The 5’s are for the lashes. They are great! However, this was the most uncomfortable lounge I have ever laid upon. There was no support for my head or feet. It was literally a flat surface to lay on for more than an hour. The most uncomfortable install ever. The master stylist was nice and gentle. Stephanie cared. But, the studios in NC are comfortable and they have a refrigerator with complimentary cold water . I was surprised how the state of Texas has been extremely hot; with record temperatures and no water was offered. It says a lot about the level of service.

My technician was very rough kept dragging her long sleeved sweatshirt over my face. When I asked her to stop, she replied "it is clean." She halfway did my lashes and put a ton of lashes on my right eye and hardly any on my left. Smh!

Sequoia, my lash stylist , did a superb job installing the extensions and she is always professional but yet personable. However she only can install with whatever lashes are available. The lashes that were used were different than what I normally wear.. Either the 13 curl lashes were out Of stock or not sent in or different variation of the lash is being tried , I ask that you please continue to restock the 13 curl which looks more natural and absolutely fabulous. This is why the service is 4 star because the lashes are different than the 13 curl . Thank you

I went in he says before to book my appointment for the first time. The front desk ladies were super helpful in helping me choose the style that would be a good fit for my face. My stylist also was really nice and helpful for consulting about the right length for my face. She was so gentle I even fell into the “lash nap” haha, overall it was a nice experience that was worth the price for me.

I felt really uncomfortable having to listen to another employee have a WHOLE conversation with someone on speaker phone or facetime - they talked , and laughed , and laughed I was like - ok don’t you have a break room ? Or car to have this conversation in? It’s really hard to relax and enjoy the service when that’s all you can hear. Although I will say it was nice not to have the door bust open - and someone come in asking the stylist questions - that is unprofessional and Unsettling when you are laying there with your eyes taped up - and happens MOST of the time when I’m here .

I went in to have my lashes done for the first time ever with a young lady that was said to be very good, however my lashes were put on slanted therefore wouldn’t straighten.. I went back in the room to inform the young lady that I was not happy with the lashes and she said there was nothing she could do at the moment because she has another client coming.. I went to the front desk and showed them and they apologized but all they could do was reschedule for me to have both of my lashes redone.. which will take a hour and 30 min ???This sucks!!

I had to reschedule drive another 40 miles the next day wait and get the same service I signed up for the day before by a great technician who was very nice and professional who listened and gave me what I needed. Shout out to Charlie!? She made the trip worthwhile!

Serena has been the best experience I’ve had to date among any of their lash techs. She knows exactly how I love to wear my lashes. I’m happy this location changed the horrible boring music it once has but now it’s just too loud. Try relaxing easy music. At times it’s our only break to relax and take an hour nap!!

Sereina is my lash tech and she is awesome. Always very professional does an excellent job and is very fast. One complaint I have is they changed the music to elevator music. Every time I leave I have s headache from the mindless music. If I could find someone else as good as Sereina I would change because of the music. Why did the music change?

I really like this particular location. I moved about 45 minutes away from the salon and I tried another location and was NOT happy with anything at that location so I make the drive because my opinion they’re the best...my only complaint is that I can’t ever get my stylist to make my lashes thicker...other than that I love South 360 everyone is great there

I have been coming to this studio for over a year and love my stylist and my lashes. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the recent change in music. It’s like elevator music and isn’t relaxing to me at all. I miss the pop music that would play. I would love to see a change to something else enjoyable.

I have been getting my lashes done with Naomi and she is great, very skilled and patient, while paying attention to detail and still maintains q quality quickness. Naoimi makes the Studio experience worth every dime. The music in the studio is in desperate need of a makeover. The play elevator music and it isn’t event classical music unless someone thinks elevator from the 1960s is classical. Ask your stylist to turn off the music which helps but it is still heard inside your room.

I’ve been going to the GP location for the pst year. I’m extremely pleased by the stylist expertise and the great customer service provided by the front desk. The only thing I dislike is the change in music lately. It’s awful! Please change it back and get rid of the instrumental elevator music. It makes the hour long session seem even longer.
