I have enjoyed my lashes being done for the past year! I am 46 and feel super refreshed and reset after my visits every two weeks. But besides my lashes I also love the sweet girl who does them, Aleyah! She makes me feel so comfortable, is warm and welcoming each visit, and is very professional and sanitary.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. I love my Master Technician Jazmine. My only complaints are you have changed the quality of the lash washing materials. Paper towels can be harsh on delicate eye area. And although most of your receptionist/scheduling staff are friendly and efficient - there is no consistency. The turnover seems to be high and I never know who Ill see behind the desk.

I visited the lash studio on Monday for a lash lift, and my results were not as expected. I called the studio later in the day to see what could be done, and they scheduled me another appointment 2 days later to correct my lashes. I ended up with classic lash extensions and am very pleased with the outcome this time. I even signed up to come back once a month for refills. I really appreciated them working with me.

If I could give 10/10 I would. I have no complaints about Jazmine. I am happy every time she does my lashes and I cannot say that about every lash tech at this location. She listens and aims to satisfy me each time. And also asks if I want to change anything. I never do but she always asks. She is pleasant and a joy. If I want a nap I can get a nap, and if I want to talk the whole time we always find plenty to talk about. EYE love my lash tech.

Kaitlyn did a great job on my lashes and gave me everything I wanted. I’ve gone to her twice (if jazmine isn’t available) and both times the glue has severely irritated my sinuses/nose. I’ve never had the happen with anyone else. It doesn’t bother my eyes at all, but lots of burning inside my nose. Would she be using a different glue?

Katelyn does a great job with my brows. I have thyroid issues so my brows are very sparse and light. She does a great job tinting them just right so that they look very natural. I asked for a master stylist or someone that was close to it they gave me someone that just started in january i asked her to at my profile to ensure she gave me the correct lashes and she said her phone was messed up she couldn’t so i tried to explain what i needed when i was done i told her that my lashes were uneven she says oh i see it but i put all of the lashes in abs didn’t even try to fix it now i have to go out of town with these lashes they have a gap in the middle on the left and the ends on ea h side don’t match

I just wish there would of been a better deal for what I got being a brand new customer .I spent $109, for service , registered for monthly $109.I bought mascara and the foam wash, and tipped my stylus $20 so I had to spend an additional $108. I wouldn’t want any less lashes than what I have in fact I think what I have just looks normal I know it’s the longest in the thickest you have , I don’t think I should’ve had to pay 45 extra dollars for these. I’m being honest in this review I love them though but the thought of having to pay 25 additional dollars on top of the 109 every month just to get normal looking lashes to me I think it’s a bit much. Feel like there should be better discount for a new first time customer I asked for those upfront. I am a master cosmetologist I’m retired but I’ve been a salon owner over 30 years. I never look for some thing for nothing, I just feel I could’ve got a better deal being a new customer, shouldn’t have to pay extra for lashes that should look like this anyway.

I really love all the girls who have done my lashes here. They’re always so sweet and gentle. I even fell asleep this morning! But the woman at the front desk this morning at 8am was rude when I arrived and was even more rude when I checked out. There was an issue with my account, which I knew was incorrect, and she didn’t help me at all. I never once saw her smile. This is my second bad experience with the front desk (though everyone is usually so friendly!!!). I’ll keep coming back, but I think whoever that was needs a refresher in customer service. She may have been the manager, I’m not sure.

I just had my first every eyelash extension experience. I have almost non existent, white eyelashes that I have always been very self conscious about. Meryl did a wonderful job helping me choose the extensions that would give me the look I wanted. She did amazing explaining every step on the process to me. The final result was even better than I had hoped for. The extensions really opened up my eyes. I followed Libby from 2 salons. She is awesome, a delightful young lady and extremely professional! I give her a 10 for her services! She is very fast and my lashes always look great! And I drive 30 minutes (past a way more convenient location of Amazing Lashes) to see her because she’s that Good! My only thing is - she has an assigned work schedule that doesn’t really fit my preferences. During the week when I want to go are her off days and she is only scheduled for late starts (2 pm) on her other week day work schedule and isn’t scheduled for any mornings except Sunday - not a day I want to go. I wish she had at least one day she worked mornings during the week. Late afternoon traffic in Madison from the far side of Huntsville is a pain.

I love Jazmine who does my lashes but I was surprised to be charged another 10$ this last time I got them. I originally paid 59$ a month then recently went to the 109$ per month to go twice a month. Now I am charged the extra 10$ because she became a pro. I usually tip Jazmine 10$ so Now I’m spending an extra 40$ a month! I’m Up to 149$ a month for eyelashes! I’ve been a good customer since May 2017. Jazmines expert fee should included somewhere in that 109 per month. I’m Considering going Elsewhere or stopping all together

I came in today two weeks after my last appointment and my stylist was in a different room. She told me they change rooms every day! I did not like the room I was in today. And whoever bought the one ply toilet paper isn't saving money:( I have been coming here since right after they opened and I have never said anything negative about the studio. But really did not like these changes.

The last time the girl did great, I had so many lashes, but they came off within TWO DAYS. I had been getting them tinted and lifted but I still never got that “full face of makeup” look with them without still having to smother them in mascara or gluing on falsies. I honestly didn’t think that extensions would be that dramatic and I genuinely believed they weren’t healthy for my natural lashes. After doing a TON of research I caved and decided to give them a try. And WOW I’m so glad that I did! They look AMAZING, aren’t uncomfortable at all and to be honest the process was much more tolerable than a lift.

Yesterday my appt was very informative. I can't remember my tech's name (bad memory) but she did an awesome job and was very personable but professional as well. We talked about my next appt. and her consultation was excellent. For my next appt. I already know what to expect. Looks like I have a new Tech!!!?

I had a regular appt but had to change stylists. Morgan took my appt and she was excellent. She gave me a great consultation, did my refill, and gave me some tips to help maintain my lashes. She was amazing! I will do my best to get her every time!

First all the girls are quite nice and Johnny on the pot..No long waiting lines. Jessica has been doing my lashes now. First I had Molly and then tried Jaz,but she was to busy. So I settled with Jessica. I only wish that I could get fuller lashes and they would come in a light brown, bc I don't wear makeup and I love m new look, but can't seem to get them fuller. Maybe you could help with that. Even one is fine and always knows your name. Thanks so much, Barbara Brodeur

Da’ Jua is the best stylist yet! We gotta work on her personality but she is the only stylist that has done my lashes and that actually stay on for more than 2 weeks. Prior appointments the lashes were falling off after 3/4 days. She is amazing!!!! Thank you Da’Jua!!!!
