I'm from out of town and needed an appointment. I was able to locate a studio and was able to schedule an appointment meeting my schedule needs. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. Then, at my appointment I explained my concerns with the lashes and what my expectations were....well the results were even better! The technician did a great job. I love the look and quiet atmosphere. Everyone is wonderful! My only suggestion would be to not rest your hands on my face and nose while applying the extensions. Personally I have very sensitive skin and usually break out after my application if I don't wash my face before leaving.

My first appointment was at the Pearland location and it was absolutely horrible, I literally wanted to cry! When I went back in to ask them to correct my problem they treated me like I was dumb and wouldn’t help me. Adriana at the baybrook location was so so helpful and corrected all the problems the Pearland location caused. She explained to me what I was getting, what would look nice on me, she told me how to care for them and just was overall a really great experience and I would recommend that location as well as Adrianna!

I stopped coming to this location for about a year due to attitudes from two lash techicians and the front staff. Before returning, lash techs would take phone calls during their appointments and curse (not the person I went to), and the front desk staff were EXTREMELY passive aggressive. The front desk staff now are soooo nice and professional. My lash technician is very professional and gets the job done. She’s great. One thing I will say is that other customers (while getting their lashes done) have taken phone calls which I think is disrespectful to others there. I heard a woman yell at her back because she was locked out of her account, then broadcast her SSN to all because she didn’t know her account number due to getting her eye lashes done. Getting my eyelashes done is my me time, and I think there should be some standard courtesies for all, but much better than it was...
