Love this place, can’t beat the price for the result

I’ve been coming to amazing Lash for about a year now and since moving I was happy to see that there is a location in Manassas which is closer to my Gainesville residence. I’ve been using Jasmine. She is so very gentle and sweet and has great results. I’ve had one incident where my lashes had terrible retention ( Might be something as small as the glue not being mixed all the way but I know things happen so it doesn’t botherme). The management team was so quick to get me back in, fix my lashes and even remove the additional charge for 6Ds to make sure I leave with the full look I wanted. I am very satisfied and recommend Jasmine for sure!!!

This is my fourth visit. I increased my membership to have my lashes done up to two times per month because I love them so much! i have never worn a lot of make up and I love that I can wake up with eyelashes. I’m a young 60 year old and less is more and these hit the mark. My favorite person is Nicole, but I’ve been to Leslie and Jasmine, who is such a sweetheart. Nicole asks questions about how my eyelashes stayed or didn’t, gives advice on making them last longer and takes care to make my lashes the way I like them. She has helped me evolve to what feels right for me. No one has ever been pushy there and that is HUGE! Great place; clean, quiet, courteous staff.

I always have a pleasant experience at Amazing Lash Manassas. The ladies are professional, the artists are talented and the space it always so bright and clean. Alyssa and Ashli have been my artist and they are both wonderful and quick but efficient. I will def refer my girlfriends.

I was excited to hear such great things about this Lash Salon. I wanted to get fuller lashes for a special event. I didn’t realize until after they were applied that a monthly cost is required for the upkeep. It’s like nails, you have to come back every few weeks to get refills. The option to pay a monthly membership was more cost effective. After my first application I was so excited that my very light lashes now looked so full and dark, I felt like Bambi, I didn’t need mascara at all. I was thrilled. A few weeks later at my first lash refill Appt. I had not lost many lashes since the application but mentioned a slight discomfort and stiffness at the base of the lashes. The receptionist consulted another technician and recommended the lashes be removed and reapplied. During the removal process for whatever reason all my original lashes (both eyes) broke in half leaving only sprouts for my original lashes, not even enough to put mascara on. The salon agreed to reapply a new set of a different lash at no additional cost. I am now dependent upon the lashes otherwise I have none, so I am at the mercy of the salon as well as the cost to continue the service. The new lashes are satisfactory. Due to the short length of my now original lash I am limited to the type of lashes they can apply. I am upset and sad, I never imagined this could happen. They estimate it will takes months for my own lashes to grow back. That night the salon recommended/sold me their lash growth serum to speed up the growth process, but looking back it would have been exceptional customer service had they offered it free of charge to repair the damage done as a good faith gesture. I trust going forward the studio will do what it takes to make this right. The staff has been very kind.

first time doing eyelash extensions. Heard and read lots of horror stories so expected the same result but came out with exactly what I asked for. Love my eyelashes and the process was great. I barely felt her hands and I think I fell asleep while I got them done. Will def come again and signed up for the membership. One thing that made me think twice before was hearing the push for membership but actually got no pressure to join. I was explained their options, products etc but never got that push. I did end up deciding to get the membership.

This was my very first experience with eyelashes. I am 57 yrs old. I researched various locations and read many reviews. Based on my findings, I chose Amazing Lash Studio. I was willing to give it the "ol college try". I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given a few pages of info to complete. The receptionist also explained options for membership services, offering discounts for future fill appointments. At my scheduled appointment time, I was introduced to my lash technician, Jasmine. We had a nice pre-treatment discussion about my lash desires and what to expect. Jasmine explained every step of the process,making sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure which took about 2 hours. Jasmine also explained in great detail the post care to help keep my new lashes in tip top shape. I am very happy with the finished look, not too bold, just fresh and awake look. I am looking forward to seeing Jasmine for my fills! Overall, I was very pleased with the atmosphere, attention to my desired outcome, and cleanliness of the facility.

This was my second time at Amazing Lash. I was very happy with Nichole who listened to my comments and concerns and gave me stunning and very comfortable lashes. I can’t even tell they are on my real lashes. Nichole rates a 10 and so do the front desk staff who are friendly, helpful, informative and not at all pushy! See you in two weeks!!

Yesterday was my first experience with the Amazing Lash Studio in Manassas, and it was fabulous. I stopped in to see what this new lash salon was all about, and was so glad that I did! I have gotten my lashes done before for more than double the price that I paid here, and honestly, saw absolutely no difference at all (except in my wallet)!! Ashli was my lash technician and she was great! She was professional and “on point” with the look that I wanted. I would definitely recommend making an appointment w her. Nicole was amazing and will definitely be my go to for every appt. Nicole was thorough, knowledgeable, gave great suggestions. Lashes look great and are holding up with no heavy fallout. I personally use and wear a lash sealant and then if I want a more noticeable look I'll wear mascara on the tips.

My lash expert was Peyton, she was super sweet and her fingers were so delicate that I took a good sized nap during my appointment. She played a Rihanna station the whole time so definite plus listening to good music. I've been to independent lash technicians before but Amazing Lash Studio really is on another level of service. My lashes are super curled and full. Would love to continue coming to get refills and more services at this location!

It was my first time getting lash extensions ever. My lash tech was very sweet and informative of everything. The studio itself was very clean and new. The only downside is that, they forgot to go over the styles that they offer at this place. If I had not done my research, I would have had no idea what my lash tech was talking about. Definitely recommend asking questions if it’s your first time as well. She was suuuuper gentle on my eyes, and took her time to make sure everything was in correct placement. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for lash extensions. It is a place for good value, and exceptional customer service. I am absolutely in love with my extensions, and addicted to them like everyone else now haha.
