Sherri was an awesome person, But I didn't get one compliment on my eyelashes they just look like I put my Scarecrow on my own lashes no dramatic effect whatsoever I didn't want to say something at the time because she spent so much time doing them but I thought they were going to be Fuller and longer Looking everybody I see with eyelashes look so Dramatic, Some would be just too much for me but these are very short, She did a good job I just wishThey were a little bit more dramatic

Shantia did an outstanding job! I feel terrible because I have never had my lashes done before and I have naturally blonde lashes— so initially I was not completely satisfied with how they looked, but I really just needed to adjust to the new look. I called and let them know I didn’t think I was satisfied with the lashes and Margaret was prepared to have me come back to have them adjusted. After a couple of hours I realized she did an amazing job, I was getting used to them and I love them. I’m so sorry for being wishywashy but they do look very good. The entire staff was kind and professional. Shantia was gentle during the application and was so nice. I can’t wait to go back for my touch ups. I think it’s important as a customer to keep in mind that there is a period of adjusting since it is a drastic change. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Thank you again!

Today was my first time getting lashes and I was kind of nervous, but the hospitality of the Eyelash technicians and the front desk put me at ease. they very thoroughly explain the process and the type of lashes I could get and while I was getting the lashes, they walked me through what they were doing. in the room there was music and blankets and a pillow so I wasn’t uncomfortable at all and The process was seamless and once completed I was shown how to take care of the lashes. I’m proud to say that I will be returning for a fill-in and that this will be the only location I go to; even though it is 40 minutes away, it’s worth the trip

My entire experience with the Amazing Lash Studio at Southpoint has been average, barely average. I previously went to a salon in Raleigh to get my lash extensions but wanted to try out Amazing Lash in Durham since it was a shorter commute. I will be returning to my salon in Raleigh due to extreme disappointment with the services at Amazing Lash Southpoint.I was drawn to Amazing Lash because of convenience and the low first set price. I quickly realized that their membership deals weren't deals at all and in were in fact $10-$20 more than I was paying previously. During my first session, my stylist talked down about lash extensions the ENTIRE time. She told me how she hates them and never gets them done because they don't last - this should've been my first sign that this was not the best location - once she was done, I was fairly satisfied with how my lashes looked but quickly realized that they did NOT last 3-4 weeks as I had been told. I ended up having to go back less than a week later for a "mini fill" which costs $35 + tip. Again to my disappointment, not even a week later I had to return for ANOTHER mini session - which this time I had to go to one of the "master stylists" due to lack of appointment with the regular stylists. I thought maybe this would solve my issue with the short term life of my lashes but turns out the master stylist had ZERO recommendations or care to help me determine why my lashes weren't lasting.Flash forward a week later, I was back in for my fill in - at this point I had already spent over $100 just in the first two weeks of getting my lashes at Amazing Lash Southpoint. The only small positive note - is that I finally had one stylist who was willing to try out their "mega" glue to help with how long my lashes would last. This did at least allow my lashes to stay put for a full week (but if you know lash extensions, one week is barely anything - especially compared to other places where my lashes would last a full 3 weeks). I have decided to cancel my membership - which you have to do 30 days notice and go into the salon to do so - they also will try and sell you their cleansing and lash products (which I already had but clearly they weren't working). I still have two sessions left that I already paid for so I will plan to go back for those but I look forward to returning to my previous salon. It may be a farther drive, but it's cheaper, and I would go less often.Maybe this studio works for some but I did not have a good experience over the last month and a half with them and have spent far too much money on having to go back multiple times to get my lashes re-done.

My appt was last Wed with Tajanea. I arrived several minutes before my appt as instructed. The receptionist gave my my paperwork to fill out and showed me the BR to take off my existing makeup. Once I got back to the studio I met Tajanea. She was polite, informative and answered all my questions. The procedure was a complete 180 from when I had my lashes done in 2008/2009 No pain, no tearing of my eyes. The studio was clean, the lighting good and even blanket provided. I totally enjoyed the experience. So much so, I immediately signed up for the monthly plan. I followed my post appt instructions, not getting them wet etc. As on today, I've only lost like 5-8 lashes. When I come for my refill next week. I will be purchasing the brush and conditioning spray. Thank You Amazing Lash.

I do have one upcoming appointment because I'm going to be charged 1 more time, however I have decided that it is too difficult to get in to see the one person that did a good job on my lashes. I've had 2 stylist, 1 was a master that did a terrible job. The one time I had about 3 lashes left on each side. The only way they look decent is if I go to the 1 girl and I pay for 6D. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the price considering the quality of the product and lack of expertise of the stylists.

The overall service wasn't bad because I had a great technician (Lauren) but I had a terrible allergic reaction to the gel pads used under the eyes. I advised them of this and they understood and were very courteous but no one told me I needed to actually cancel the service at that time therefore my card was charged 3 additional times after that. I was told that there were no refunds even though the manager told me she refunded me one charge back which I never received; not sure what happened so they told me I would receive a call back after they talked to corporate.....that was 2-3 months ago....haven't heard a thing and they still have my $ 180.00 so that is why I didn't give the full 5 stars!!

I have been coming to this location for months and I am always blown away by how friendly the workers at the front desk are and how easy they make my check in process. My lash techs are always super friendly, make great conversation, and make the entire appointment comfortable and quick. I am able to do my refills in less than an hour and my lashes lash anywhere between 3 and 4 weeks. However, I got a full refill two days ago and they look as if I never had a fill. They look skimp. This was my first time getting my lashes done. The receptionists were very warm and welcoming. My initial set of lashes were too voluminous, which was not their fault. I wanted a more natural look. When I called to get them thinned out a bit, I was able to get an appointment immediately. It did cost me, of course, and I had not problem paying to get it right. Both technicians were great. Perhaps first time customers should be able to get a 1 time adjustment for free. I recommend Amazing Lash, Southpoint.

First time with lash extensions - my technician Andie was amazing and explained all of the prep as we were going along (pads under the eyes, tape, etc). As a master stylist she was fast and I emerged with the most beautiful lashes ever! Scheduling an appt was super easy and they have extended hours which is really convenient (got mine done at 5:30 on a Sunday). Everyone I interacted with was great and not at all pushy when it came to products, monthly membership, etc. I’m excited to return for my first follow up appointment in 2 weeks and will be recommending this studio to all my friends in the meantime!

Everyone is so friendly and nice I love the atomsphere. One thing I think is the prices are a bit much maybe just cutting down the cost a little bit would be great. If you pay monthly then you shouldn’t have to pay extra just for a master stylist or the lengths that should be included maybe increasing the monthly so you wouldn’t have to pay for the refill at all when you get there. Other than that I love everything else I would recommend to anyone who is willing to pay the price for it.

Professional attitude and apprearance/hygiene was lacking. I would have appreciated a acknowledging statement about her tardiness, it not only affected the customer but also her stylists schedule. My stylist was very nice and did a great job but the lashes does not stay on at all! I have been going to this place on and off for 3 years now and they have daintily changed their adhesive. I think they changed it about 6 months ago and since then my lashes have only lasted about a week and they used to last a little more than 3 weeks. Also, be careful when you check out, they will try to charge you for every little thing. They tried to charge me for an upgrade that I did not ask for and if your regular stylist got promoted to a master stylist they will not tell you and just charge you for the extra cost when you get your refill next time. The stylists are always very nice and often do a good job but I feel that the business model of this place is a scam and try to take advantage of their customers every opportunity they get. I also think that they changed the adhesive on purpose so their customers would go back for refills more often.

I would not recommend this to anyone! I lost most of my lashes. I tried to call the manager at the South Pointe multiple times, even requesting a phone with my termination, Jamie would not call me back. They have $120 of my money for services I will never use. Dont sign up for a membership! They make it difficult to cancel and do not have good customer service to resolve issues or complaints. I did not mind them keeping $60 but $120!!! This will be a company that will not stay open long term with this kind of business ethics.

The stylist did an excellent job, that experience was great. The checkout experience left a lot to be desired. The cashier made an error on the credit card and did not have the proper clearance to reverse the error and to top it all off, she had a bad attitude. I will chalk this experience up as a giveaway since I gave away $79 as I do not plan on returning to this salon.

I am not happy with the results of my lashes. I have been coming since June and was told I had very healthy lashes. However, on my recent visit, I was told I should take a break from lashes because I have lost a significant amount of my natural lashes. I am very upset because none of the stylists mentioned that my natural lashes were shedding. When I asked for an explanation no one had any answers.

The girl who did my lashes was awesome. The problem I had was that the room I was placed in was so humid (even with a dehumidifier) that my lashes were not staying on properly during application. It took nearly 3 hours. I am unhappy with how they would make their own employee (despite her reporting the issue multiple times)work under those conditions much less put a client through it.

Totally opposite of Briar Creek location, where I got my appointment cancelled an hour before and was told with an attitude that my appointment should have been canceled in the first place since it didn't have CC info on file, like it's my fault! However Southpoint staff saved the day and were so friendly and professional.
