I was on vacation in the US and needed a new set of lash extensions. After researching, I found this studio. They have an introductory offer (New lash set for 99$ for first-time-clients), plus when you book your appointment there is another fee for the lashes you desire (Hybrid, Volume...) So far, everything was very clear and well explained. I had scheduled the full set for 99$ plus the Hybrid style for an additional 49$. When I arrived for the appointment, the receptionist told me it would be 169$ instead of 149$ for my lashes today, since I am not completing a membership with them. This was not written anywhere when booking my appointment online, and a membership would not really make sense for my situation since I live in Germany and this was a one-time-visit. Of course, I said yes since I already had booked the appointment, but I was disappointed at this hidden cost, especially since I didn't want to deduct this from my lash stylists tip. So I paid an extra 20$, which doesn't seem like much but still - money is money. My lash stylist (Molly) did a beautiful job on my lashes, she was very nice and accommodating. She did exactly the kind of lashes I had hoped for and after almost a week, I have only lost 3 lashes alltogether!

I have never been to another location, but I do not have any plans on leaving because this place is great - the scheduling process is so easy. If I need to change something they are very flexible and let me rebook. They allowed me to work up to the volume of lashes that I wanted and I never felt like an annoyance in doing so. Environment is super comfortable. Waiting area is cute. I appreciate the mints every time since someone is going to be directly in my face! And lastly Ezra is amazing! She takes her time, but gets the job done efficiently. My lashes hold up for the two weeks and I'm always so happy with them.

I’ve been seeing Jenna for over a year. I took 1 break to give my lashes a break and I couldn’t WAIT to get them back on. These lashes are AMAZING. On days you need to run out of the house with zero makeup, you still feel beautiful. I’m in and out of there in an hour. Scheduling is a breeze, because they work retail hours you’re not dependent on just your Lash person, if needed I’ve had to use a replacement before when I couldn’t make it on my usual date and time. I HIGHLY recommend you give it a try!

Madison and Brilynn are both absolutely amazing and the best lash artists there hands down. Madison works so quickly, light hand, and made me look normal again before my business meeting and client orientation tomorrow. I will continue to see BriLynn or Maddy for all my lash services as I don’t think this was any fault of theirs but maybe the product used was a bad batch. The only disappointment was being fully charged for a refill when I was just there less than a week ago and paid $55 ($75 including tip) only for almost all of my lashes to fall out of just 1 eye and have to pay the $75 again and use another fill credit. I don’t feel I should have had to use another fill credit or be charged full price on top of it. Both girls deserve their tip all day long though.

My experience was wonderful! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I was offered water and to use the facilities before my appointment. I did come early in case I needed to fill out more paperwork and was well taken care of in every way. Sarah even brought me back early for my appointment. She was so gentle and fast. I do not like having my eyes messed with, just my own anxiety issues but she made the process so relaxing. I fell asleep more than once when she was working on me. Only disappointment I had was when I checked out I was told there was a $10 fee for Farrah as she’s a Master Stylist. The app didn’t tell me that when I booked and I personally feel if you have a membership there should be no additional fees. My monthly deduction for services should cover any stylist I see.

I’m a huge fan. I first tried lash extensions a few weeks ago, before my daughter’s wedding. I knew I’d be doing a lot of crying, so mascara (or any eye makeup really!) would be useless. I don’t wear much makeup normally so I was concerned that I’d look weird with fake eyelashes, which I would have, if these were typical “fake eyelashes. These are not and it was not the case at all when I got them done and opened my eyes. My stylist, Alyssa, is amazing. She is meticulous and extremely trustworthy. My lashes are beautiful- so noticeable, yet so natural looking. Absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this place, and especially Alyssa.

I stopped getting my lashes around when COVID hit because I’m the caregiver for my elderly and ill parents, and just couldn’t risk it. Felt safe coming back for my lashes now due to the mask mandate during services. I am disappointed that I had a refill on the books that I paid for and lost it due to my inability to continue during the pandemic. I also realize that I don’t like the classic lashes as they are too coarse and wish my account would have been better documented on what lashes I used. Usually I see Jenna who is fabulous, but had to change my appointment and was with the sweetheart Alex. She remembered me from my visits before asked me some caring genuine questions about me personally. I was her last client after a long day, but I received as much care and attention as her first client of the day. Lashes looked beautiful. The only thing I wasn't happy about, was the woman that payed for her service before me didn't tip her teck. That's really crappy. Tip ladies, it's a service industry it's hard work!!

I love my lashes that Miranda gave me yesterday, I went up a couple millimeters and they are simply stunning. However, when I arrived home and really looked at them, my right eye is fuller filled than my left one. She did the left eye second so I don't know if we were just running out of appointment time or if maybe I was fidgeting and she was trying to hurry so I could sit up? Unsure.

I was there 2 days ago and the experience I had today was night and day. First, I had to bring my 3 year old after I got off work and she was so patient and understanding. Gave me updates that he was being good. Most importantly my eyelashes looked nothing like they did the first time and she didn’t spend 20 minutes trying to get my eyes open or poke me because the top and bottom were stuck together. I have been getting my lashes done for years. I was stationed in NM and had a lady who did them perfect. February of 2020 I moved out to Luke AFB and I struggled to find someone who could make my lashes look as full as I like them. I went to so many different Amazing Lash locations, a ton of different ladies to include master stylist, then I found the one, Jordan. She does not rush through my fills, and gives me the FULLEST look I have ever had. A location just opened up by my house in Goodyear and I still prefer to drive to Peoria because I don’t want anyone else touching my lashes.
