This was my very first set of lashes and I had no real direction on what I wanted to do but opted to go a bit bold. Adrianna was so kind and thorough through my session. I think it turned out a little too bold being I am a first timer but Adrianna then walked me through what the game plan would be our next visit. She did a great job and I will surely be back!

Services were fabulous. My tech Melissa made the experience very enjoyable! My lashes Iook great. My only complaint would be the office staff who just tends to be very blunt. Didn’t explain why I needed certain products, this was my first time getting lashes done. When I tried to deny the cleanser the response was “okay well your lashes won’t look like that on your wedding day then.” I gladly bought the clesnser and brush but there was just no explanation and not a good sales tactic. Felt intimidated and judged. But the lashes and the tech were GREAT! :) I will be back because of Melissa.

I had some issues with my most recent fill so I called the next day to see about having someone take a look at my lashes. They told me to stop by at 7 (they close at 7) and they would take care of me. I was there until 8:30!!! They fixed me right up and were sooo friendly! I felt so bad for keeping them so late! !

I got some very bad Lash extension done at Wink and Wax, when you try to call them they are never available. So I called Amazing Lash and spoke with Ona the manager. She went above and beyond to help me. I was so stressed and wanted lashes removed. Ona really took the time to explain process. My lash extension got removed by Melissa who was also amazing. She too got me calmed down and my extension were removed successful with no damage to my natural eyelashes. They are truly the best, very caring. Thank you for making me happy again

I had my lashes done this week. I should preface my feedback that I am a novice when it comes to the lash game, but I have always been interested. I had a bad experience years back when the lashes were just way too long and I did not have the outcome I was looking for. Holly sat down with me and we discussed a range of options and looks and settled on the 'cute' lashes and I'm happy with how they turned out. They are the perfect mix of everyday and glam lashes, and my eyes pop! It was so nice to wake up this morning, pop on a little blush and be done with my routine. Well done! Can't wait to come back!
