So, my Stylist Desiree became the new Manager and is no longer doing lashes, boy was I disappointed. I switched to Mariah who is a Master stylist, and she is wonderful however her hours do not work with my work schedule. I tried a couple of other Master stylists, and they were okay to me. Upon a recommendation from John, I tried a new stylist named Maria and I must say she is the BOMB. My lashes look amazing even my Husband stated how great they look. I will definitely be booking with her again. Also did I mention she is not a Master Stylist.

I have been seeing the master stylist Jaime and I could not say enough amazing things about her. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is gentle and honest, which I sincerely appreciate. I know that she would tell me if my lashes needed a break or if there was a reason that we could not get them as full as maybe I would want, instead of damaging them even more. I got lash extensions for the first time ever a couple weeks ago and I love how they turned out. Service was wonderful, from the front desk to the lash application. I paid extra for a master stylist to make sure they came out perfect and they did! I got a refill exactly two weeks after and most of my lashes were still hanging on strong. There weren’t any master stylists available so I booked with one of their regular stylists and my service and results were still top notch! The stylists are gentle, thorough, and the folks at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I started a membership so I’ll be going back twice a month. It’s really nice to not have to put mascara on any more’

I went to this company for the very first time the day before vacation. Approximately three hours later I had a lot of eye lash fallout; so I went on vacation without eyelashes basically. I reached out to them the same day and they tried to fit me in for an adjustment but due to my travel plans there was no way for me to come in before my flight. Someone from the location reached out again and scheduled me for an adjustment the day after I got back into town. The stylist Isabel was amazing and did my adjustment free of charge. She will now be my go to person. Thank you for being so accommodating during such a stressful time.

I have been coming to Amazing Lash for about two years, the Chicago location for about seven months. Somewhere along the line, after moving, someone switched up my lash style without telling me. Due to this, I began not liking them and considered transferring services. I contacted my previous eyelash tech about my style and was able to get my lashes back to the way I want them. During my last appointment, the lash tech gave me some excellent upkeep advice that I have never been told before. I really appreciated it and her understanding. Now I think they look great. That being said, please make sure your lash techs are not switching up style based on their personal preference. Thanks!

This was my first time getting my lash extensions done at Amazing Lash and everyone there was great. The front desk staff was nice and explained everything well. I’ve been to a few amazing lash studios and my experience has not been the best. Coming here I always feel like I will be taken care of they do. The ladies here have conversations with you to make you feel comfortable. Before you go they comb your lashes several times to make sure you look. They honestly make your experience and your money’s worth. I’ve worked with Lesli Morgan Nanda and Kaylan and they have been the absolute best so their boss should definitely be proud. You guys are amazing.

Everyone at ALS Lincoln Park is fantastic!! The front desk staff, management, owner, and stylist are very sweet and professional. I just love going to this location because of the people!! Can’t be beat! I’ve been going to this studio for a few years now and have been so happy with every service. Their prices are also so reasonable as I used to go to a more pricey boutique but honestly think ALS does better work and has better stylist! You have to book here! It’s the absolute best!!
