I had an appointment today with Rylee and she was THEEE sweetest and most wonderful person! We didn't have many words during the appointment because I am an overnight worker so I dozed off, but the few we did have were pleasant! She is over flowing with positive energy. My lash fill is full, upon completion I didn't have any irritation, no glue was sticking, no burning from the glue accidently getting in my eyes! Just beautiful lashes and beautiful service from a beautiful soul.

I want to start off that my appointment with Rylee was great. She is always really kind and does a great job. I also never have to worry about her cancelling my appointments and doesn’t give me attitude when I ask questions or am on the lower side for my lash retention. I wish that was the same for my overall experience. I have been a costumer over a year now and the last couple of months almost every single appointment I have scheduled gets cancelled. I am getting to the point where I am about to cancel my membership over it . If I were to cancel my appointment in less than 24 hours I get charged an inconvenience fee but 2 hours before my given appointment is acceptable to them to cancel my appointment. I get when emergencies come up but it’s getting to the point where it is happening to me almost every time I scheduled for certain individuals.

Enjoyed the beautiful set raven put on me today. She was quick and gentle. She listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. The only problem I had was the music. It is hard to relax while getting your lashes done when upbeat music is playing on repeat. Many lash clients like to nap while getting lashes done, it was difficult to relax with the type of music playing. Nonetheless! I am happy and will be a repeat customer.

From the moment I called to make the appointment up until walking out the door after my eyelash extensions were applied this was such an amazing experience. The customer service on the phone and my lash artist wear it incredibly pleasant to deal with. Riley was my artist and she was incredibly knowledgeable and made my lash experience one of the best I’ve ever had. I showed her pictures of the lashes I’ve typically gotten and she showed me my options didn’t try to upsell me but we talked about pricing and what was within my budget. The staff is incredibly professional and the store was bright and clean. I highly recommend coming here whether it’s your first set of lashes or you’ve been getting them done for years. 10/10 (ask for Riley) !!! :)

This was my first time getting lashes, I've always wanted to so I could just get up and go & not appear tired. The whole experience from setting up the appointment to getting them done was amazing, it was very simple & everyone was extremely helpful. They were also professional, nice and accommodating. I decided to do a patch test as I am sensitive to a lot of things, they do have a sensitive glue which was used but also informed me that the glue may not keep the lashes as long as their regular glue. Raven is who I was with today, she made the first time experience wonderful & walked me through what she was doing. After she was finished she walked me through the care of the lashes, the dos and do nots. Let me know of the products I could purchase for cleaning, eyeliner, and mascara. It was an all around great experience.

So happy with my lashes. She did a great job on getting the exact style I was looking for. I wanted my lashes to look fuller but not fake since I’m at home most of the time. I don’t have the inconvenience of having to put on mascara and wake up looking gray! I had a rough start with a new girl but the studio went out of their way to make it right. The lashes last and are beautiful. It can be hard to make a 2 week fill in because of how busy they are but they are training new stylists to rectify this. They are very customer oriented. I'd recommend them to friends.

The service I have received at Amazing Lash has been exceptional. The front desk staff is quick and courteous, My lash tech, Veronica, goes above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Also, her technique is perfection and she makes it her mission to give me the exact look I want. There are two items I would like to see: 1.) Water - iced/flavored spa water would be great or small bottles (if the small bottles had a recycling bin available); 2.) Spoolies and hand towels (not paper towels) available in the wash room. Paper towels leave lint on the lashes after washing (and they’re wasteful). Spoolies are just convenient. I think these items would go a long way to putting the experience over the top.

Tried once paid a lot of money to start off tipped what they said you should tip I was there for a long time my eye lashes were not what I expected .. I got in my car noticed some were longer on one side not very good set up a apt for another day Michelle was able to fix for now what the first person messed up .. Bran new to Colorado, this was the one visit I knew I needed. My esthetician (Alyssa) was amazing, so welcoming and kind. The reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 was mainly the front desk team. They talk over me, wouldn’t allow for my appointment to been my schedule and then spouted off prices like they are charging me more at my fill date. There was a huge lack of customer service and disconnect at the front desk. I don’t think I’ll be back because of that. It’s already a huge expense for me, that I’d like to be somewhere where I feel welcomed and kindness all around. Thank you.

A little disappointed at the fact that I told my tech exactly what I wanted, and that I wanted them long (15) and she kept telling me that she recommend only going with 13’s and that they’d still be long. I’ve had lash extensions for 2 years, so I know exactly how I like them to look. The lashes turned out looking good, aside from the fact that they are a lot shorter than I wanted. If she would’ve used 15’s like I asked, then they would’ve been perfect.

I can't say enough good things about Amazing lash! Kate was my technician and did a fantastic job! Before my first appointment I did the lash picture thing, found what I wanted and Kate did the exact same thing! When I went back 2 weeks later for my fill, I asked for fuller lashes and once again, Kate did not disappoint! I am so thankful to have found an amazing lash studio so close to home, who has an amazing staff and the girls make you feel at home!! Definitely a life time customer!
