My first time getting my lashes done. This visit was the refill. Different artist. I feel like she paid more attention to what I wanted and gave me the look I wanted. When I first got them done I expressed concern on how they looked and nothing was done. Was basically told “oh well” . This artist went back and filled in the spots I felt uncomfortable about. And with the amount I paid … I appreciate the effort. I love them!

Very happy with my lashes, and with Kennedy both are great! I was very upset to find out after I left that I should of got my parking ticket validated by yall! I had to pay $20.00 to park where as if the receptionist would of asked me if I needed my ticket stamped (I’m sure I’m not the first person to have this happen)I would of not had to pay.maybe put a sign by the register reminding customers that that is also something yall do for your customers that have only there to park… ? I found it to be very upsetting, since I called to find your place and was told to park in the garage.. I know it was my fault as well for not seeing the tiny print on the ticket machine about the 4hour free parking W/ validation!! I just seen the 4 hour free parking. SMH!

Gabby was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle and friendly, as well. The only thing that I would change is that I signed up for a promotion, I thought for $79.99, but was not told that I would have to sign up for a membership to get that price. I was not ready. I had to use a step latter to get on the table yesterday because the remote was broken, I am 62 with a bad back and knees. This was scary for me. I have been on tables that the covering is all tore up. Fix this stuff, you are paid a lot.

My 10:30 appointment on March 20th was canceled because of tech left, so they scheduled me at 3 the same day with somebody else. The experience was awful and I could not wait for it to be over with. I felt like my eyelid was being tricked with a straight pin and when the tape was being removed I thought my skin was going to come up with the tape. As if that wasn't bad enough when I got home and saw the job up close I didn't like it. When I had got their the tech said that I didn't really need a fill, just a good cleaning. The appointment took 45 minutes and eyelashes look more sparse than they did when I had arrived. So I wasted my time spending an hour being completely uncomfortable and leaving with my lashes looking worse than they had when I arrived. What a waste of my money! Have never had a worst experience of my life or been more unhappy.

I was a first time customer on Saturday. Looking back I should have asked for the "sexy" look and I do not see why I paid an extra $30 for 3D, I feel I paid way too much for what I got. I was very excited to get them but looking at them today they look like my normal lashes, nothing real exciting about them. I spent almost $200 for something I am just feeling "blah" about and that is upsetting. But now I know not to get 3D because that is just extra money for no reason and I will ask for a fuller look if/when I do go back.

I am in town from Florida and used this salon for my monthly fill. The fill turned out great but noticed after a couple days the lashes started falling out. I did call and they fit me in to fill in lashes but there was not enough time to do all the fill needed. The manager made no effort to reschedule me another appointment to finish. The manager was also told by her employee that the monthly fill was not done right. The manager should have made sure that my fill was properly taken care of.

This was my 2nd visit and I decided to go with a Master stylist , Bonita , and she was terrific. If I am going to be honest in my review I have to mention that my first visit did not go quite as well and my lashes barely lasted 2 weeks. After talking to Bonita about it , we were able to determine the cause and avoid a repeat. My visit with Bonita was so successful I ended up becoming a member . That speaks volumes for me. My lashes were lifted by a woman named Gabrielle. She was nice to me the entire time she was doing my lashes, but the only words she said to me the entire time must have been the inicial “hi” and “bye” at the end. I did let her know I have had my lashes lifted in the past by other salons. I’m not sure if she just thought that was a green light to not walk me through what she was doing, but it was really uncomfortable and awkward to me because she didn’t even try saying anything to me. I also saw that she had her phone on her cart and was watching some kind of show or movie while working on me and I just thought that was a tad unprofessional. After she finished the service, I did notice and voiced to her that while my left lashes looked great, my right one was not lifted to the same height as the left one. The right one is almost straight. Gabrielle didn’t do anything to try to correct it or admit that they looked way different.

My lash tech, Danny, is great however I feel as though I'm not getting what I signed up for. I pay $60 a month for a membership. I recently had to get a full set and was charged $44 extra which is $104. The form at the register claims that member full set lashed are $89.99. Why am I being charged $25 more if I'm a member?The ladies at the front counter kindly tried to explain that the payment has no value, but I'm thinking, since when does money have no value?! How does a member ever get lashes for $89.99? I'm starting to think that investing in a nice pair of strip lashes and getting my lashes done every once in a while with an independent lash tech may suit me best. I had a membership a couple years ago and do not remember being so annoyed about this.

I have been a client here for five years. If there is one important thing I’ve learned, it is that if your are not happy, it is completely your fault. If there is something you are upset about, you need to speak up. No one is perfect, but I’m telling you that if you speak with someone about your concerns, they take them seriously and will try to correct the issue. There is absolutely no reason to go away angry. I have experienced this first hand. It is truly amazing....they do care! They want you to me beautiful and happy! I am!

My experience at this salon was incomparable to the previous location. Torri was truly amazing. This was my first appointment with her, I chose her because she had such stellar reviews on Google, and I will defiantly reschedule with her for my next fill. With other stylist I laid there in silence, and if I did say anything or ask any questions I got the feeling they didn't really want to talk or were annoyed by the conversation. Torri and I chit chatted the whole time, I never felt awkward or that she was only there to do her job and move on to the next client. She made the appointment personal. Not to mention my lashes look the best they ever have!

Not very crazy about the Alliance location, it’s clean but just still seems dirty. Not very impressed with the staff. The location at West 7th is amazing! The staff seems better trained, consult with the customer better, and just an overall better vibe. It’s a bit of an investment and cheaper(ish) in the long run if you do the subscription, but most definitely something you’ll enjoy. I look forward to my eyelash naps(lol). I love Sam, she does amazing and I look forward to continuing my membership!

This is the first time in almost a year that I did not have a good experience. This is the first time that I had pain with getting my eyelashes. It felt like the stylist was pulling some lashes out. Some of the new lashes were stuck to my bottom lashes and she didn't even ask if I felt any sticking. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I noticed the stuck eyelashes and when I tried to unstick them they fell out. Some lashes were left going sideways like they were when I came in for the fill. I've just never experienced this type of sloppy work before. I do not want to have this stylist again. Here is my experience: I walked up to the door. An employee was standing in the door way her back to me, eating a bag of chips. I had to say excuse me twice before she moved so I could enter. I Love this place. Their lash products & glue have not ruined my lashes the way other places have. I have had the opportunity to have my lashes done by several different lash techs & everyone of them have GREAT results & they are all very nice. Little did I know that they would continue to STEAL money from me after I have told them SEVERAL times to cancel my membership. They said they would put in a request for cancelation of membership and the woman I talked to said she would HONOR my cancellation and two months later my bank account is STILL being drafted by these morons. The lashes are painful and irritating and i refuse to pay for something I do not like on my body. You should not be FORCED to pay your way out of this contract that you supposedly sign when you get a membership and it sure as hell should NOT be sent to collections because I refuse to pay for something cosmetic on my body. My lawyer has filed several complaints with the BBB and my bank has kindly blocked them from drafting my account so BEWARE!!!!

Never have I been so sorely disappointed in the outcome of a service I paid $100 for. I was shown a picture of "natural" lashes and, being a brand new lash recipient, trusted the advice I was given by the technician. I gave her two specifics - I wanted them to look natural in length (nothing outrageously long) and I wanted the volume to be consistent. I declined volumizing lashes after being specifically reassured that the lashes being applied would achieve the look I desired. I even showed pictures. The technician made a calculated poor choice and selected #12 (stating that she and the other employees get #15's and called them "big girl" lashes, as if to make me feel bad for not allowing the application of longer lashes.) The outcome is horrific - it looks like spaced out sticks or spiders legs shooting out of my eyelids. The application was inconsistent at best. I am so sorely disappointed and was told that the best they could do was have me come back in 48 hours to add volume lashes or improved consistency...and I would have to pay the non-member rate for this service.

I usually am very satisfied with my experience here at Amazing Lash west 7th but was very disappointed by my refill yesterday. I specifically booked a refill appointment and came in with less lashes than I usually do. However, my stylist only kept me for 32 minutes (I checked). My lashes look okay but are not as full as I usually expect from an $80 appointment and when I asked the front desk if they could only charge me for a mini refill due to the much smaller amount of time I spent on the table, I was told that she just didn't think I needed more time than that. All I ask is that expectations are managed. If my stylist doesnt think I need a full service I would like to be informed before the appointment is over.

I went into Amazing Lash Studio with an open mind. My friend recommended that I go there, so I was excited to experience the service. From the first moment I walked in the door, it was clear the listed deals were just a gimmick to get you to go into the store and spend more money. They offered me the base price of close to $60 for a full set, but they told me it really wouldn't look that good unless I upgraded to the 4D or the 6D. That was, of course, much more expensive. I asked the first lady I spoke to if my lashes would look like hers, because hers were very thick and very full. She said, of course they would if I got the 6D. She said she had the 6D on her face. Then, I asked my actual lash esthetician if my lashes would look like her lashes when I was done. She said yes, if I got the 6D. So, I sprung for the one time purchase of the 6D lashes, since I was going on my honeymoon to a beach. I did not want to have to worry about makeup so much while I was swimming, but I still wanted to look put together. She assured me the 6D lashes would look just like hers. They did not. My lashes wound up looking thin with holes and spaces in them. Some were even hanging in odd angles. They looked NOTHING like the lashes that everyone worked there had on. I thought surely they only gave me the single lashes and forgot I wanted the 6D. I thought for the basic set, they looked good enough. These SURELY weren't the 6D lashes everyone else was wearing! I was fine paying for the basic set. When I went to pay, they charged me for the basic set. I was pleased and about to leave, then the first woman walked by and corrected my cashier. She said I needed to be charged an additional $70 for the 6D set! I couldn't believe it. I paid what they said I owed and left. I will NEVER be coming back. I cannot believe I paid $150 for lashes that look like this. They even tried to sell me more and more products as I was trying to leave - such as special mascara and special cleaning solution. It was ridiculous. I am only giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, because the lashes managed to stay glued to my face after tubing, ziplining, and a massage on my honeymoon.

Meh. Customer service was lacking. There were three girls chatting when I got there to check in. They checked me in and said my tech would be with me at my appointment time. I was 20 minutes early, as they had asked me to arrive early to complete paperwork and go over everything. I sat down and they never gave me paperwork. Finally, after about ten minutes, I asked about it. They gave me the paperwork and I completed it. They tried to sell me a monthly service, but I said no because I want to see how they last. Unfortunately I dont like my eyelash extensions. The girl that put them on didnt do a good job, they dont look curly, they dont look flattering, I can totally see the glue. I have some lashes glued to my eyelid, they just dont look pretty and I feel like I wasted my money. On top of the poor job done by the technician the girls at the front desk tried to get me to sign up for the membership and buy the products, they didnt ask me any questions about my experience and/or if I was happy with the results. Maybe focus on hiring experienced technicians that wont glue extensions to the clients eyelids. Im so disappointed, I want my money back. I put a bad review on Google too. The least you can do is remove the extensions and have an experienced tech alply them correctly. I paid 79.99, I cant imagine paying $250 and getting the same result. I hope you read this review.

This was my first set of lash extensions. I was going on vacation and wanted something special. The in shop experience was less than friendly. Both front desk girls were rude and tried way too hard to upsell the after products and when I wasn't interested, their attitude became even less customer friendly. I did opt for the master stylist as I wanted as close to perfect as I could get and chose the 3D lashes. The stylist was friendly and seemed professional. My new lashes were fine. I wouldn't say I was knocked out by how gorgeous they were but they would work. I followed every instruction for aftercare for 48 hours. They began to fall out a week later despite my ongoing delicate care of them. Inside of two weeks, they were gone. The total cost with tip was just under 200.00. Would I recommend Amazing Lash Studio on W. 7th to anyone? Not a chance and I will be sure and tell anyone who asks, my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience most recently. My appointment started 20 minutes late and noone acknowledged the tardiness except to say "I'm sorry", even after I asked 10 minutes in. Then, my stylist only worked on me for 40 minutes, not the full hour. My lashes looked a lot less full than usual as a result. Then, the checkout lady tried to charge me for volume and did not take my word when I told her I did not ask for or receive volume lashes, which was pretty clear looking directly at me. She did not apologize for the error once she checked and discovered she was inaccurate. I then asked to speak with Beneatha, the manager, asking for a discount or free refill for the poor service, and she said all she could do was say sorry. She then blamed the stylist I met with for being late even though this stylist was in a meeting with HER. Even if it is partially the stylist's fault, I thought it incredibly rude and unprofessional to blame your own employee and throw them under the bus when they aren't present. I cancelled my membership that day as a result of the poor service and behavior of the staff, especially the manager.

My first time I got lashes 2 weeks ago the majority almost immediately fell out or twisted, I went on vacation the day after and was unable to go back in to have them fixed plus i live a hour away. Yesterday I got a refill with 6d lashes and even though the girl did a good job and provided exceptionally good service, I left paying $80 as a member already needing another refill. I can't imagine how sparse my lashes would have been if I didn't do the the 6d. When you get a refill you expect to have your lashes to be full instead I was told I can make another appointment and pay another $35 to get a minifill. Not a very happy customer at the moment. The girls at the front desk where nice and the girl that did my lashes was nice. I'm just upset that I have to go back to do a mini fill imediatelly after my refill.

The worst experience ever. The next day after full set lash extensions my eyes became red, with yellow drainage. Had to get prescription for eyes antibiotic drops through my doctor. I called the salon and the receptionist’s first response was” Ok, we will refund you”. She did not asked anything. So, I guess it is “normal” for them to get this kind of phone calls from their customers... Further even worse. I asked for their manatto call me back. NEVER happened. I called back next day and asked for manager. Had very cold, unwelcome conversation which clearly informed me that no refund. Manager’s name was Tessa. I am very disappointed with rudeness and unprofessional manners this person handled my problem. So I end up with congunctivitis of my eyes and and big disappointment of their business.

Amazing Lash Studio in Fort Worth on West 7th is absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into the building I was greeted with a smile from Chelsea, she checked me into my appointment. Chelsea was very polite and professional. Stephanie did my eyelashes and I don't think I will be able to see anyone else going forward. Stephanie did the best job!!! I don't really understand what all of the negative reviews are about. I have had a wonderful experience at Amazing Lash so far, and the customer service has been exceptional. I got my first full set with Ashley almost five days ago. She did an amazing job. I spent a lot of time staring at my lashes because I was so impressed how she actually got the big volume lashes on each individual lash. She was nice and worked quickly, and my lashes looked amazing. I accidentally slept on my side and a few of my lashes fell out on one eye (totally my fault). I decided that it bothered me enough to call and see how much they would charge to add some extra, even though it was a day past the three day window for corrections. Surprisingly, they let me come in for a correction anyway, for free, once I explained what happened (I'll be more careful next time to pay attention to how I sleep, haha). I was expecting to have to pay, because that is the policy, but I wanted to get them evened out since I had a big event the next day. I was worried I was acting like a diva, but everyone so so nice and totally understood. Rhiannon did my correction, and she also did an amazing job. Everyone I have come into contact with at amazing lash has been so helpful. I see reviews about people being upset about the membership and well. . . you DID sign a contract. We'll see how the lashes hold up and how my future experiences go, but as of right now, I absolutely recommend Amazing Lash to anyone considering getting extensions.

The place itself was very nice and the location was beautiful. I was greeted nicely when I walked In. I was told that the lashes would last an hour and a half at most but mine ended up last night over 2 hours which was disappointing. I had asked for the sexy lashes and they came out nicely, however, the technician didn’t add any lashes on the last centimemeter of my left eye. When I had Asked if she could add more she said it looked fine. I do Like the lashes and they were nicely placed but i wish I had a Master stylist to make sure they were done right.

Couldn't be happier! I've been going for well over a year and haven't had any issues. My lashes always look beautiful and they last easily 3 weeks. I was one of those people who hated leaving the house without a full face of makeup. Now I rarely wear makeup and constantly get compliments on my lashes.
