I had been a prior member but wasn't happy with quality or service. I decided to go in and talk with the ladies about coming back. We'll, so happy I did. I was greeted with courtesy and kindness. I was given an opportunity to trial the lashes and glue to make sure I had no adverse reactions and if I was comfortable with them. Lashes have really improved. I've had no adverse reactions, they're comfortable, washable, sift, about as natural as they can get. Highly recommend if you're wanting to skip the clumpy mascaras, racoon eyes, any just be natural.

Unfortunately my eyes were not cooperating. Constant switching and flow of tears. My eyes were very red. Luckily Megan decided we should cut the session short as my eyes were not getting better. I’ve been coming here since April and have experienced nothing but great customer service and great lashes. Unfortunately this week I had two pretty big issues with reception. Last week I tried to come in for a touch up, i had my fill scheduled for this week which I wanted to keep, but I desperately needed a weekend touch up and did not have a full hour of my time available with work. They had availability but refused to give it to me because it had been 12 days past my last fill and they said I couldn’t come in for a touch up past 10 days. She kept trying to book me for a full hour but I repeatedly told her I could not because I had work. So I spent my weekend with a messed up eye even though I was more than willing to pay for the touch up and come in for my fill a few days later as scheduled. So then last night I go in for that fill, which was great. Afterwards I asked the receptionist about my next appointments. The last time I was in I had booked two appointments for the end of October (for my wedding, so they were VERY important). But she said she had NO future appointments on the calendar for me! Luckily she still had availability for one of them, but the other one I had to re-book for a completely different day. How do my appointments just disappear? I didn’t imagine making those appointments and they were super important. This was incredibly disappointing. It’s a shame because the stylists are so good. If I show up for my wedding appointment and it’s not on the books I’m canceling my membership and finding a new lash studio.

Usually after a 6d refill my eyes last for a good two weeks but this time my lashes fell off in the middle quickly so I was a little disappointed.

I had an appointment with Jackie today and she was FANTASTIC!! She was very upbeat, friendly and did everything she could do to make me feel comfortable. Hello, I have recently made the decision to choose my membership and go to another lash studio for further maintenance. I would like to recognize the great employees (lash girls and girl with red at at the front desk). Each person demonstrated excellent customer service for the time I was there. Unfortunately, I had an upsetting experience with a front desk girl named Amy. I had an appointment for an entire eyelash set scheduled in November. My mother had passed away the week before it was scheduled and I needed a quick refill before her funeral so I booked a 30 minute refill the following week and kept my original appointment as well - anticipating that I would still need to go to that appointment a few days later. I received a call from Amy advising me that she changed my appointment to the full hour. I explained the situation and she refused to let me keep the two visits that I had scheduled. I was willing to pay extra money as well and was actually confused why I was being challenged as this would make your company money. She showed lack of empathy and poor customer service. While I was able to finish the rest of my packages this week, I want to make sure you know, Amy lacks customer service and is the reason why I will not be going back. Besides Amy, the rest of the front desk girls are lovely. Thank you.

I went to see if I would be able to use eyelash extensions since I use eye drops each day. Not only were the reception area ladies very accommodating, but they recommended the Patch Test as a way to see if this would work for me. I went yesterday and Lucy did outstanding work on my short, sparse lashes. I really hope the eye drops will not affect the lashes I have, and that I can go back and get the full set. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I was a little nervous at the prospect. Everyone at the reception desk was warm and friendly, and they were even able to get me in early for my appointment, which was great. Summer was my stylist and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and experienced very little irritation that went away by the next day. Overall it was a lovely and relaxing experience.

I headed to amazing lash the night before my birthday! I was extremely excited to get my lashes because I booked with a lash specialist Jessica and was going to get 3D lashes. I haven’t gotten my lashes filled almost 40 days prior because I had an eye infection so all of my eyelashes fell out. When I got there they ended up saying they couldn’t fill them and I got extremely upset. Long story short Jessica worked her magical powers and made my eyelashes looking amazing. And the two ladies at the front desk were over the moon nice. They made me feel better than I ever could and the customer service is hands down amazing. They made my birthday and I couldn’t thank them enough!!!!

I’ve worn lash extensions for consistently for over a year. When my extension specialist moved, I was in a panic. I loved my lashes and how she did them! I looked online and found Amazing Lash Studio in Sea Girt, booked and went in yesterday for a new full set. OMG!!! I wish there was an option to give this place 20 stars. From the second you walk in your blown away. The place is beautiful and spotless. The entire staff is super professional and they just do lashes! Lashes only! Kristin did mine. Spent two hours on me. The result is better then any lashes I’ve ever had. I love this place!!! If you’re considering going but are on the fence about it...GO NOW! Truly amazing.

Amazing Lash in Sea Girt is doing a great job. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful (Nico is the best!), and they make it easy and convenient to keep up with your lashes. I thought I would just try having lashes for a few weeks and then decided to go for the membership program. It's now an indispensable part of my beauty routine. The lady in the mirror in the morning looks a little less tired, and I don't have to wear eye makeup anymore. Some lipstick and concealer, brush the eyebrows, and I'm ready to go. My lash stylist Kristin is wonderful. She's super kind and works so fast, it isn't inconvenient to come in every two weeks, it's actually a nice chance for me to relax. I would highly recommend Amazing Lash- it's money well spent.

My first Visit

My first impression was what a nice salon very clean and the help very friendly. I spent two hours for a full set. Kristen who did my lashes and I might say very nice lady was struggling of how short my lashes were and how many I have lost. Last night we took pictures of my eyes because the eyelids were extremely swollen due to having tape on them for 2 hours. This morning still swollen so I cannot see how my lashes look. I did schedule an appt in 2 weeks. Another issue was the cost. I got casual with a few volume in the middle. I cannot see yet due to swelling. There was confusion at the desk. The lady behind counter wanted to charge me 65.00 plus the 59.00 for casual. It’s a new salon so kinks have to be worked out. Again all the ladies did their best to please me. It all worked out. Hopefully by afternoon my lids are not as swollen. I have an event tonite. Thank you for reaching out to me.

these lashes are the best lashes I've ever gotten!! Christina was so lovely and accommodating. She reviewed what style I wanted, the type of lash I wanted and went over everything before getting started. at the end of the service I didn't feel "pushed" to buy the products like at other salons which I really appreciated & I did end up getting everything she recommended! looking forward to going back and getting them filled in!

Love the studio in wall, love the staff. Was disappointed at first. Everyone else's lashes looked thicker and fuller than mine! Even after i walked out, after just having them applied, i was telling one woman how gorgeous hers were, and she asked me if i was getting mine done! ☹️ I think the problem is, not enough information givwn to the customer prior to getting the lashes. Maybe a video- demonstrating how and why your lashes may not be as full as the next persons. More about after care, and more information on the amount of lshes that WILL shed! I made an earlier refull appt., because i was afraid i would shed so much, i would have to pay for a new starter set again! I understand being a new company, or new to the area, and making money, but be careful to be MORE informative. Thank god the staff at wall shop are wonderful, and thank god i am approaching 60, and all the patience and understanding that goes along with being more mature! YES, i would reccomend the wall studio, and will continue to get my refills...... for at least 3 months.

I started coming here as a model when they were first opening to have the stylists practice doing lashes before they actually opened. I did not think I would fall in love with these lashes and the studio so much that I would not only continue to come back, but become a member as well. I could not imagine not having my lashes now. The salon is absolutely beautiful and clean. Every single person who works there is so sweet and they want to make sure you have the best experience possible and that you are educated in the lashes and how to take care of them properly. My lash stylist is Christina and she is absolutely amazing. She takes such good care of me and making sure that I am comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your lash needs!

I was thrilled to find this location since I just moved to the area and was traveling an hour or more to go to my initial start up location in Hoboken( love them too) but today I went to Sea Girt and found everyone to be very nice and sweet and also very attentive to my needs. i'm very pleased with the lashes I get here and they do last a while, however I will say that I'm a bit thrown off at the sanitary steps from the last specialist. I'm not certain that the table tools are cleaned or hands washed in btwn each customer. I only mention this, because when I arrived for appt, the lash specialist was just finished with the previous customer and took me in immediately, giving me room to believe that she didn't even wash her hands, AND she didn't use gloves when she started off with my eyes. :( I hope to find a different experience during my next visit.

Fabulous lashes!! Jessica did my lashes and she was extremely friendly took the time to ask and learn what I was looking for as the end result. She Explained everything to me in great detail and did an amazing job. The environment was very comfortable If I had only one suggestion I personally would prefer softer music like the ocean sounds or summer breezes while lying there because the process is very relaxing and I like softer music.
