I’ve been coming here for about a year. I’ve generally been happy with my lashes. However the reason for 4 stars is because I swear more recently, the stylists started doing very uncomfortable techniques where it feels like they’re untangling the lashes, I think they’re removing some? But it’s very uncomfortable & makes my whole body tense up. Also when they tape the eyelid up, it makes me feel like I’m having to force my eyes closed and glue gets into the eyes easier & burns. So I used to be able to come into my appointment and relax, now it’s an anxiety filled journey every time.

I came in for a lash correction and chloe (who is a senior stylist and almost a master) did an amazing job. My lashes look exactly the same as how I described what I wanted to her! I am obsessed ! The staff is friendly, helpful and detailed. The location is convenient and competitively priced. The corporate office should consider some needed updates like refreshing the tables in the rooms to something more comfortable, bathroom updates, paint and decor freshening. Other than that, a very positive experience.

I've had a membership for several years and I always love the stylist. My poor stylist last night, I had acid reflux when I would lie down and kept having to sit up and she was such a sweetheart! My lashes always look great and the staff is always friendly. I like that I can make appointments after work and any day of the week so I can fit it into my schedule. I've been to a lot of other places around Uptown/Downtown Dallas and even if you see ads on Groupon, none of the places have compared to Amazing Lash. I always ask for their opinion on lash application as my lashes tend to be short, sparse, and curl up on the ends so I appreciate the professionalism to apply what will work and look best for my lashes.

I am relatively new to getting lash extensions so I only have a couple of slight issues with my 1st full set. The lash shape (I settled on sexy) was slightly off however I could not clearly pinpoint it while at the salon. I had classic refills prior to getting a new set. The stylist kept asking if I wanted hybrid which I ultimately said yes to only to discover that there was an additional expense associated at the counter. As a best practice, when asking a client if they want a service that has an additional cost associated, mention it as an additional/enhanced service with an upcharge. This practice will help with full disclosure or simple reminders to clients. The stylist was sweet and talkative, however just a tad bit inexperienced for my personal preference. I will definitely return for future services however I will request request someone with more experience.

I had a bad experience at another location, my lashes looked great but my eyes were left irritated immediately after my appt and I ended up with an infection. I came here today and I already feel so much better than the first time . The girls here were so helpful and my lashes look beautiful!

The first time I went in, I never had my lashes done so I had lots of questions and wanted a certain look. My tech was amazing and talked me through options and had photos to show me. After 1 week, nearly all my lashes had fallen out. I signed up for the membership so was going to just try to get my credit early. When I told them what was going on, they gave me a complementary fix. This tech was so quick and efficient (Bobbi) and really got my lashes on there good! She gave me some tips to keep them on longer and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I loved both of my techs and will definitely continue my membership.

The lash expertise should be relaxing/ calming. Throughout the experience the lash tech rested her hands on my head which caused a headache and pressure to the back of my head. I did not want to correct her since this is most likely how she stabilized, but I have never had someone apply that much pressure to my head/ face while applying my extensions.

I do not recommend going to the west village location. My first bad experience was the esthetician dropped glue in my eye and I had to go to a wedding that day, she said it might be because I was allergic to the glue which is not true because I had my membership for almost a year and would frequently go to different locations. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize. The second bad thing experience was this last week Friday 2/7/2020 the girls at the front desk booked me for a fill instead of a full set I had to reschedule and it was very inconvenient for me, they once again didn’t apologize and made it seem like it was my fault when I clearly remember booking a full set appointment not a fill and to make it worse according to the membership pricing booklet a full set is supposed to be 89.00 I had to use two of my credits for a full set which literally made no sense to me. I pretty much just wasted money. What is the point of having the membership when I paid way more for a set then I should have I paid almost $200.00, and my eyelashes are already falling out. I will definitely be canceling my membership.

I loved my lashes when she got done they were amazing! She told me to not get them wet within the first 48 hours if possible which I made sure not to get them wet. The first day there was a few that had fallen out but I just assumed it was normal. By the 3rd or 4th day they had mostly half of them fallen out. My first time experience was informative, the receptionist was very helpful. I made an appointment online but when i arrived they did not have me on the schedule which is no big deal, they were still willing to see me at that moment. The only thing i could say is that the tech that did my lashes was out the door, maybe for lunch and that is who they asked to do my lashes, i feel like she rushed, when she said i was done they were uneven more lash was put on one side then the other i felt like my appointment imposed on her time. I do not recommend Carmen. Next time i will choose a different lash tech.

I have been coming to amazing lash studio for about 5 months and just recently switched to the West Village location because it was closer to home. I had come to this location one time previous and had a good experience. However, my last appointment was frustrating. I arrived for my 9:20am appointment a couple minutes early and at 9:20 the front desk girl told me my stylist was running a little late because she “had just gotten her car fixed”. A few minutes late is fine, however I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen. This is unacceptable. I was not given any time frame for how long I would have to wait nor any other options. I understand that life happens and it was a situation the stylist could not prevent, but the company should have handled it better. I should have at least been given a time frame for how long I would have to wait or offer me to reschedule or see someone different. Amazing lash studio has a cancellation policy and a policy regarding how late you can be to your appointment before they charge you for it and will not see you. It is not fair for the customer to be held to these standards, but their are no repercussions for the employee being 45 minutes late for an appointment. They should have waived my fee or given me a credit on my account for the large inconvenience and unprofessionalism.

I say if you don't like your job, then quit. Id like someone that is coming that intimately close in my personal space to be a bit more considerate. Not only that, usually they remind you of care instructions, this girl didn't; which leads me to believe she don't care about the health of my lashes.

The one problem that prevents me from writing a five-star review is that my appointment began 15 minutes after the scheduled time.It wasnt until I asked twice what was going on that the receptionists informed me that my tech was running late and set me up with another tech that was available. I was a little annoyed because the receptionists did not say anything until I asked after waiting and waiting. Other than that the experience was positive. Went in on 9/13/18 for a touch-up at 8:00am, service was friendly and fast, however, as soon as I left the Lash Studio and got into my car, lashes were falling off. Sometimes that happens, I get it, but the fact that my boss and coworkers were picking the lashes off my face throughout the day was so embarrassing and totally not worth the $40+ for the touch-up. Several more lashes fell off as I gently brushed through them this morning. It has been 24-hours and my eyes look bare again. I was hoping to feel full enough until my fill next week.

After going to the Preston Forest location, my expectations for the West Village location were really high. Every technician I interacted with was very kind and helpful. However I ordered the "gorgeous" set and the final product was not as full/voluminous as when I went to the Preston Forest location. I've had to schedule a "mini fill" in order to get the volume I wanted originally and I will be paying out of pocket for it. My technician was extremely kind and easy to talk to but she accidentally dropped her tweezers on me during the process and those sharp points broke through my skin. I only got knicked a little but it still hurt and now i have a tiny red scab on the side of my head.

I am not sure if my eyes are sensitive or what, but after receiving my first full set, my eyes were terribly red and irritated. I could not put my contacts in for a few days. Also, I could tell that the woman putting my eyelashes on was taking her time and doing a good job with my right eye, but when it came time to start/finish my left eye, she rushed through and did not have enough time (I guess) to make them look even. When I sat up, she rushed me out the door and her next appointment was waiting in the lounge. When spending so much money on something like eyelash extensions, I would expect for quality service with adequate support and time given for the best experience. The location is clean and bright. Every time I arrive the hosts are right there to greet and check you in. I have a membership and sometimes I forget what exactly the value is. Everyone on the team is so helpful in my experience, and always make a point to work with me. They are punctual and usually respond in record time. Granted, most of my problems fall on the technicians' work, (personally wonderful girls) but I have had a couple instances where the lashes were either painful or they didn't hold past a few days. But those are one offs! This location has a great environment, a great team, and they have for the most part a wonderful assortment of technicians. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're new to lash extensions. It's also in the midst of a shopping center with cute boutiques and nice grub spots. That's always a plus for me!

I up my lashes to 6D voulme. After only having one eye half finished she asked if I could come back the next day to finish amd it was 8:45pm then. After getting up and down looking at my lashes I jave never been up and down looking in the mirror the way she had me doingThis morning Monday April 23 my lashes have a gap in them. I paid $120.00 for these lashes and I expect them to last longer than this I know there will be some shedding bit not this. She did not put lashes in the corners of my eyes. The receptionist asked if I wanted her to call the manager it was already late and I was leaving going back out of town the next morning. I wish I would have asked for a more experience tech. I made the mistake of asking the lady doing my lashes how long she had being doing lashes and she said only three weeks. Since I was there for my first time, I wish I would have been told that she was brand new. I have only had them for 5 days and one eye is already almost totally bare.I wanted the GLAM style after seeing them on the tech her self but I felt like mine weren't near as full. I did not buy the wash or brush, but I did follow the care instructions and took careful measures to ensure they didn't get wet and they still fell out. Had I known that the lashes wouldn't even last a full weekend, I would have never got them done. I have many friends who love them and they look a lot better then mine. Not sure if it was the studio or the tech being so new that I had less than desirable results.The tech was really nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Xable C. (Pronounced "Sable") is amazing, kind and very knowledgeable!   I was visiting from out of state. I had lash extensions applied for the first time 24 hours before leaving for Dallas.  The out-of-state person who had done the original work did a poor job and I was in pain!  I had to make an emergency visit to have the issue resolved.  Xable immediately identified the problem and explained what she was doing as she remedied the situation.  I really appreciated that while she pointed out what the original tech had done wrong, she also pointed what she had done well - which I feel was very professional and gave me confidence in how my lashes looked.  I left feeling and looking 100% better.

Everything is good until you cancel. You're hit with a charge well ahead of the cancellation. You're still charged as they cite a "30 Day Cancellation Notice". Best way to avoid this is to just NOT GO. Plenty of other better options. I didnt know I wasn't getting the full joy of lashes till I realized there are better lashes out there, with BETTER curl than their standard and better retention with other salons. You pay for what you get. Do you research. I did not agree with the cancellation fee, makes no sense. But they don't care. Tipped $20 EVERY TIME I visited. Not the stylists fault. Had a few hiccups when I first started. But this location has been very good to me. Management has done their job to ensure that people are satisfied and well taken care of. I think I was mostly disappointed because although I was getting a new full set, I had been before, and the technician did not bother to look up my info which I'm guessing should have been on file. she was asking me if I knew the length and width of the lashes used, and I had absolutely no idea. I think had that information been looked into prior to my arrival, then we would have been set up for success, and I would have left 100% satisfied, because her skills were good. I called and the girl who answered was very helpful and we scheduled a correction appointment.

I am very happy with my lashes. The first girl that worked on me did NOT do a good job. My lashes were very sparse and I had asked for Glamorous style. I expressed my disappointment with the girl at the front desk and she got with the supervisor and the supervisor got another technician to look at my lashes and see if the first girl may have missed some lashes and yes she had because the new tech, Maria, put several lashes on both of my eyes. I basically got a fill because there were a lot. Bottom line, I am very pleased with Amazing Lash Studio and their efforts to ensure that I was happy with my lashes and I will definitely be back.

If you have a bad experience, for instance twice my eyelashes fell off completely within a matter of days despite following directions to a T-no offer to get them redone or to be reimbursed, instead told I need to come in more often. What?! All the lashes aren't supposed to fall off in less than a week, that's ridiculous. Don't ever go to a new stylist or this will happen. "Fast stylists" should take the entire appointment time to keep putting on more lashes but instead decide to be done and take an extended break instead. Really? I'm paying for this entire hour, and expect for my fill to be as full as possible. Canceling membership, take your business elsewhere.

My experience with Amazing Lash Studio wasn't really what I had expected. I really had expected for my lashes to look a lot different. Walking into the establishment before just to inquire, I saw another client and was kind of sold based on what I saw, yet I didn't seem to get the same experience. I'm really not sure if it was the lash tech I was assigned, or if it could have been a miscommunication between her and I. Also, the nice ladies at the front were awesome, yet I kind of thought that they were advertising the company's own product with their lashes, yet come to find that they were not and were wearing strips from a simple beauty supply store. I'm feeling that maybe I should have done the same to get the look I wanted. Upon beginning my session, the ladies at the front explained to me the 4 different styles provided, I chose the one I thought were most dramatic. Right before the tech began, we also discussed in depth the look I desired. I even distinctly told her that I hated the curl in my lashes. I failed to receive anything even close to what we discussed and yes, I got the most curly lashes that I distinctly described I hated. The biggest reasons I would say I'm quite disappointed are 1) I expected more because of this being a professional chain. 2) I was getting my lashes done for a trip to Jamaica in which I leave Wednesday night and am stuck with lashes I'm really not satisfied with. 3) Lastly and most importantly, I purchased the membership in which I'll be billed $60 each month and am afraid I'll be wasting my money. Overall, seems like the intentions were to please, yet as someone who regularly gets my lashes done, my experience was far from what I had expected. Maybe yesterday was just not my day and I'm the only client who has ever been disappointed with this company's services, not quite sure.

I've gotten my lashes done here before so I was expecting them to be amazing again. Well once I got out to my car I noticed that some parts of my lashes were gapped, like there wasn't any in certain areas. I also lost a few later that night and have lost more since then. I take good care of my lashes, my last ones lasted a month! I hadn't touched them at all they just fell off themselves. Needless to say I was disappointed and I'll have to keep going to find a girl who does a really great job.

I was cancelled TWICE in one day and the manager failed to call me back to apologize for days. When the NEW manager arrived, she did call me back and explained that they were having issues and offered me a complimentary touch-up. Regardless, my birthday was stressful because of the two cancellations. I had to go elsewhere to get my lashes filled at the very last minute!!!!

Service was fine but the customer service was essentially non existent. Front desk staff was very loud and I could hear them gossiping the entire service, bed is super uncomfortable. The person I requested and confirmed for my full set was not the one that they actually booked my appointment with. Manager looked horrible and was incredibly rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Because of that, I do not feel comfortable or safe coming back to your facility. I want my last payment refunded and my contract cancelled.

Extremely disappointing. My lashes fell out so easily and I needed a refill every two weeks, when originally I was told they would last for 3-4 weeks. Also the girl I had doing my lahes was annoyed when too many had fallen out and scolded me about how I should have made an appointment sooner. Monthly membership is such a scam. When trying to cancel due to a move I attempted to contact the manager about 7 times and then I was charged when I shouldn't have been and still have yet to be refunded my money OR to hear back from the manager. After 10 days of trying to get in contact with her. Even if the lashes were great I would probably cancel anyway due to the shitty customer service. I would rather pay twice as much elsewhere for better quality lashes and way better customer service. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Nicole, my eyelash tech, was fantastic. I'm very happy with them and she was super sweet and knowledgable. They're fun! The woman at the counter threw me off a bit though when she was trying to sign me up as a member, but could not answer questions regarding the cancellation policy if you are a member. My question was if I sign up to be a member do I have to pay a fee if I decide to cancel. Her response was "well if you have financial issues you can just call my manager and she'll usually work with you." I said but what if I just do not want eyelash extensions anymore and want to cancel my membership? She then said "you can just call my manager and she'll work with you." That to me is not policy. What is the cancellation fee? When I sign a contract I simply want to know my terms and she said she could not tell me that. Very off putting and fishy to me. And made her seem very un knowledgable and a little untrustworthy. It made me question being a member here and doing further research to see if I want to have my extensions done elsewhere.

The customer service here is sub par, they tried to accommodate me as best as they could, I guess. I recently moved from NYC and have been trying to find a place to do my lashes, I came to ALS on Friday it's now Sunday and plenty of my lashes have already fallen out! I spent a total of three hours at the studio trying to achieve the "sexy" lash look, which is supposed to cascade fm small lash to longer lash. The first esthetician applied lashes that looked all the same length, nothing sexy about the lashes!!I was able to see another tech and she rearranged and reapplied some lashes, still wasn't sexy but after wasting so much time there I just wanted to go. The techs aren't as experienced as they should be, *guess I was the Guinea pig* Im so upset with my lashes I don't even feel like dealing to have a refund or have another inexperienced tech "try to figure it out" I definetly won't go back! Waste of time and waste of money!

Terrible experience. Never coming to this location again. First off my stylist, Adriana had a horrible attitude even upon just greeting me. She then took me in the room, looked me up and down and stated I don't have enough lashes to do a refill. Yes - my lashes were very sparse at this point because I had a standing appointing a week earlier with my usual stylist at the Old Town location, however they canceled as she was sick. Typically my lashes are good to go to refill right at the top of the 4th week. She did not offer to do as much as she could in the time slot. When I asked if she could, she looked visibly irritated and then left the room for another 10 minutes. My appointment was at 12:10 and she did not start until 12:30. Throughout the service she was rude and hardly spoke. She then ended my service at 1 pm instead of continuing on as she should have since she started late. When I finished I mentioned that to front desk and they haughtily remarked that they would have to check the system for start times. Absolutely no customer service which was appealing as their Director of Operations was actually sitting in the waiting room. Thankfully my ladies at Old Town have me scheduled for a correction free of charge. Will never recommend this location. Step up your customer service or we will all jump ship for Lash Lounge.

The process itself was long, however I was made aware of that when I called in for my appointment. Anna made me so comfortable, that I actually fell asleep during the process.Overall I was happy with my decision, that I signed up as a member!

Greenville location Dallas TX has horrible scheduling issues. They have a tech there named Shae, a friend recommended her. I had to wait over a week to be able to coincide with her schedule and be able to get her to do my lashes, they called me the day before my appointment around 9 pm to cancel it and then when I re-scheduled it and requested half day off at work, I went to find out they scheduled me for the wrong day and couldn't accommodate me. Beautiful Expensive lashes...... Horrible Management of time and I don't think they care much about the "CUSTOMER's Experience"
