I always have a great experience with Willow she does great work and lashes stay on . She was on vacation last week so I went to some one else the person on the phone said she was master stylist and she was not . The lashes she did didn’t even stay on and she didn’t read the instructions as to which size I used . Not fun paying 50.00 for lashes that don’t stay on a week .

I found myself 30 minutes away from home after my fullset of classic lashes started falling out after 2 days. I was horrified during Valentines Day weekend to walk around with lashes on half of my eye literally. My normal location could not accommodate me. But Regina at the Fairview location saved me! She slayed my lashes and educated me as well. Love Love my new redo full set of lashes! Thank You Fairview!

I had cancelled my membership because I wasn’t using it. I would get used to a lash specialist and then they would no longer be there. I was ready to do away with my credits ($400) because I had no faith in trying another person out. I have light scarce lashes (to be honest). I was blessed to find the right tech in between each not so great one. Leighanne Christina Crystal and now Phyllicia. Had the best time with her and she worked with these puny lashes of mine. I would highly recommend Felecia Located in: Fairview Town Center, she was calm, and good listener and left feeling like a prettier version of me. Before her another lash technician that I was assigned to in a previous visit advised took me in the room and after a few minutes apologized and explained my lashes were just to short so I can’t refill lashes for my session and recommended lash serum and come back when I have more, to me I thought I made an appointment to refill so someone was able to apply before, and my purpose was to refill my lashes not wait for lashes to grow, and in my life outside of this my low thyroid issue that has been a problem for my hair, nails and skin and magic serums in pretty boxes are like applying water to my natural lashes, they have always been short since I was 7 years old, then asked for at least a brow wax. Honestly, I left feeling like there was no hope for me and paid for the time and even tipped, and at the time it was late in the evening, and they were making the motions to sweep and mop and close the shop. I just didn't want to turn into a grouchy Mom boss to the young ladies. I feel better after taking a chance trying another session with an emailed 20% off if I mentioned receiving it. Some mentoring advise to the technician who did not think she could refill my lashes, I am going to think of it as you were not comfortable giving a good result for my eyelashes, I know you meant well recommended the serum, but it's not what you say, it's how you say it, people like me go to Amazing Lash Studio because they want to look like a better version of themselves and not apply lash serums, and they may not have a steady hand with that teeny tiny lash brush, you will be 50 someday and I hope you will understand then, I hope this will help you with your clients and wish you the best. As for Felecia I also give ★ ★ ★ ★ ★, thank you.

I love the quality of work of my lashes but it was just different from the other locations I’ve been to. They didn’t ask me to wash my lashes upon arrival and I had asked them if it was ok while side conversation was still going on. There were side conversations amongst themselves as I stood there waiting to be checked in and out. The location itself looks amazing but the customer service could use improvement. The lash tech I had did amazing however didn’t have a handheld mirror to show me while I was laying on the table or ask if I liked them or if I wanted something fixed. The quality of the work was great, location is big and beautiful but the customer service and attentiveness needs a lot of professional improvement.

I am a member and scheduled a full, the tech said it was only a touch up. My left lash had hardly any lashes left after 2 weeks. When I paid it was double of a fill. When I questioned it I was told touch ups are part of membership and that was why it was twice as much. That is ridiculous to not charge for a fill at that rate. Why would I pay twice as much for less? Why wasn’t it said before charging it? I’m extremely disappointed and will likely cancel my membership as I am looking for a new lash place. The lashes were fine, however I’m not ok with the way this was charged.

I was very pleased withe my eyelashes and how it looked; however, by the second day my right eye had an allergic reaction causing my eyelid to swell and turn red so I removed lashes myself as I was out of state on vacation. I used makeup remover pads, olive oil, whatever I could find to get off because it was uncomfortable. May have lost a few of my own lashes as a result, but it is what it is. But I did like the job that was done and have no complaints. Therefore I won't be returning.

I had my lashes done in 6D on a Saturday with my daughter (matching lashes). Before we left the store I noticed the spacing issue but was told by my stylist that she placed them according to the lashes I had available. I said ok and thought nothing of it. Mine began to fall off the same night. I figured no big deal, that’s suppose to happen. Fast forward to Wednesday and plenty of them were gone. My daughter’s, however, were intact and she barely had loss any (she is an amateur makeup artist that applied makeup daily and has a skin routine and therefore washes her face quite often). I barely touch my face (tried to avoid losing more lashes). By Friday I had loss too many to even continue acting as if had my lashes done. I removed the remaining few (applied baby oil and waited). I set an appointment for Sunday. I went with the classic and my stylist was Leona. In the pass I had used Kacie (love her) the person that applied the lashes that were falling as I blinked (Makenna). Leona did the thing and there were no gaps AT ALL. Thank you for renewing my desire to continue getting my lashes done Leona.

I have found my new lash place and couldn't be happier! I did not have a good experience at the last place I went to get extensions so I was skeptical, but I am really pleased with Amazing Lash Studio. I have been there a few times and McKenna is fantastic! She works quickly but does a good job. After one full set and three fills over the past few weeks I have not had any problems with my lashes falling out excessively. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio!

So I get a message that Kacee can do my lashes 30 minutes earlier I check my maps as I leave work I have plenty of time so I call and say sure! So....here I am trying to get to my appointment early and 75 gets shutdown so I call BACK and let them know what’s going on they tell me it’s all good take my time drive safe. I finally get there I’m frantic, I need to pee, and Valerie basically holds my hand tells me it’s going to be all okay! Kacee and I laughed so hard and I left feeling and looking better than ever! Thanks girls...y’all ROCK ??

Zulma is absolutely stellar! I visited her with lashes that were severely damaged from another lash technician, and Zulma helped make recommendations to help my lashes become healthier. She is gentle during the process and the results are always beautiful!

The last time I came in a had a bit of a reaction. I expressed my concerns to Carolina and she did amazing at keeping me comfortable and found a solution. Bonus I think she does the most gorgeous eyelash sets so of course they look oh so pretty. Just love her. Oh and no reaction this time. She is the BOMB.

I walked in as a new inquiring customer, in the sales staff was readily available to answer any questions that I had. And shared information about their product. Great energy, I scheduled an appointment that day. The results were outstanding. The environment was peaceful and serene as I was having my new lashes applied. My technician was very thorough, and I would say since I had this process in the past, she was and is probably one of the best I’ve had. I always like to see my new lashes but this was exceptional. A big thank you to the team in Fairview.

So my first experience with lash extensions and everyone I encountered in my first visit were amazing. But.... 4 days after my visit my lashes in one eye were falling off. (Apparently this is common for you domineer side when you sleep who knew?). I called the salon and they immediately made it right and told me to come back and and they would fix me up free if charge. That is what I call great customer service! Thanks to Makenna and the team at the Fairview TX location!

My service provider was Kacie and she was wonderful. She is experienced and she the appointment didn’t last as long as projected. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I can’t wait to have my lashes done again. I went with the cutie style but didn’t want them to look overwhelming. She gave them a natural flirty look.

I loved the experience of Amazing Lash Studio. It's a beautiful salon and they made you feel so comfortable. I did the most natural lash being my first time ever getting lash extensions. I would like them to flair out more on the ends so when I go for a fill I will take false lashes to show how I would like them to look. For the first time, I would recommend using Amazing Lash Studio.

I was lucky to have Lauren to apply my lashes and she was SO patient with my random bout of anxiety! She was calming and everything I needed when I needed to come back to a stress free moment.
