I have been a client of the American Fork Studio since it first opened. A few months ago I was considering leaving and looking for a new studio because the studio just couldn’t keep stylists. The scheduling had become a nightmare. I am happy to say all of that seems to have changed. They now have multiple great stylists with much more available hours. The facility is always extremely clean and organized. I will definitely continue to go there.

I’m very happy with all the clinicians I’ve seen and everyone is always very helpful and friendly. When I started going to Amazing Lash, everyone wore masks. I assumed that this was normal procedure regardless of the pandemic because the stylists are so close to people’s faces. I worked in dentistry for 45 years and we always wore a mask when sitting over a patient (for their protection, not just ours). I’m happy to wear a mask to my appointments for my protection as well as the stylist, but I do think it is odd that this is not a legal requirement for the stylists. Not complaining, just a comment from someone who taught Human Diseases for many years and worked closely with patients.

From first communications to actual experience, Amazing Lash Studio at American Fork is both professional and personable. Ashli does my lashes. When I first came to Ashli from another location, I expressed my frustration that my lash extensions weren't lasting, and that the cause was said to be a combination of winter and glue. Ashli, looking at my lashes and extension history, shared with me that the type of extensions previously used were too heavy for my lashes. She made suggestions for change and set to work. Ashli treats my lashes like artistry. She takes satisfaction from her work. When I looked in the mirror my lashes were thicker than before, full, and natural looking. Ashli is a professional technician; well experienced, and focused on her client. Clients need to know beforehand that lash loss naturally happens every two weeks, as lashes are replaced with new growth. After a couple of tries, we've found the right timing and now, there is no problem with losing lashes. I retain about 30% when I go in for a fill, which is expected. I would recommend this studio to anyone and Ashli to everyone, as long as there is still room for me.

I've had my lashes done in different places and I have to say, Amazing Lash uses false lashes that feel much closer to real lashes as opposed to the glossy heavy ones used at other places. They also stay on a lot longer. I always schedule with Hannah because she takes pride in the quality of her work. She's meticulous, careful, and does her best to give me what I ask for every time. Everyone from the front desk to my clinician were friendly and helpful. I’m an out of state visitor, so the clinician took the time to explain the type of extensions and pros and cons. This is because Amazing Lash didn’t carry the type and size of lashes I usually have done. She did an amazing job and I’m happy with the result. I will definitely use them again. The only critique I have is that not everyone was good about keeping their masks on. I am a retired professor who taught infectious diseases, and I was a bit uncomfortable with disregard for mask protocol during a pandemic, especially since one of the people appeared to have a cold.

My previous girl got better at not sticking my eyelashes together because un-glueing is painful, especially when they have to cut it. So I was curious how a master would compare, and she did not get anything stuck. But to avoid that she lifts every lash up and that makes fumes able to enter my eyelid which irritates my eyes. So the overall appointment was awesome, quick (which is why I'll go back with her), my lashes look amazing!! But the pain from lifting the lash and fumes entering my eyes was terrible. I'll use her one more time and ask for a better glue that doesn't irritate my eyes and hopefully that's enough to make the experience better.

I have only been twice, but so far the service has been great! My lashes are the best I've had. My only reason for leaving off 1 star is they give you a cup of foam & send you to a public restroom to wash your own lashes before seeing you?...I feel this is something the artist should be doing. The other thing (small, but annoying) is the appointment confirms... Yes plural as in many. They voice call, leave phone messages, text, email, reply to your Y reply text... I mean really, isn't one method enough? But otherwise, Emily has been my artist, I've loved her & I'm super happy with the lashes!

My lash service was amazing, they look full and beautiful per usual. :) I do want to comment on how impressed I was at the front desk woman who handled an upset guest checking out in front of me. I wish I had gotten her name. The client checking out in front of me had some billing issues and felt she was entitled to some free services due to cancelled appointments earlier in the year during Covid restrictions. She was quite short and rude with the girl trying to check her out. But the Amazing Lash employee handled it with such grace and professionalism. She held her ground while taking care of the guest the best she could. If I owned a business she is the caliber of employee I would strive to hire.

Hannah does my lashes every 2 weeks. I almost gave up getting my lashes done because there was always an issue I'd never complain about.. These girls work their butts off for us so why complain? I am not a morning person... so every minute before work is precious sleeping time. That's why I get my lashes done by Tracey Whitby. She does an amazing job, and the lashes last for a good 2-3 weeks. This means my blond invisible lashes become long dark fans of awesomeness, which means that I don't have to put makeup on each morning, nor take it off each night. Also don't have to worry about Raccoon eyes, EVER! Love them!!

At first I got my lashes done on a Friday and they were beautiful and full but kept falling out (for some reason I’m not sure of ). I called on Monday to let them know my situation and they got me in the same day and re-did my lashes to make sure they’ll stay and it was all complementary so I didn’t have to pay anything! They were wonderful and so nice and actually listen to your problems you have and are willing to do anything to make sure your happy! Great place and amazing staff!

It’s kind of a long story, but to put it shortly..... I came to Amazing Lash for about 4 weeks, my lashes would not stay on. The girl putting them on was super sweet and kind. But they did.not.stay.on. So I ended my membership. The manage of the salon called me, was very kind and offered me a set of free lashes (a fill) with one of the top artist there, to try to win my business back! Well, she succeeded! I am so happy I gave Amazing Lash another try! Hands down the best experience and I love my lashes!! This is my first time getting lashes! I just got them last night, so it’s still very new. I love everything about the experience EXCEPT: I wish someone would have told me that I couldn’t wear make up for 48 hours and even more so, I can’t wash my hair for 48 hours ? I really needed to wash my hair the day I went and then found out I have to wait 2 more days ?so maybe just a suggestion to let people know when getting a new set what to expect? But the staff was amazing, the facility was clean, and my experience was great! Thanks for giving me confidence ??

Kim came highly recommended, and her work and customer service does not disappoint. The experience from beginning to end was great. I've now had a full set and a fill, and I'm very happy. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the pressure I felt to buy the products, then not realizing I couldn't return them (even unopened and unused). Return policy is all sales are final no matter what. Just be aware of that.

I went in for an allergy test and the eyelashes they put in fell out within 30-40 min of me leaving the appointment... no allergy luckily but disappointed to see how quickly they would fall out!

I love Amazing Lash Studio. First of all, Kim is amazing. She is highly skilled at her craft. The studio is always spotless and quiet. I love going in and sometimes passing out on the table. My lashes look amazing and last almost 3 full weeks. The price is perfect and I love the auto debit option.

Staff was so generous, super clean, I loved every bit of my experience and my lashes were TOP NOTCH!!! I even called in later that day cause I was wondering about getting "add ons" just to make them a bit more full and they got me scheduled right away and said it would be free because my happiness is what most important. Another time I came in I was really unhappy with the work that was done and the attitude of the stylist, however Amazing Lash made sure that I was a happy customer in the end also once again free of charge. The lady who did my lashes, Christie, was the sweetest person on this planet and she did an amazing job on my lashes!! It was my first time getting my lashes done, so she told me what she was doing so I wouldn’t be worried and she checked to make sure i was comfortable often. I definitely would do this again!

The service was great, the only complaint I have is that it’s a little pricey and they refused to give me disapable lash brushes, for the cost they should include cheap tools to help maintain lashes.
