8/30/24~ when I entered the studio the receptionist Amber greeted me. She did an amazing job explaining the different monthly membership packages. Spencer master lash stylist is amazing. Iif you go to the last studio request Spencer. The girl works her magic She makes sure your happy with your lashes..

I scheduled this appointment 3weeks ago. Today I got a message that my stylist could take me at an earlier time. I agreed to come earlier but once I arrived I found out they had scheduled me with a different stylist. I wanted the original stylist I had been scheduled with. I think you need to let us know if you are changing stylists on us. I had to come back later at my original appointment. To get the stylist I was originally scheduled with. I was frustrated and feel the front desk person made up an excuse as to why it happened. As I said before, Kozie was great! Your new higher prices may cause me to stop my membership.

The girls at the front counter are always so friendly and they get me checked in as soon as I walk in the door. My lash stylist, Cozzi, is the best. She’s quick but does a great job! This is one of the few things I get to do for myself as a single parent, and Amazing Lash makes it a great experience every time.

Uh. I won't ever come here again. On top of the other problems I have encountered, I was almost charged for a service that I had a gift certificate for. The amount that was entered into the system was for only a set and one fill. The gift certificate I got was for a set and two fills. I waited nearly 25 minutes for a manager to be spoken to, then to speak to me, then to make a call, the to speak to me again. I never would have made that appointment had I only had one fill. Finally the manager came out and said they would cover it this time. Thanks, because that's what my gift certificate was for. The manager was very pleasant about it but the whole thing was just annoying because every time I have come in (4 times now) it has been something.

I think it’s petty that you take away 10 minutes from our service that we PAY for. When we come every two to three weeks for services and that amount of time is shortened, it seems that you are only doing it to benefit your company-not the costumer, especially when you don’t reduce the amount that the costumer pays monthly. Senior stylist Kristine is hands down the best stylist I’ve experienced and I’ve seen a lot. She is detail-oriented yet expeditious and I definitely the differences when I see her versus someone else. The manager also deserves attention because she embodies what customer service looks like. She has gone above and beyond several times with helping me reschedule appointments when there became conflicts. If it were up to me, they’d both be getting raises!

This is the first time I’ve ever given an eye lash lift a try and they missed 3 strand of my eyelashes and now it looks funny. I called and see what they can do Nichole told me to go back so they can look at it, but ended up calling me back saying they can’t do anything about it until 6 weeks which I’m gonna have to pay again in full for what for them to fuck it up again?!!! The appointment consultant had my appointment mixed up and supposedly my appointment was at 6:30pm but I arrived at 7pm. I thought I made the appointment for 7 o’clock because I work around my work schedule but anyways they were able to get me in since there was a no show for 7pm. At first it was a bit frustrating because I’m traveling out of country in 2 days and I had things planned. In all fairness to the front reception desk, they were super nice, helpful, and they had knowledge about the products. They did a good job with marketing and customer service. The Cosmotologist who did my lashes was trained extremely well and she did the job in one and hand hour, which was super efficient. More importantly, she had knowledge of the service and she was very well-informed. I believe it’s too soon to be giving a review on the product itself. I’m waiting for a few days to see that my lashes stay put and then I can post a better review.

I must say I am disappointed about glue ending up in my hair! After leaving I felt this clump on the left side of my hair and head, I called and Emma checked with Spencer, she said put coconut oil on it for 20 minutes then wash out, I had just washed my hair before I came in because for 2 days you can’t get lashes wet! This was an experiment for me. I was going on a six week vacation and decided to try the extensions. I was told they would begin to shed after two to three weeks and need to be filled. I decided to try them even though I would be unable to return for maintenance. Unfortunately the ship I was on for most of that time did not have anyone that does lashes in their salon. I did not want to spend my time in a port trying to find someone to fill them in for me. In spite of this, my lashes still looked better than they would have without the extensions the whole time. They were amazing the first three weeks. Even at the end of my trip there were still some left enhancing my normal look. For me they worked better than expected. I am going to have them done again though I am gone too much to sign up for their maintenance program. I am not sure how much they charge if you don't sign up so I might have to find a different place in the future. If you have never used extensions this is a good place to try them at least once.

I have had lashes from various shops before this system. The lashes do not stay on because of the small amount of glue used in this defined process. I do not recommend their product. Get a shop with mink and glue down the whole eyelash.

Bre saves the day! After letting a newer staff member take a try at refilling my lashes, I unfortunately needed a more experienced stylist to Correct her deficits. Bre rose to the occasion - she spent most of our time detangling Lashes and clumps of glue, but proceeded to add volume with what little time we had left. She decided that she was only 93% happy and asked if I could come back for a 30 minute comped completion appt. the next day! What great service! As always, Breanda is amazing..My only complaint is when checking out being asked to leave gratuity. I get plenty of other services done, and never have or get asked at other businesses.I find it rude, and it makes me not want to leave it. But I do, and give directly to my girl in the room when finished. Why do you have to ask? I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Women know to leave gratuity, we don't need a reminder.

I went in for my first fill on Saturday and was brought back into a room by a girl who stated that she had worked for the company for 2 1/2 years. After she was done, she informed me that I should brush these new lashes 3 times a day to avoid causing damage to my real lashes. That made me nervous. I was in a hurry to get to my nail appointment so I rushed out and didn’t really take the time to look at my lashes until I arrived at the nail salon. It was there that I discovered a huge chunk of white glue in the middle of my eyelashes. I called the front office and they scheduled for me to come back and have the glue removed later that same day. When I arrived later that day, the girl was very sweet and me back and it took her over 10 minutes to remove the huge chunk of glue without destroying my eyelashes. She was nice enough to add a few more lashes to even my eye lashes up and I left. As I had been instructed, I brushed my lashes that night before going to bed. When I woke up in the morning I had several eyelashes that had fallen out during the night and a large gap at the corner of my eye. I called the front office once again and they scheduled me again to come in for a correction. Another nice girl took me back this time to do the correction and informed me that the company no longer uses the white glue that was used on me the morning prior, and that they only use black glue now and that the girl the day before must’ve been trying to use up some old glue to get rid of it. She also told me that the black glue held the lashes better and that I wasn’t to brush my lashes three times a day, at least not for the first 48 hours, which the girl the day before told me quite the opposite. My lashes look amazing but I feel like for the money that I paid, over $100, that the correct glue and the proper instruction should’ve been given to me the first time not the third time. But like the old saying goes the third times a charm and I’ll be sticking with that girl as my technician going forward. And I highly recommend that some further training be given to the first girl who did my fill. I’ll never let her touch me again.

I felt that my lash person rushed my session and didn't care. I asked for a hybrid of 6D, 3D, classic which a girl upfront suggested and she told me no that it was too much. She took her time on my left side but the right side she went a lot quicker not filling in the inner corner and my right eye looked uneven with lashes placed differently giving me a slight lazy eye look. When I asked her to add a little more to my inner corner to help balance my eyes she refused and said she didnt have time due to another client and couldn't do it. I was out paying for my lashes and she checked to see if her next client was there yet and since she wasn't there said she was going to go do something. She could have used that time to add the few extra lashes. I was expecting more volume and even look especially since I requested extra volume.

Previous member - glad to be back. Great technician, she was thorough and very professional. What gives me pause is I re-joined and was told it would be $99 for the full set. I then let the woman at the front know a friend had put down that I recommended Anazing Lash studio and had come in the day before my appt. (Meredith S) The woman confirmed that and I would receive $10 off. I asked if I could get a new starter kit since I was returning. Then I was charged $155. Not sure where that number came from. I thought the starter kit came with a membership and I don’t think I got $10 off.
