I’ve tried a few techs here and Master Stylist Katie always gets exactly what I want. I show her a picture of the style I want and she does it but even better. Most of the techs are nice but she’s really sweet and does a great job. I only see her. The manager at the Woodland Hills location is very kind and professional. At least I am pretty sure she’s the manager. When I had a problem she really took care of me. Katie also does my eyebrows and she’s the best I’ve ever had in life.

This lash salon is incredible! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. My lash tech, Bianca, is one of the best and my personal favorite. She's so gentle, down to earth and delivers beautiful lashes which last a long time on me. It's also so relaxing while I'm getting them filled. Their product line is also great and really helps maintain the longevity of the lashes. I'm so glad I found this place!! A must try for anyone who currently gets lash extensions or anyone who wants to try them. They also do lash lifts which is like a long-lasting curl that brings life to your eyes with your own lashes. Bianka was my lash tech and was phenomenal… She was down to earth, friendly, took time to perform a consultation to ensure she provided exactly what I wanted, she was unbelievably gentle and it was so relaxing. In the end the lashes were beyond what I wanted and was just a perfect result. I also had a brow lamination with the master tech, Kat. She did exactly what I wanted with my brows also and was super gentle and friendly… I just love going to this studio. Definitely must try!

It has been 7 years since I had lash extensions done, and I am so surprised at how many options there are now. I booked and appt, and didn’t really know what I wanted, but the appointment booking online was easy and intuitive. I received a text later on that day asking some questions and given some tips to look at the different styles on a couple of social platforms. I really didn’t know what would look best on me, and Katie did a fun and great job explaining and finding a good fit for my eye shape. I literally fell asleep - the tables are that comfy - and woke up with gorgeous lashes. I was so impressed with the membership option, guides on aftercare and products - I highly, highly recommended! Prices are competitive to any other, but the level Of comfort and experience and quality of glue and lashes are actually a better deal than the smaller salons. Love!

While getting my lashes done I felt no discomfort and the vibe was truly calm. I even fell asleep during it… could not keep myself awake. The lady at the front desk with blonde hair ( don’t know her name ) was very nice and helpful. The lady who did my lashes was also very nice and friendly, seemed professional but not to the point where you don’t feel like talking to her. After the pandemic closure I was able to get in to see the first stylist available. The salon/rooms are clean, they wear proper masks and ensure safety for all their clients. While the stylist was nice my lashes were falling out the day after. I called and they immediately booked me with a master stylist, Cat. Since then I have stayed on with her as a regular client because she is so great! She makes sure you leave feeling beautiful and have exactly what you want. She also teaches you proper care and maintenance to help you look last as long as possible. I highly recommend her!!

I booked an appointment online for my first lash lift. It was with Cat, who I already heard good reviews about!! The location is perfect, and has the easiest parking ever. I walked in and was greeted by the nicest gals, who were so organized and friendly. I filled out some quick paperwork and Cat came out right on time to start my lift. She was amazing. So gentle, kind and made me feel welcomed and at ease. She absolutely rocked my lift…they were such beautifully lifted lashes, and I actually could tint believe they were my own lashes at first. They seriously looked like natural extensions. I almost fell asleep during it, because it was so calming. The prices are competitive, and the atmosphere and salon vibe were so cool. Such a smooth visit and I will definitely be going back again!

Had a new stylist today since my regular has left the studio. She was knowledgeable and sweet and recommended smaller lashes to get a fuller look now that my own lashes have become so weak from these extensions that I’m addicted to. I loooooove my lashes (and I've had them done at many different lash studios and even different stylists at Amazing Lash). I missed my appointment yesterday and Kayla was willing to stay extra hour and accept me for a 7PM appointment. This is really nice of her as she could have just said that she is sorry I missed it without calling in advance and just charge me the app fee. I started going to Amazing Lash about 2-3 months ago. I had tried lash extensions many years ago and was allergic to the adhesive and thought they weren't for me because of my sensitivities. Since technology is always changing, I thought I’d give it a try once again and fortunately I’ve had no bad reactions to the adhesive Amazing Lash uses. I had my lashes done for an event. I scheduled a fill in for 2.5 weeks later but found myself sick and had to cancel several appts (I kept thinking I was feeling better, I’d make a new appt and then I wasn’t feeling well again) Ultimately I was diagnosed with pneumonia. By the time I made it back for a fill in it had been a whole month since my initial set was done. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and my stylist was perfectly accommodating in making my lashes look their best again and in less than an hour.

My experience was great with Anishia. She was great with getting my lashes done and did her best for me to get what I want. She did an amazing job. I will definitely go to her again. The customer service was not that good. I was so confused about the membership description and the front dest girl confused me even more. And at the end I ended up paying $120 for my lashes and lash coding which I expected to pay only $69 and in addition I was under the empression that if I get the $119 membership then my first service will count as part of it but I ended up paying $120 today and they will charge me $120 in two weeks as well. So technically I am paying $240 for one full extensions in one month which is rediculous. They were very bad at explaining the prices to me and withholding that information from me until the end when she said I still owned 120 dollars today. I was in a hurry so I just paid and left.

Was very happy with my first visit. Received two confirmation texts in the days leading up, which I appreciated. Very busy schedule. The girls that greeted me were super friendly and informative. The salon was very clean and the motif was super cute. My technician was very friendly and followed my vibe of minimal conversation. My only suggestion is that for first time guests the technician gives some verbal directive every now and then on where we were in the service. Its a long process and knowing we were half way there would have been great. Also- please change the music. It was horrible. It was some type of rag time mixed with piano music. What I really needed was something at least electronic chill or modern or love song classics or ANYTHING else. Otherwise, very happy with my first experience.

I was lucky to have such a sweet an amazing lash specialist Sam! I absolutely loved how my lashes turned out! However I was very sensitive to the fumes of the adhesive that was used. Amazing Lash Studio does NOT offer sensitive lash glue for those of us with sensitive eyes. Because of that reason I will not be going back unfortunately. But Sam and I worked through it and she was so understanding and accommodating. If you are not sensitive to adhesive I would highly recommend Sam.

The lashes were amazing but unfortunately I was charged twice and they didn’t want to take care of it although I was assured by the receptionist before I swiped again, that they would take care of it in case one pending charge didn’t fall. Well it didn’t fall and they refused to take care of it. They’re computer froze towards the end of my first transaction, whose was definitely not my fault. It was a lot of unnecessary back and forth in regards to this. They were doubting that it was posted but I have my banks proof. That deff left a sour taste. Now I’m on the fence, not because of their stylist but because of how this was handled.

Amazing Lash Studio inn Woodland Hills is great! I’m super glad I found this place to continuously go to for my lash needs! They have great quality products (lashes, glue, lash cleaners, etc) and offer wonderful service to go with it. They have lash studios across the country which is super convenient and you know you’re going to get a consistent look everyone. I have been seeing Megan for my lashes and she really does such a stellar job! She’s seriously reliably so good!! My two complaints about the place are this; 1. Please start offering a curl variety! I want a C curly and D curl mix but they don’t offer anything other then C curl at the moment. 2. I wish they’d have different music: I know that sounds weird, but when your laying with your eyes closed for an hour, the music can actually become a huge part of the client experience. And right now, the third party remix covers are just not working. Besides that this place is PERFECT!

I love coming to Amazing Lash Studio. The pricing is great and works with my budget. My lashes always look amazing and I save SO MUCH time and money on mascara. The best part: the downtime during lash fills gives me a precious few minutes where I can close my eyes and relax while Amy (a sweetheart and a total lash whiz!) takes care of me and makes me feel pampered.

This was the first time getting my lashes done. It took about 1.5 hours. Honestly when I first looked in the mirror I had a bit of nerves hit me, I love to keep a natural look, but once I left and spent the day with them. I absolutely love them. I always look done up. I can literally say "I woke up like this". Everyone keeps telling me how good I look even sans make up. My only advise is that if your OCD like me, stress that to the lash stylist. I feel one side looks slightly thicker than the other (my OCD side) but my friends say they don't see it and it looks amazing.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My technician had only 5 months experience and it showed for sure. Throughout the entire service she rested her hand on my face while applying the lashes. I could feel the coldness of the tool she was using on my eyelid. And as for her breath, I could smell and feel her breath on my face.. I was pretty uncomfortable through the enter process. My lashes looked nice, but I lost a lot of them just hours after leaving my appointment.Probably won't be returning.
