Your system should offer email generated receipts for each sales transaction. It’s an automation that should trigger the same as this review request and my appointment reminders. While in the store today and two weeks ago neither of the front desk ladies could email a receipt. The auto pay that was taken out of my account today had no receipt sent. This is a basic business practice.

52 y/o mom raising 5 teens and minimal “me” time to beautify. This process eliminates the mascara regimen, brushing on a half dozen coats just to see my tired eyes. I wake up, wash my face and use the cleansing foam on my eyes before moisturizing, then out the door. My little eyelash queen is a saving grace. She does a 100% job of making the lashes long and natural looking. My husband loves the result!

This proved to be a very pleasant experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was taken to a clean well stocked restroom to prepare for the lash application. My technician review the lash choices with me and then proceeded with the application. It does take 2 hours but I was comfortable and relaxed. I loved the result and will see how easy they are to maintain. I did purchase the mascara and lash cleanser. The associates did explain the maintenance plan to me but I will wait and see how I adjust. My boyfriend thought they looked great. I would recommend this salon to friends and family.

I absolutely loved the eyebrow tech that I was given Kathy did an amazing job on shaping my brow and getting the lamination shape on point to what I wanted. Only thing that went wrong was the eyebrow tint only being because I naturally already have dark brows and to get them tinted felt a bit too much for me on top of getting them laminated definitely next time lamination and a eyebrow cleaning would be just fine but other than that the service was amazing and Kathy listened to all of my concerns on the shaping of my brow :)

I would give this a 5 star however the front desk asked me 5 times (harassed me) about becoming a member when I politely said not at this time this is my first time ever getting lashes I don’t know how I will like it. Then proceeded to try and sale me a membership. The tech however was very kind and told me how to care for my lashes. The front desk girl tried to reiterate everything the tech said I politely said thanks she told me. Then the front desk girl wanted to keep trying to get me to become member!

I have been coming to have my lashes since this location has opened. I am 65 and have never had eyelashes put on before. PK who works the front desk mentored me walking me through all my questions and concerns regarding the process. ie (why are they falling out, Why my eyes were burning, I don’t like this length what should I do etc) I could have been an unsatisfied customer and never come back. However, it was because of PK and her sensitivity to my needs along with her knowledge and expertise that I continue to return. Then there’s Denise Fowler, who applies my lashes. I’ve had many lash technicians prior to her. She is indeed the best. She’s fast, her technique is gentle, she doesn’t use my entire face for her work area, doesn’t use an enormous amount of tape like the others do. She always mists my eyes and gently blows my eyes with the cool dryer. I telling you when she’s done I feel like I’ve have a lovely facial. It’s that relaxing. Both Denise and PK are always so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and kind. It makes it easy to be a walking billboard for Amazing Lash telling my friends and all who stop to compliment me where I get my lashes done.

I visited this studio for a lash lift and tint service. I had done this once before but it was my first time at any Amazing Lash Studio. The person at the front desk followed all the safety protocols mentioned in the pre-visit email. Since it was my first visit, I needed to fill out some paperwork which she also explained in detail and answered any questions I had. My lash expert, Brittany, was prompt, detailed and kind. My lash stylist moved from blankney to Rivergate and I was excited cause that’s close to my home. However my stylist got sick and I was handed over to brittney who was so gracious to work really hard to make my lashes look amazing. Thank you so much. Appreciate your diligence. You did a good job. Cathy did a great job. The first time I got my lashes done at Amazing Lash @ Rivergate a master sylist did them. I was so disapointed. They were not full. I needed a fill within the first week I had them put on. after a month without lashes I decided to give it one more shot because it was so close to my home. I am glad I did. Cathy did a GREAT!!!!!!!! job. for her only doing this a short time. I think she needs to be considered for a master position once she has put her time in. Thanks Cathy

During my first visit I received lashes that I thought would have the volume but I could barely see them. You guys did try to add more volume after I complained. The second try was better but still not the look I am use to. I’m hoping the next visit I will get the volume I’m looking for in order for me to continue my membership.

Makayla did an "Amazing" job. She was professional, and explained the maintenance that I would need to upkeep after my new set of Lashes. She also explained the products, and when/how to use them, which ultimately made me decide to purchase a Membership. I live about an hour and a half outside of Charlotte, however, I will still come to Makayla and get my fills. Thank you :-)

I loved the atmosphere, and the lash tech Brittney was very nice. My only complaint is the 2 hours it took to apply the lashes. As someone who's been getting lash extensions for 6 years, I know it does not take 2 hours for application of a full set, and the fact that I'd have to pay extra to receive faster service by a master stylist, makes me as a customer feel as if the lash techs must intentionally prolong the service,wasting my time so that I'll pay more for a master stylist. If I don't return, that will be the only reason why.
