This is my third time visiting Amazing Lash Studio. I feel each time I have gone it is either hit or miss. It may be partially due to the type of service. The lash lift does not come out the same each time. But, for the prices to be raised and paying a master fee including tip. My lashes should come out adequately each time which would allow them to stay lifted longer.

Meredith, Thank you for the service you provided me in resolving a minor issue I had. I was not pleased with my service and Meredith made sure she heard me and quickly arranged to fix my lashes. There are times when I am not satisfied with my service at other facilities and I never feel comfortable announcing it because I would feel like I was making a scene, but the manager appreciated me bringing it to her attention and she made me feel like she had an open door for me to come to her and share. After I came back and touched up my lashes I was feeling much better and would recommend anyone to visit the Fairfield location because it is under good hands. Thank you Meredith again.

I want an enjoyable experience especially if I'm trying something or somewhere new. That's how I decided on the Fairfield location. There were rave reviews about the manager and the customer service. I can say without a doubt that this is 100% TRUE! I am so glad I decided to visit this location for my 1st time and know for a fact I will be returning. I happen to be in when the owner was running in real quick and had a quick chat with her and she was also super friendly and helpful. Even my lash tech said it was an enjoyable place to work (which comes across 100% to the clientele for sure!) An all-around enjoyable environment for everyone involved. I don't think you'll regret your decision when visiting this location so go out and treat yourself!

Had a horrible experience at the amazing lash in copperfield and was unable to get them removed due to the manager telling me I can no longer get any services there, so I frantically start calling places all over Houston who can help me with my lashes due to them being stuck to my skin from being improperly placed, thankfully the manager in Fairfield town center (Meredith) gave me a call and told me they can’t do a free correction or removal (obviously since they didn’t do my lashes) and can do a discount for services needed to fix the issue! She did not have to do that at all especially when it was another studio who messed up!! (She’s such an angel) and Tony the lash technician was very knowledgeable and knew what was done incorrectly and the placement was done improper due to lashes being stuck to my skin… it was so bad she needed help from Cassandra who was an angel and was a genius at helping remove the lashes stuck to my skin! But let me say TONY WAS AMAZING !! She took such good care of me, made me feel comfortable and made me laugh and made sure I was okay through the removal process, I’ve honestly haven’t had a better experience at an amazing lash location than this one! They are all about customer service and satisfaction

My first experience wasn’t the beat (see previous review). With great hesitation, I returned 5 days latter to allow another stylist to right my lashes. The initial I take was a bit rocky. I believe my stylist had some preconceived notions and assumed I was simply going to be difficult. She was honest about her concern with fixing another stylist’s work and didn’t want me to then be upset with her too-if she couldn’t make them look better. There was also some miscommunication about the actual appointment. I was told I was coming in to have the lashes removed and redone. Unfortunately, nobody told that to my stylist who was confident 90 minutes wasn’t enough time. After shaky start, RACHEAL the manager assured the stylist she had enough time to do whatever it took to make the lashes presentable. Once in the room, my stylist apologized for her “push back” and hesitation and became very assuring. In the end, she was amazing! She fixed the lashes, corrected the gaps and made the set look beautiful. It still isn’t the style I initially asked for, but it’s a style I can live with until my next visit. I’ve regained my confidence in this studio and would recommend it to others.

Sandra is amazing!!! I stopped getting my lashes done about 3 months ago because they would start falling off as soon as I left the studio. I refilled 3x's before finally being so frustrated to stop all together. I shared with Sandra what was happening and she made adjustments to the glue & type of lashes. It's only been 24 hrs since I got my full set but I can already notice the positive difference. Not ONE single lash has fallen. I would have so many fall right away with prior experiences. I'll definitely be going back for Sandra!!

This was my first experience at Amazing Lash, the first stylist who I will not name because she was kind. With that being said during the session I’d mentioned that I would wear my headphones, but she talked over them and asked me some questions I found a bit personal. I talked along with her because I felt a little pressured to do so, I’d hope for a quiet session. However, she was very nice and easy to speak with, my lashes though were not as kind. My eyes were taped a bit uncomfortably, and I noticed that she spent a lot of time on one eye but not as much on the other. When I got up my eyes were very watery, and I couldn’t really see in full what my lashes looked like. When I got a good look I realized my lashes were very crooked, it looked like two different styles were used on each very. My bottom lashes were also glued to my top lashes which was very uncomfortable. I called from the parking lot and they rescheduled me for a revision the next day, with the pro stylist. The pro stylist agreed that my lashes were crooked and he said that it looked like she used different lengths on each eye. The other issue I mentioned to him is I told the first stylist I wanted really long lashes, and instead she chose a very short length. The pro stylist let me know that he did his best to fix the the lashes but he couldn’t get the look I wanted. I was still pretty upset because even after the revision the lashes were just two different styles and nothing like I wanted. I was really upset, to tears because it was the holidays and my lashes still weren’t together it felt like a waste of money. However the manager was kind and she immediately made accommodations for me to have my lashes removed and redone and talked to me about my options for stylists. I chose to book with the pro stylist, I did have to pay a fee for the upgrade but I was optimistic about the pro stylist. The pro stylist that I previously worked with was amazing I showed him a picture and told him the style I wanted. He worked quickly and gently I didn’t even realize he’d done the removal and application. During his session he played relaxing music and I found myself drifting to sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and my lashes are gorgeous. I would’ve rated one star, based on the first experience I had. However, the impeccable service and kindness shown by the manager Carly and the front desk receptionist Breanna changed my mind. Additionally the pro stylist was amazing, I absolutely love my lashes they are EXACTLY what I desired!! I love them so much I think I’ve found a lash home ! Literally adore my lashes after working with the pro !!! ??? My only recommendation is to perhaps speak to stylist about taking to the client about the experience they want. Some aren’t looking to talk with their eyes taped shut lol, for me this is a relaxing experience. As for the stylist, maybe this was just a bad go for her so I won’t diminish her skills. However I will say she did mention she only a few months experience, and I believe it showed. Moving forward I will only book with the pro stylist I worked with! Kudos to management, loved the hot cocoa as well nice touch!

April did an absolutely incredible job. This was not my first time at an Amazing Lash location, but this location was much friendlier when I was ready to quit going to this company altogether. The front desk staff was patient with my questions, and knowledgeable enough to answer them fully. My lash stylist, April, was extremely friendly and very gentle applying my lashes, and efficient too. None of my lashes were crooked, stuck together, or missing. She even explained simple alternatives to an issue I was having, when another location never offered any solutions after repeated concerns. Love this salon and I will be returning!

Receptionist 5 stars but not the lashes

Receptionist was excellent yesterday. However, it felt like the lash stylist was all business & couldn't wait to get me out of there. First set took only 35 minutes? I paid $20 extra for a “master” plus I tipped $20. I asked for the “sexy” style (shorter inner lashes & longer at corners) because I have close-set eyes...told receptionist and stylist this.... but lashes are all same length, somewhat sparse & right eye visibly has more lashes. Feel I need mascara? I’d like to come back please for an adjustment.

I have consistently been disappointed in one capacity or another. I'm on my 3 visit. The first initial full set went good until I had my refill and the stylist kept telling me that she was "so sorry" and that she did her best to make the lashes look good however the previous stylist glued the lashes to my skin instead of my actual lashes and she did what she could to get them looking good but it's not the best because of what the first stylist did. Then after 20 days I HAD to have a refill my lashes were so clumpy and I couldn't get them to separate. They started clumping almost immediately after my refill. I don't get them wet- I wash around my lashes each day and I try to avoid any direct water on them in the shower - I didn't understand why my lashes were so embarrassing - I actually had 2 girlfriends comment on them looking odd. I had my refill last night which I was very upset that I had to pay already for a refill - I had Jr. stylist Cierra (spelling?) - she took TWO HOURS AND 38 MINUTES to do the refill - she apologized and said that they were all stuck together and multiple times said that the previous stylist used WAY too much glue - she spent most of the time trying to get all the glue off - My family was actually worried about me and kept trying to call to see if I was okay. Even the receptionist apologized for it taking so very long. Cierra also did not have good personal conduct in that she kept snorting up snot from her runny nose - I pray to God that she did not have a cold - and her breath was HORRIBLE - I kept holding my breath whenever she would speak. I highly suggest the stylists wear a mask since it's inevitable that they breath on your face while working so close. I am ready to cancel my membership!

Service is great! Receptionist is friendly and pleasant, and my stylist (Nam) does an awesome job! However, it seems like everytime I go there, the bathroom gets more dirty. If no one in the salon actually cleans it, then hire a cleaning service. The toilet and surrounding area is grungy and the sink has stains.

Halle Waggoner and her staff have never ceased to impress me! First Timer

This was my first time ever getting lash extensions. I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I feel that the lady who applied my extensions did a good job. However, the “customer experience” (especially for a first timer) was basically non existent. Not a bad experience, just not anything at all. I expected a little more guidance, explanation, etc. but basically showed up, was told to pick between 4 pictured options, laid there for 2 hours with my eyes taped up, then paid and left. I was never told what was happening, how lash extensions work, what was happening during the process, nothing. When I asked the girl doing my lashes at the end what brands of mascara/eye makeup were oil free she said she had no idea, but they had some I could buy . I would expect someone who had 4 years of experience to know that information on the spot. No care instructions, no information other than “come back in 2-4 weeks. If more than 50% has fallen out you’ll be charged a full set. (This was told to me after I asked.) There were a lot of other little things that just made me feel like no one really had a decent amount of knowledge about. Everyone was friendly, I was happy with how quickly and easily I was able to get an appointment and pleased with the overall results, but I think I will try a few other places out where options and processes can be better verbalized/thoroughly explained.

Today was the WORST experience I have ever had today at the Fairfield location. I arrived 10 minutes for my appointment, usually if you arrive early your stylist comes to get you as soon as you wash your lashes. Today that was not the case I waited an additional 30 minutes for my appointment, the 2 girls at the front desk seemed notice at all because they were too busy complaining about the work they had to do. Once who I assume was the manager came out and finally called the stylish she finally came in from the parking lot where she told me she just didn’t know what time it was. I let it go and went into my appointment after waiting for her to get everything together to start my service after her leaving 2 times before even starting it finally began. During the service my stylist decided to take a phone call from her boyfriend in the middle of doing my lashes. Once I left and looked at my lashes I realized how bad they look she made no style at all it was like she stuck the same size lash on each of my lashes the middle lashes are way too long, like she had no care in what she was doing. I have only been home for 10 hours and probably 10 of the lashes have already fallen off. Super disappointed in this location.

If you want a master tech, see Nam at the Fairfield location in Cypress, TX. He's masterful in his artistry of making your lashes look natural and very efficient. Also, my lashes tend to last longer when he does them. I've been seeing him exclusively for about a year now. A real bonus: The customer service at this location is second to none! Quinn is awesome. She was my 3rd professional at AL. First I did not care. Now I always go to her. She taught me how to care for my lashes. She did not just give me the run of the mill steps. Wishful lashes

I gave the lashes a try, but unfortunately I am allergic to adhesives. Severely! Aside from that the staff were all extremely kind and helpful. My lash expert, Sean, was ever so professional and is going to research products to see if there is any future lashes for me. I hope so! I will be back if possible.
