The receptionist told me about all different sorts of styles they can do, how much they were priced at, and told me about upkeep and a monthly membership they offer, all with zero pressure. It was like having a convo with a best girlfriend. If you’re considering extensions, don’t go anywhere else. I was having issues after my fills with irritation around my eyes and she was the only one who really took the time to provide alternative solutions versus just telling me I’m allergic to the glue. As always - Madison did a wonderful job with my refill. Madison introduced me to 3D volume lashes. I love the full effect these lashes give! She applied "black powder" to my lashes to help blend the 3D to my natural dark lash. I am wondering if I should dry a darker lash to help blend the 3D lash to my lash? At any rate - Madison is awesome!

I came in on Saturday at 2pm for an eyelash refill with Sarah - as always she takes good care of my lashes! I had come in about 9 days earlier and had a mini refill -due to hot weather and being outside a lot - I experienced many fall outs - Sarah took a little extra time to make sure I my lashes were full and the adhesive was sticking properly. I appreciate her taking her time (as she always does) and providing excellent customer service!

I scheduled as a full set and when i arrived for my appt, i got a fill set time allotment. On computer it stated a full set 2 hr, but when the technician looked at her schedule its booked as a fill-1hr allotment. This is the second time it happened, but his time it showed what i really wanted a full set in the computer. I may not renew my contract unless the appointment setting service is better, maybe.

I did my first set with my mom at an Amazing Lash in Arizona, and I was obsessed. I did some research in my area and the membership price was the lowest in the area for me. I typically do 1 full refill and 1 30 minute refill every month. I always try and book with Dejour because I leave FLAWLESS every time with her. I have seen a few other lash techs and I wasn't super impressed with their work, too much glue, my lashes going different directions, those things. However in the long run they still look good, and after a few washes the glue comes off and they're alright. When I ever see Dejour and they're messed up she fixes them so quickly. I had a budget issue before the holidays last year and they were all SO helpful to get my membership on hold and not draw money for a couple months. They even stopped the draft a few days before it came out, which I know is always a long shot. Getting lashes is both convenient and a confidence booster. I don't think I can go back to bare lashes anymore!

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I was really nervous. It took about an hr and a half and the process stung and my eyes watered alot. But I loved how they turned out so I signed up for the membership. 2nd time I went in I got Lizbeth as my stylist and not only did the process not hurt at all, she was so gentle with application, and the lashes turned out even better!! I highly recommend requesting her, especially if it's your first time. She's super sweet and gives great advice on caring for your lashes. They lasted 3 to even 4 weeks for me, perfect for the monthly refills. I give 5 stars to Lizbeth, and 3 stars for the pricing of membership, it got too pricey for me so I had to cancel. The girls at the front desk were all friendly too and for cancellation they tell the manager and she's supposed to call you. It took a bit of calling back and forth, but then I contacted her thru yelp and she called me back immediately.

I always have friends asking me where I get my lashes done and I love getting them done at Amazing Lash Studio in La Costa center. They typically last me 3 weeks to a month, which works out perfectly for the membership. I see a lot of people leaving reviews about bad customer service, but I have had 3 different lash techs and all of them have been great. I love that they take notes on how you like your lashes so if you don't end up with the same person doing them they always end up how you like. I gave this 4/5 not because of what the people who work here are like but what I believe the management could improve. They really up-sell their products, which I don't like. Having worked in retail, I know this isn't coming from staff, but from management/owners. If there is a new product I am happy to hear about it if it is something that would be beneficial. However, I don't want to feel pressure to buy something new every time I go in.

I had an excellent experience. I was a bit nervous to get my lashes done for the first time, but I had an outstanding and professional experience from the moment I made the appointment. My eyelash tech Beth was also incredible. She explained all of the lash options in detail and also gave me excellent advice for my lifestyle. The process was easy and relaxing and Beth really put me at ease. At the end my eyelashes looked far better than I could have imagined. I was afraid they might look bushy or unnatural but they look 100 percent natural. Its truly artwork. Also, at the end I was surprised not to be inundated with a pushy sales technique for aftercare product or a membership, instead the staff was respectful and offered very logical options. And because of that I actually signed up for the monthly touchup service. Truly great environment, and really caring staff. The new management must be doing a lot of things right to have turned this place around. A ++++
