I had a very good experience at Amazing Lash studio Lubbock. I am visiting from out of town and needed my lashes done. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I had to wait about 15 minutes to have them done from my appointment time. I am use to my home studio being exactly on time. I'm 58 years old. I chose to get extensions because I did not want to use mascara anymore. I was nervous, and immediately after I got my eyelash extensions, I was in some shock because of the dramatic change. It took about 2 or 3 hours before I decided I love the lashes and definitely want to keep them. That was yesterday :) In fact, I love them so much, I'm afraid they will fall out any minute now :) I'm afraid they are too good to be true. We'll see how it goes. I'll try my best to take care of them and keep up with maintenance. It's all new to me, but I think it will be worth it.

My first impression, the waiting area was very clean and inviting. Then, one of the employees (I found out later that her name was Megan) came out into the lobby, where customers were seated, and kept bending over multiple times to show other staff members the hole in her pants. Linda,at Amazing Lash in Lubbock,has been my stylist for 3+ years and she is awesome! The entire group that works there are fantastic. They always greet me by name when I go in for an appointment and are super accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I have encouraged my friends to use Amazing Lash.

I called and was able to make a same day appt due to someone canceling. And lucky me I was able to get my first ever set of lash extension done by a master tech with the charge waived. The staff was extremely friendly and my tech was super awesome and made my lashes look exactly how I wanted. It was a great first experience and I ended up signing up for a membership because it was that awesome. Thank you ladies!

I love the service. I did change my payment to a credit card, but it didn’t work because it required a PiN #. This was because of the chip reader, however credit has always been easy to run with other merchants. Kind of inconvenience to not be able to use the credit card I wanted.
