I signed up for membership a few months ago and I'm glad I did. I can get touch ups and fill ins for a good price and - BONUS - I can get a master lash tech for a mere $10 additional. Faith is a fantastic stylist! She is clean, fast and meticulous when it comes to placement of my lashes. I've had other lash stylists who use too much primer or bonding and my lashes will fall out or my eyes will burn. Faith knows just what to do to make me look beautiful every time! I also want to commend Ashley for the great telephone and from desk support. She has a great personality, works well with customers and checks with stylists when customers have questions or when she needs to double check if a time is going to work for the stylist. Great teamwork at Snellville. The only thing I miss since the new owners took over is the $25 specials for touch ups on Tuesdays. I loved them and hope they come back soon!

Raven, my lash artist, was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. The application process was smooth and comfortable, with Raven ensuring I was relaxed throughout. Her precision and attention to detail were evident as she meticulously applied each lash, creating a natural look that I was wanting. This was my first experience getting lashes and it was a pretty good experience. Julia was my technician and she first went through a book to ask me what type of lashes I wanted. She was very friendly and sweet. She made sure I was comfortable on the table and then went to work. The first session takes longer, but we had a friendly conversation so it wasn't too bad lying on the table for that long. My eyes did burn a little when she was applying the lashes, but Julia made sure I had the fan to help it. I'm still getting used to my lashes, but I love that I don't have to wear mascara when getting ready in the morning.

I love my lashes! Retention has been great (they literally lasted for 4 weeks!) However, I wish that I was able to try different types of lashes.. (such as d curl) just for a more dramatic full look. Also, I hope to eventually try longer lengths with you guys (up to 20mm) and bottom lashes. My lash tech is also cool with great chill vibes and works very fast yet precisely. Overall, I think they if what I mentioned above happens ... than more people would choose you guys over all the other lash techs.

Here is my updated review. I usually LOVE coming to Amazing Lash Snellville and this most recent experience was no different. I usually will only allow Ashley who is a master stylist to do my lashes but she gets booked pretty quickly. After quite a few tries of trying to schedule with her around my schedule, I had no success so I was told that I could book with a senior stylist. Although I was apprehensive, I decided to give it a shot. I was booked with Addison and I can tell she probably felt my nervous energy. This was an important lash appointment because it was for my birthday photos and although I did not want to intimidate her, I wanted to let her know the importance of my eyelashes coming out full glam. Addison offered a suggestion for the lashes and then she proceeded. Well, when she finished and handed me the mirror I could have cried. She exceeded my expectations and I was proud of her work. She is TRULY talented, professional, patient, thorough and understanding. Of course I thanked her but when I got home and looked in the mirror, I felt a need to call and tell her manager about her exceptional work. I called and I am convinced that the young lady that answered the phone was the same young lady that checked me in. I noticed that she was only pleasant with greeting “certain” people but I ignored that part until I called to ask to speak with the manager. I proceeded to inform her of Addison’s great work and to please relay this message to her and Olivia the manager and she was quite dismissive with me. She hurriedly said “okay I’ll tell her” and it was not as pleasant as I had witnessed her with “other” clients. Needless to say, Ashely and Addison, continue to make your clients proud. I will not let the experience of one dictate me coming back. The lesson that I’ve learned in all of this is that everyone deserves a fair shot. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I had no idea what would be the best look for me. My stylist, Ashley, was so patient and helped me pick the best look. She did an amazing job and I will definitely return. I thought that I would only do it once to try it out but I am going to get the membership bc of of my experience today. The facility is clean and the ladies in the front are following all the recommended guidelines to keep their clients safe. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio in Snellville. I’m sure all of the stylist do good work, but Ashley is hands down GREAT!!!!!! Mya was really nice as well with the check in process. I am so glad I have the opportunity to review my local Amazing Lash Studio. I am a regular customer, and began getting my lashes done at ALS-S about a year after it opened. I am very happy with my bi-monthly service and with Pam, my lash technician. Not only is she very skilled in her craft, but she is very personable as well. I've referred her to many people, and at least one person I know is now a regular customer due to my referral (but, she started going before Pam worked there). However, if there is one complaint I have, it would be the music that is played in the individual studios. I mean, I have some experience in customer service, marketing, sales, etc., and I truly do not think ANYONE that regularly gets their lashes done at this location would purposefully select the music that is played on a regular basis. Call it what you will -- bossa nova, "elevator music," Muzak... the formal title does not matter. There is only one word that suitably describes the music -- HORRIBLE. I understand the need to have some sort of non-descript music that appeals to all clientele, regardless of their age or background, but there are so many better options than what we, the client, are currently subject to. I usually ask Pam to turn down the music in the room during my service, just so I don't have to listen to it. BUT, it can still be heard coming from the hall or other studio rooms. So, if there's one suggestion I have, I would advise the owners of this franchise location to observe some of the other businesses where background music is played. (Nail salons don't count -- some of them are just as bad). Massage Envy, European Wax Center, Natural Body -- that's just a start. We, the client, are here for however long our service takes. We want to relax for a while and emerge from our session with a fresh set of flutterific lashes. We aren't pushing a grocery cart down the aisle of our local 1940s-era Piggly Wiggly. Please, give some consideration to updating the music to suit your clientele. Our ears would greatly appreciate it.

I received a text stating that my Lash tech was now a Master and her services would increase. I scheduled an appointment after receiving the text and inquired as to what the new price would be. I was advised while checking out that at this time the new price was unknown and undetermined and I could call back when scheduling my next appointment and the information should be available. I find that to be poor business! Information regarding an increase was communicated to patrons and the cost had yet to be determined? How is a customer suppose to schedule accordingly? The increase may not be inline with their personal budget. This was terribly disappointing and I am pondering cancelling my membership.

First id like to say my technician was excellent. I was given gift cards that were re-gifted to meas a Christmas gift. I called the store several times and spoke with several individuals. Maybe that's where it all went wrong. I was told gift cards can be combined to use on a single visit. So at the end of my visit,, my cards weren't honored. Not such a Merry Christmas at this point. My gift cards were treated as if they were a coupon ( not a gift card). No where on the card or in the store does it state that they can't be combined. At one point I felt as if I might have to remove my beautiful lashes. I'm on a very tight budget. I would never have come in if I wasn't told my gift cards would be accepted as payment, and if pay the difference of $19.95. After calling several managers for guidance, I was told to just comeback and pay. That was a bit of a relief, but now I've got to figure a way to place this misfortune in my tight budget. I was considering becoming a member but after today I might have to pass on Amazing Lashes.... Signed my lashes aren't smiling!

Management refuses to address problems

I have visited and called this location on numerous occasions since December 9, 2018 to speak with the store manager to address a concern with the service. I am an active member but it appears that once they get your money they no longer care and will not address any issues. Some of the technicians are really good but management is questionable. Management refuses to address problems

I have visited and called this location on numerous occasions since December 9, 2018 to speak with the store manager to address a concern with the service. I am an active member but it appears that once they get your money they no longer care and will not address any issues. Some of the technicians are really good but management is questionable. Left with no choice but to find another salon. Contacted cooperate office no help. Told everything from manager not working, she's out of town, she's not available, she's at a funeral. Get the picture?.

To whom it may concern, Today 12/22 I had a refill appointment at your snellville location on hwy 124, I actually live in Buford and usually go to that location but they had no appointments available last minute. I broke my foot last month while on vacation and wasn’t able to make it in for my usual 2-3 week refill. So I had to go to this location. I still had more then 50% of my lashes for as I usually go with a very natural look which doesn’t require a lot of lashes and i also have very small eyes. I’ve been getting them done for almost a year with you guys and never heard that if I didn’t have more then 50% of my lashes I would have to pay an extra over 50$. I arrived at this location at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment, the girl up front told me she’d be right out.... another 15 minutes go by and nothing. Finally at 4:40 I ask if the girl is running behind that I have plans. The girl upfront says oh let me go see if someone else can work on you, comes back with another woman who asks to see my lashes so very rudely and proceeds to tell me I have less than 50% and need a full set and I said no I have never received a new full set and only do refills and I’ve never had a problem at Buford. She then proceeds to tell me whatever “deal” I have worked out with Kacy at Buford I should just go there..... well it’s no 7pm and I’m headed home from a salon in Atlanta that took off my lashes and gave me a new set and allowed me to take the lashes hey took off with me. Well we counted them I had exactly 63 lashes still on, after my new set was put on I asked them to count how many were put on me...... 96. So please please explain to me how someone at this location took a not even two second look at my lashes told me I had less than 50%. I have been a good client and never try to cause problems but this was absolutely ridiculous. And I would like my refill credit to remain on my account and something to be done about today since I wasted my time finding another salon and paying for a brand new set I did NOT need. I booked the last appointment on a busy day of the week. Despite being busy and having a last minute client, Natasha tools care of my lashes as I was the first appointment of the day, she was very patient and diligent. Thank you Natasha!
