I've been using Taylor for 4-5 years and I'm hoping she never leaves ??‍♀️. Not only does she do a great job, but I've developed a good relationship with her. She's given me loads of tips regarding the best care for maintaining my lash looks and told me when I started losing lashes. She urged me to get the serum and how to use it. It works really well but only when I use daily. Believe me, as I stopped using it for a while and she noticed and reminded me it only works when it's applied daily. Ok, I've got it now. I had been seeing another lash tech at the Klein store who left the business, but was honestly the best lash guru I’ve ever had in 10+ years of getting extensions. The person I had do my fill there after she left, butchered my lashes, gluing them together in clumps and creating the most godawful cluster of glued mess I’ve ever had. Thankfully, Taylormwas able to begin the repairs done by the other lash person, and while I realize it will take more than the one visit to repair the damage, I am hopeful she can salvage my lashes.

Moira is always professional, listens to what I say and delivers exceptional service consistently. I came in a week earlier and saw a different technician. I have never - in five years - had anything less than a TEN star experience with Taylor. I don’t know if she has an empathic ability to read her guests, but she always seems to know when I want to chat, and when I would rather just relax, as she did yesterday. I was so relaxed with her gentleness that I dozed off. It was perfect, and my lashes were perfect once again. I don’t take chances by waiting last minute to book with her because I will be disappointed. I have my standing appointments through the year. My lash lady is Moira in the Portifino Shopping Center in The Woodlands and I've been going there for 4 or 5 months and have never had an issue. They look great every time! And for $60 a month, it is an amazing price for what you get. I go every 3 weeks and they always look amazing. Super happy I found this place and I will forever go there. All the staff is great, always smiling and very welcoming. Best place ever.

Had a great experience at the woodlands salon! I had my lashes done on a Thursday and they turned out good they just needed a little more volume. So I called the studio and told them I love my lashes they just need a little more volume and they squeezed me in the very next day and did a great job. I got a full set on a Thursday evening and by Sunday most of them had fallen off, after some context clues we decided it was the heavy makeup I had to put on my face a little over 12 hours after I got my lashes done and that is what made the glue not as strong! I called Amazing Lash Studio & they were AMAZING! They told me I could come in on Monday & they fixed them for free & my Lash esthetician was more than happy to help & she was the best! She didn’t do anything wrong the first time, it was all me & The Studio still helped me out!!! They are the best!!!

I had a very good tech, very nice and professional, however sometime in the session my eye started burning where I let her know. She put the fan on it and asked if it helped, it did so we kept going. When I got up to look I noticed my left eye was red I figured it was because it was being handled. Well today is a day later and it is still red and a little bit sore, I have contacted the location, where they were very sympathetic, I let them know I will give it a couple of days to see if things change.... The only thing is now I am stuck wearing my glasses instead of my contacts because my eye is irritated.

I have an Amazing Lash about 5 minutes from my house. I choose to drive 20 minutes to the Portofino location because it’s worth it. The staff is kind, well trained, and it’s very relaxed compared to the location close to my house. Alyssa, my lash stylist, is ultimately what makes the drive worth it. She’s very patient, knowledgeable, and she has been on target every time I’ve seen her with what look I want. My lashes also stay in good shape up until my refill.
