trainer of the location so I was really happy to have her. I picked "any technician" when scheduling my appt online so I really lucked out! The only thing was a new client full set said $80 on the website but I was told that that was for a basic set, nothing long or dramatic. It ended up being $130 (tip included). I wasn't mad about it but wish it was more clear on the website as well. I also asked the front desk the price for a fill in a few weeks and she said $80 (for the service) + $25 (for the fill). On the pricing pamphlet it says $35 for a volume refill and $65 for a volume full set so I am not sure what I'll actually be paying for the fill. Regardless, Ashley C was amazing. I was comfortable the whole time and she was so gentle and carried on great conversation. I'll be back to see her in a few weeks!

I went to another lash studio for about a year before moving over to Amazing Lash Studio and i'm so happy with my choice! I was paying twice as much and counting the days until my next appointment at the other place! They had no real options for the different looks, I just kind of got what i got for awhile until i finally knew to ask for the look i wanted and even then i didn't always get it! I was literally scolded by the owner once for having worn eyeliner! Amazing lash studio is amazing and i absolutely love the way my lashes look every single time! And they offer a membership so you're not paying $100 for a refill and they're all an hour! I was used to having to choose 30, 45 or 60 min fills with the other place but sometimes i needed an hour and only booked 30 min and other times i needed the hour. You are greeted by a very friendly person instead of walking into a place where you're stared at by every one and forced to listen to the lash artists gossip about other clients and laugh about their inside jokes. You're in your own room and they are not rushed, and i'm not sure if it's also much better quality or what, but by my next appointments I am just starting to need to go so I feel like i'm actually getting what i'm paying for! and i always have amazing lashes! Oh yeah and instead of being told to just use black eyeshadow as eyeliner 🙄 they offer everything you could possibly want such as mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow pencils and much more! I have seen several different lash artists and have been happy with them all! I am so happy they were/are offering the huge discount for the first time lashes because it's a bit pricy usually anywhere to get started, but I loved the member option and made the switch and have not looked back! I highly recommend this place if you love having perfect lashes all the time! And i pay less than half of what i used to and never have looked horrible waiting for my next appointment to finally come up! I Cannot speak highly enough about amazing Lash studio it really is amazing and so are their products and their employees!

I've tried 3 different techs in the short time I've joined with the lash membership here at amazing lash studio. And so far, Adele has been the very best. She is sweet, she works fast, she explains anything that I have a question about. Which I am assured by all the techs that this is regular & it happens to everyone. That it's the calm and comforting oasis amazing lash studio is going for. There's one girl in particular I absolutely love!! I wish I knew her name! She has straight blonde hair I believe, s Even when I call on the phone I can tell that it's her! She's very personable and makes you feel very special. But the girl I saw at the desk last night, the girl that usually works at the new st pete store on 4th st. .... she was NOT really pleasant. She was rude & didn't explain anything to me but kind of made me feel stupid & basically ignored my concerns to take my payment altho I was wondering about why my pay was so high. She did not impress me any and I even thought about calling in the morning after the store opened to speak with whom ever was in charge. But my lashes look great & I am very pleased with Adele, my regular go to lash tech.

Alexis put my lashes on today and they look awesome. I went to Alexis a few times when she was at the other location and she always did a phenomenal job! This place is super professional, I’m a first timer and they walked me through the entire process. I had Erica today. She was so nice and took time to fill my lashes up. I told her my previous experience and she even took more time to help me fix my lashes and complete my look. It ended up being full and a little darker making the lashes pop and I’m so in love! Go to her, I’m so happy I tried Amazing Lash again but the Pinellas location. Every location is basically a different owner and not all of them are good but I’m glad this one is.

I went to Amazing Lash, a recommendation of a friend, her eyelashes and were amazing, My first set of lashes(Glam),were nice upon leaving, not as nice as my friends,individually we are all different. I purchased, the maintenance kit ($70.00) to maintain and used as instructed. Three days post my visit my eyelashes began falling off, i called made them aware of the shredding lashes and was told "your eyelashes are growing out' Two days after most of my eyelashes were gone, I called again and was told some times that happen. No apologizes;no come in..nothing, Called again and asked how to cancelled my contract told I would have to come in and sign papers. Being they already deducted the monthly "payment" I made an appointment for a fill-in with only 3 lashes left. I requested Erica(she did my friends) for my last and final visit. I must say, I did not cancel from now on I will see Erica. Thank you to Erica not only are you amazing and skilled at what you do, you are caring and compassionate about your art.
