I was at the Taylor Heights location and had a very bad refill experience?I didn't want to stop my membership. BUT wasn't going back. I called Amazing Lash Summerwood and they had availability the day I called❤️ I went in and the tech made my lashes beautiful again ? They even gave me the wand for my lashes which I never received at the other location ? Overall it was a great experience and it was next to Bath & Body Works who had a good sale....SO I WON COMPLETELY THAT DAY??❤️?

I left the Baytown location due to horrible service from front desk and constant rescheduling by the lash techs who were always changing their schedule but THIS location in summerwood was phenomenal and has restored my faith in the Amazing Lash franchise ! Front desk was super sweet and professional and my tech McKenzie had the absolute most amazing attitude and attention to detail! McKenzie listened to me went over all my options and the result almost made me cry because my lashes were PERFECT! I absolutely adore my experience and I appreciate the service I was provided. I can not wait for my refill :)

The service is great and my stylist is amazing. However, ever time I get me lashes done I always end up with a sinus infection a few hours later or the very next day. I don’t know if there is something in their build that causing me to get sick or the product. Also, it would be great if they would send a email or update to clients whenever a stylist decides to leave. I like having the same person do my lashes, it’s really frustrating when no one informed you about them leaving.
