The appointments are pretty booked right now, and I was on a waiting list for a cancellation should it happen. True to their word an opening came up, I received a call to schedule me in. Perfect timing for me it was my 2 week refill. The Studio really tries to be accommodating and the staff is always friendly, efficient and helpful. As you can tell I observe and one of the things that impresses me there is how well everyone at the front desk works together, and helps each other out if someone isn’t sure about something. Kati, my stylist left and my appointment was with Stori. I always try to give the new person a good go! Stori was great, and she understood exactly how I wanted my lashes done. They came out super great! She did a wonderful job and has such a shining personality.

When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Olivia. She let me know that the technician was running a bit late and she spent a good deal of time with me determining what I was expecting from the extensions. I went in on Monday for the first time. My technician was nice and sweet. At the end my lashes were uneven in thickness so she fixed it. I followed proper care however 2 days later my left eye thinned out. So now I have one eye that is still looking good and one eye that looks really bare. Not sure what went wrong as I was very careful the first 48 hours. I left a message at the salon however did not receive a call back. I’ll try to call again to see what they can do as this can’t seem to be normal

I’ve been coming to ALS for about 6 months and every time I come I seem to have a better and better experience. Lauren was my lash artist and she did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations with her work. Aimee is also one of my favorites! My lashes look beautiful and full, I get a 6D hybrid typically and usually have to get a fill every 2-3 weeks. Olivia, Lauren and Haily who work the front desk are all total sweetheart who are extremely knowledgeable and always there to help in a friendly and professional way if I need to reschedule or have questions about any of their products. I am one happy customer and I’ll tell you, I’m not addicted to getting my lashes done because I literally wake up in the morning and I’m ready to go!! I had to change my appointment, my stylist was unavailable so I had to go to someone new. Right away I noticed lashes were sparse, even stylist said,”yeah looks like you could use more” When I looked closer in the mirror I was actually missing the entire inside corner of my right eye!! I had to go back the next day to get them fixed but They took care of me. Fixed my lashes for free and the new stylist was cool enough to admit that I was missing a lot of lashes. I will never stray away from Esther again!!

My first impression didn't go very well. There were three lady's in the lobby that worked there. They all were very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to them. One of the girl's even said I'm going to pretend I'm working so they don't ask me to go in the back. I thought that was very inappropriate to say right in front of a customer. I hope the company works on their receptionist & other employees that decide to "hang out" in the lobby since that is the first person the customers encounter. First impression is everything for a business. Once I went back I had Lauren S. Who did my lashes, she was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly, answered all my questions, told me what she was doing and when she was doing it, and did an amazing job! I love them!

The studio moved around my existing appointment to a different time and with a different stylist without letting me know. The new stylist did a very poor job. She finished in 30 min my normal appointment for 50 min. I told her that my new lashes look very thin and with big gaps. She did not offer a solution. I think that she did not take the time to do a regular refil; she cut corners.

I don’t know if it is the glue they use or the way it is applied. I went for my first set almost two weeks ago, within 5 days they were mostly gone. I went in 10 days after my first set and they said the “retention” was so bad that they had to do a whole new set instead of a fill... after 10 days!!! I thought maybe it was a fluke, but now, after 3 more days, I’ve already lost a bunch of this set. Don’t go here, I don’t think the product is the best... either that, or the employees don’t know how to apply them right so they stay longer than 5 days. I wash them and take care of them exactly as I was told to.

Third Attempt

This is my third attempt to have lashes last longer than 1-2 weeks. Yesterday was my 3rd appointment in under a month. The lash tech decided to use a different glue than what was used the last two times. I’m hoping this makes a difference although after getting them done yesterday and waking up this morning I’ve already had 3 lashes fall out so we shall see. She was very friendly and engaging.

I had Ester today and she is by far the best person I’ve had. Very happy she took so much time today. Very happy with the results as I’ve had not so good results in the past. I hope Ester stays!

Everyone was so nice! From the front desk to the person who did my lashes. I have seen 3 different people and they have all been wonderful. The only reason I didn’t see the same person was my schedule is crazy. I have been to 4 other salons trying to find one I like for a year now. I will be staying here from now on. Love them! I experienced excessive lash loss 3-4 days after my first set was applied. You called and was able to be seen the same day and Aubrey was able to replace the lost lashes and also added some volume. I’m so happy with the results and grateful that they were so quick to remedy the issue. Thanks again!

Absolutely would recommend! Everyone is super friendly, and LOVE my lashes. I’ve only had my lashes done twice & for my first fill I had excessive fall out (which I was told to call if that happened) I called in the morning and they got me in the same day free of charge & replaced the ones that had fallen out. Super happy with their work & will be continuing to use them for my extensions!!

Great technician, overcharged

I loved who did my lashes, she understood what I wanted and gave them a great shape and curl. However, I do think the price is too much for what I got and that was even at a discount for being new. 2 days before this appointment, I had an appointment at Folsom Palladio location and they canceled last minute from there system having a glitch and showing that a technician was available when she wasn’t. So then I made an appointment at Roseville Fountains location for the next morning, and unfortunately was canceled on pretty last minute because of my technician having a family emergency (which I understand conpletely) but they told me they would put a note on my account for the next mornings appointment that she offered me for a discount. When I was at my appointment, no note was made and I had to pay full price. Not too big of a deal but it didn’t help it be a nice experience.

The team in Roseville were very accommodating with an issue I had with my first set of lashes. They did a full re-do for me at no charge and I didn't ask for it! Super thoughtful on their part. The new set is a little skimpier than the first, but I'll fix that when I go in for a "fill." Thank you!
