I came to the lash studio with a botched lash job and plenty of glue on my eyelashes. Maria took her time and removed all of the lash glue from my eyes and she was very gentle. It was so much glue that she did not have enough time to finish my lashes. So Shannon made another appointment for Faith to fill them in and she did an amazing job, she took her time and was very intricate with her work. I will be returning.

My girl Faith did my lashes and I’m in LOVE!! We literally talked the whole time (more like me talking her ear off lol) It didn’t even feel like 2 hours passed! Def can’t wait for my next appt with her! She’s super sweet and a girls girl!

I visited Amazing Lash Studio on 2/21/24 for the first time and when i say my experience was so nice i came into a beautiful building very clean and cute i was greeted with smiles and very pleasant attitudes i was serviced by nijah (I’m sure i misspelled her name) she is still in training but she is very professional super sweet a funny her trainer came in and checked on us from time to time she was such a sweetheart and as a trainer you could tell she was super confident and proud of her trainee my over all experience was great and i will be back

This was the first time ever getting my eyelashes done, with that said I definitely have nothing to complain about. The staff was very very helpful during the entire process. The young lady whom did my lashes walked me through everything as she was doing it. I'm extremely satisfied with my lashes and the entire thing. Highly recommend

I loved loved loved my experience here with Ms. Yasmin! (Sp). I’ve never had a more personalized experience when getting lashes. Most just show you what they can do without finding out what you want but not her! Detail oriented from the moment you walk in. She explains the basic styles but encourages you to make it your own by finding out the look you’re really trying to achieve. She gives you the different options to achieve what you’re going for and it makes you feel super confident in your decision. She checks in throughout the entire process to ensure she doesn’t get too far with something you don’t want and to see if she can enhance anything for you. When I say I feel my lashes are perfectly how I wanted them to be I mean it! I’m beyond pleased with her technique. Quality of Work aside she’s also kind and personable, her priority is to make you comfortable and have you enjoy the process from start to finish. Also big shout out to this location for having contact lens cases available for us contacts wearers, definitely made a difference for me yesterday!

I am seeing a major difference at Amazing Lash Studio Evans with Mrs. Neal at the helm. I am familiar with ALS due to having a membership with them at their Atlanta Buckhead location and was thrilled about the Evans location. Prior to Mrs. Neal, the front desk personnel weren’t the most professional, with Mr. Flores being the absolute worst. I experienced the worst customer service of my life interacting with him, literally the worst. BUT Mrs. Neal brings a fresh, new perspective to the Evans location which has made it much more enjoyable. I feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family now.

Based on my initial experiences with the location and appointment issues and availability of technicians, I would give 2 Stars. This area needs to be addressed, as well as the piped music. It’s not my taste, but it’s the same every appointment. Regarding the work, once Jayda became my technician, I have received numerous compliments on my lashes. They are very natural looking and expertly applied. Jayda is extremely talented and takes pride in her work product. She makes sure I am happy with my lashes. I appreciate her professionalism.

Well first I was shock to learn my reg tech was no longer working there But I was paired off with a wonderful young lady that put me at ease.. man was I pleasantly surprised !! She was amazing!!! .. i had a wonderful relaxing time .. I like talking to her and she was just as friendly.. but the best of all my lashes looked AMAZING!!! The only complaint I have is that I booked my appointment with Brook and ended up with someone else The young lady that took care of me was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable .. very kind But this is not first time getting lash extensions I’ve been getting lash extensions since 2014 So I’m not new to this process so I requested a more experienced tech and was surprised when I got there .. I didn’t questioned it cause I didn’t want to be rude to the lady that they asignes me to again I booked with Brook ..even though I felt it was rude of your people to change my tech. Without my knowledge. I did buy a pkg deal .. so I will be going back But I was and am very disappointed.

I have a membership but live out of the area. I had an “emergency” need for a fill and they were wonderful in Evans. They were able to fit me in, my lashes look great, and it was incredibly easy to use my credits. Again, I want to thank all the ladies for their assistance.

So when I first got my lashes done they were put on improperly and we're looking sparce after a few days so I called Great Lash they were so kind and understanding and scheduled me with their best lash tech. Shrae immediately realized they had been put on incorrectly by the previous lash tech ( who already had moved out of town) and took my lashes off for no charge and they are putting a new set on for me tomorrow at no charge to me for the removal or new set.I love how they stand behind their work!

I walked in was greeted with friendly knowledgeable staff at the front counter, my lash specialist was wonderful she explained the process and I’ve had the tape on my eyes and under before elsewhere this time I couldn’t feel it.
