I am amazed at what a difference these lashes make. I go without makeup all the time now, and if you knew me, that is really saying something. I always love coming and getting my lashes done here with Dani. She always makes great suggestions and I have fun trying new styles. My technician put me at ease immediately, I think I even drifted off to sleep a few times while my eye lash extentions were getting applied. I went in one day finding service as a walk-in. Unfortunately, there was an a stylist on site, but I was able to speak to Melissa. I believe she’s the manager she walked me through everything as it was my first time she explained the process and explained the pricing. She was able to get me a Appointment the following day. I ended up seeing Danny today. She was amazing! The work that she did felt so good on my eyes. My eyelashes look amazing. She was very kind calm and very gentle explained everything and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. I recommend anyone hundred percent and also this shop!

Christina does a great job on my lashes. I am a member for one refill per month. I usually get a full set per month. Every time I pay I’m overcharged for the full set at a non-member price, and then I have to call later to get the pricing of the membership. You may need better training for your staff at the administrative level.

Madi was very gentle and thorough in doing my lashes for the first full lash appointment. I appreciate that. I had no idea that I was supposed to get there early to fill out paperwork. Of course that cut down on the time that I was actually getting the lashes with Madi. That needs to be made clear ahead of time so the customer knows about it.

I feel Amazing Lash needs to pay their stylist more to keep them! I can tip $10 to $15 every time I go but it gets costly which I could afford to pay my stylist more. The only complaint I have is they go through technician stylists faster than I can keep up with. I'm the type of person that's loyal to the stylist who takes care of me! I would like to keep them for eternity if there is any way possible.

Yesterday there was no one at reception to greet me. He finally showed up and asked if I had filled out the form? I said no, you usually ask me the questions and take my temperature. He then pointed to the clipboard and had me fill it out, which I didn't feel was very non-contact like. My tech was wonderful as always! Again after my appointment I had to wait to get checked out as he was no where to be found.

I went on the coldest day yet in ATX. I was running late due to weather. I hate being late, especially some place new. I called to let them know and they were super accommodating. I got in w my stylist and she went over all my options. I went very conservative as this was my first time. I laid back and Kayla started to work on me. It felt like 30 minutes but an hour and 15 minutes later I had a full set of gorgeous lashes. Kayla was super sweet! I'm amazed how they do their magic!? Cant wait to go back and do it again!

Possible low blood sugar or anxiety attack

Today, I got my eyelashes done by Kristy as I have done many times before. She does an exceptional job every time and tries to give you what you want. However, for some reason today, I either had an anxiety attack or low blood sugar. A fear of doom and helplessness come over me. I literally had to get up and and calm down twice. At which time, my hands became ice cold and clammy. She allowed me to get up, got me some water and a mint. She was extremely patient with me. I really felt like she cared. All through that she continued to take care of my eyelashes. My eyelashes are on point. I left satisfied. So I just want to say Thank You for allowing me to go though what I went though without any hesitation. I will always go to you as long as you are there. Thanks for a job well done.

I’ve been going here for about three years and they’ve undergone a lot of different management. For the most part they do a decent job and I’ve never had any major problems except for one time my appt got cancelled without my knowledge. I’ve been going to Gabby (gabriela) since the start before she was a master stylist. I’ve had a lot of the other girls, and I can say Gabby is probably one of maybe three techs there that actually knows what she’s doing. You will actually see a difference in your lashes after your walk out in comparison to other techs who don’t put in a lot of effort. If you’re looking for an experienced, efficient tech (she can do a volume lash refill in maybe 45 min and it’s well done) Gabby is the one to book with.

The service is expensive the first time I got lashes put on they were so thin you could barley notice I had any on, each person who puts the lashes on does different jobs some are better than others and when I try and make an appointment with someone I like they are always full and I have to set appointments almost a week out which is a major inconvenience, you have to learn to sleep face up to lengthen the life of your lashes and that is INconvient also if I need a fill before my membership dues paid I have to pay for that appointment plus my membership dues which can get very expensive I rather spend money on mascara that makes me look like I have extensions than use these services it is just not worth the money, time and inconvenience.

It’s always a hit or miss. Sometimes they are decent other times they disappoint me. It’s never the actual lash session. It’s always the front desk. I waited 5-7 min to check out yesterday because the girl wasn’t at her desk. However, I heard constant conversation and laughter coming from a nearby room. In the past, my stylist didn’t show for my 8am appt. Another time she was sick with the flu yet, no one called me to reschedule. I live 20 min away, so that was a major inconvenience for me. I’ve been really considering discontinuing my membership here.

My lashes look good. I’m happy with the results. I’m just questioning that my lash artist didn’t talk me through the process, didn’t offer any advice, didn’t tell me how to care for them, nothing. When I asked if people get infection she just said “mmmm well I don’t know.” So I felt unsafe at that moment. Also I didn’t observe her wash her hands prior. So I was uncomfortable but didn’t want to be rude. I guess gloves don’t get worn? That’s fine, but show me you washed your hands so we can feel like the process is safe and sanitary. It’s unfortunate. We had good dialogue. She wasn’t rude. Just wished I had more 411 regarding what I was commiting to, whether for that appointment or future appointments. I will be requesting another lash artist next time or try a different location (yes I’ll still return bc lashes look bomb), but I want to see what it’s like with someone else. It was my first time so I expected more guidance. I may return to her later; it’s not personal, more of a training issue? Anyway- I’m happy with results.

Awesome work! I love Brooke my stylist! But on occasion if she's not available everyone else I've been to does excellent work. My only complaint is the scheduling, I've driven up there twice and haven't been able to fulfill my appointment. Once was a scheduling error and once the stylist was out for the day. A phone call would have been appreciated before hand but otherwise no complaints. Front desk is always smiling and friendly and the fuzzy blankets are a plus.

It sucks. They jack you up with all these deals, but when it comes to the end of the deal, they take all you monies. Customer service is not good at all. Not very friendly. You can not be late or you will miss your appointment, but your tech can and you have to wait. Lashes don't last that long for the price they charge you for. Oh, and if you cancel, better do it on time cause they'll continue to draft your monies and when you come to use your credits, they will take it all. I've had credits for over a $120, but when it comes to pay for a full set and you are a member, it should be $79, but no, they'll take your full credit.

We always re-evaluate and ask if I want to change styles or am I happy with the current look. I was especially impressed with a visit when I had booked for a partial fill. Alena is a wonderful tech, however I had a bad reaction to the glue from my last visit. My eyes were swollen for almost a week (I have pictures if needed). I still have 2 months left on my 6 month agreement & asked if I could use the credit for product. I was advised no, only for services. I signed my contract in good faith that I would be able to have beautiful lashes. I will not be getting extensions anymore because I cannot risk having another reaction. I understand that I agreed to 6 months & I am willing to honor that, however I think it's a poor business practice to not allow the monthly account credit to be used on product. It's just like I'm throwing away money now. I did not just try to back out of my contract. I have a legitimate reason that I cannot get extensions anymore. No accommodations are made for someone who has a medical reaction to the product.For this reason, I will not recommend Amazing Lash to anyone. I gave cards out to several coworkers to go in for lashes and after they saw my eyes almost swollen shut have decided to not even try it. I cannot endorse a company that treats customers this way.

I have been there twice and have been very unhappy with my lashes, stylist did not fill completely. The second time I advised the stylist of the lash sizes that I normally get at the Lakeline location, she only used "some" of the sizes I told her. I did not go back to have them fix because I do not have time to go back and forth, I will not be going to this location anymore and prefer to drive 30 minutes to see my stylist at Lakeline!!

Which was $89.99. Second thing I was concerned with is they didn't last. I was lucky if they lasted three days after getting them put on. When I went back for my refill they told me that I should have called them and they would have fixed them. It would have been nice to know that with original visit. The first time I visited the Studio I signed up for a year, but then was disappointed on how my eyes responded to the fist set of lashes. I called the Studio and made a second follow up appointment. Lisa is the best! She took the time to explain the best way to take care of my lashes and what to expect. She remove my first set and advised me to wait a week before trying the second new set. I came back and gave it a second chance and am now completely satisfied. I love, love, love my lashes. They look so natural and I now wear minimum makeup. My eyes look much refreshed and no longer have the tired look! The lashes opened my eyes! My lashes have a total natural look. I don't even have the need to wear mascara. The only reason am not giving this review a 5 star is because of the music they play. Not pleased with the type of music they play, but I know there is probably nothing they can do about it. The staff is fabulous and make every effort to make me feel comfortable. They have an excellent customer service.

I expected to be educated through the process and provided with "next steps." The Studio was more interested in signing me up for a service I wasn't prepared for. In theory it's great. If I can't succeed with my new eyelash extensions, I wouldn't want to invest the time nor money. I suggest providing first time clients with a wand to brush their extensions and a sample of a product for cleaning. I didn't feel rushed but I didn't feel special either. I only tipped with the hopes it would brighten the rest of my technician's day and she could WOW her next client.

I always ask for a longer length but they always turn out looking exactly the same each time. I have three lashes that are way longer than the others leftover from the last time I got them done; that was the length I wanted, but ended up only getting three of the long length! Super frustrated when I asked for something specific. My schedule is crazy and I only have one day in austin before going back to work out of the country so I can't get them fixed or I would. But in my most recent experiences I have been less than satisfied every single time, I have experienced a set that actually caused me pain, a set that came off within a week, and multiple sets that have been way too sparse and not very full at all. I wasn't blown away at first there was an issue with how they looked but I was able to go back later in the day and left very pleased thanks to Brook fixing it. I would recommend you bringing your own pic of how you want your eyes to look as there are no physical example head models there. The fact they corrected the first disappointment speaks volumes and I would go back again. They were professional throughout all areas of my visit which also speaks volumes.

Consultant and assistant were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the information I got was very misguiding and the work was not the best. It was my first time so I didn't have much expectation. It wasn't until another lash consultant pointed out the unacceptable work done on my lashes when I went for my fill at a different location. Many of the lashes were stuck together to one strand. I was told any water based mascara was acceptable to use, later to find its strongly recommended to use the studios mascara if I must use mascara. My experience at the other location was far more pleasant. Lash consultant was very concerned with the work Southpark Meadows had done and defined it as 'absolutely unacceptable'. She encouraged me to speak up about the incident and I did. She even gave me the lashes as proof, that's how surprised she was. Receptionist at Southpark Meadows was not the most understanding. I am still waiting on paperwork that was suppose to be given to me the day I signed up for the membership since the printer wasn't working. The next day another receptionist called to have me book my next appointment and I requested the paperwork for the second time. It's been a month and I have yet to receive it. In conclusion, I am not trying to bash on Amazing Lash Studio. I don't want one bad experience to dull my next visits, but I don't think I will be returning to this location after I tried expressing my concern and having the receptionist devalue it.

The lashes are great. Both this location and Westlake need to make an effort to have their employees wear masks. Smelling their alcohol from the night before or their Taco Bell is gross. They also need to wash their hands and put a subtle lotion on. The smell of cigarettes or other smells is also not relaxing. Although I do love my lashes I’m afraid to say that I was not happy with my overall experience. I tried calling the studio several times between 6pm and 7pm on Monday. My call was never picked up, so I drove to the studio to see if they excepted walk-ins, since the website states that the studio closed at 8pm that day. After arriving I waited for about 10 minutes before an employee realized that I was waiting at the front desk. I was surprised as I watched the employee continued to use her cell phone, after making eye contact with me, before she walked to the front desk to greet me. I explained right away that I had never gotten extensions before, hoping that she would educate me more about my options and the overall process. She then simply handed me a brochure from the front desk and pointed to the three basic styles that were available. I realized that I would have to do my own research. I was so surprised to receive such poor service as a potential customer and member. I was starting to question if I should continue to book the appointment. After hearing good things and seeing the results of the procedure itself, I decided to follow through and book the appointment. My stylist was very friendly, but I wasn’t informed on how long my procedure would take or what the process would look like. My appointment took two hours. I could feel a distinct difference with the pacing of the last 15 minutes of the appointment and I could tell that my stylist was rushing to finish. After removing the gel covers underneath my eyes, my stylist told me that she was finished. When I opened my eyes, my left eye (the eye that felt rushed) started to sting and my eye began to water. When I was finally able to open my eyes comfortably to see the finished product, my stylist took a picture of the finished project. She then asked if I wanted to purchase a membership, along with a few after-care items, before even asking how my experience was. After my experience, I am not interested in any further appointments, let alone a membership. I work as a Salesman at only Harley Davidson dealership here in Austin, Texas, and I work hard to earn the respect and trust of my customers. I have received a considerable number of compliments on my lashes since my appointment, but as of now, I refuse to make any recommendations to friends and especially not to any clients. Although I am happy with the outcome or my eyelash extensions I’m disappointed, This could’ve been an opportunity to gain business at your south Austin location.
