I really wanted a way to elevate my look in a subtle way and the lash lift was just the thing! It looks so good and I love it. I also got a brow tint and wax which is why i’m only doing 4 stars. There were a lot of little hairs missed and the tint wasn’t what I was expecting. But i’ll definitely be returning to continue getting my lashes lifted!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5+ years now and I am overall happy with my experience, quality of service and friendly staff. The only things I have notices (at various times during the past 5 years and not consistently or all at once) that could use improvement are: somewhat high turnover (I know this is probably difficult in the industry but I do try to find a lash stylist that I stick with for a long period of time)- I had heard from a few past stylists that they had difficulty with employee culture, which was disappointing to hear. The other observation is that the bathrooms could use attention more frequently – but perhaps I’m just always entering the restroom after a messy guest. Again, overall, I am pleased with my experience here and I know that there will never be a perfect company or place of employment. I look forward to continuing my membership here.

I paid full price for a lash lift which was supposed to include lash tint. Learned about this service from the website. Asked pricing questions and verbally told the lift included tint. Showed for appointment and want told until nearly the end of my appointment that tint was not yet available. Even told front desk tint was expected but not received. Offered to put my name on an extensive list to receive tint add a model client with not specification as to if or when this would happen. Ashley took over my lash service from a independent. She is the best! I now have 80% retention over 3 weeks because I am wearing the correct lashes and caring for them correctly. I went in to get a set of natural looking lashes to save some time in the morning by skipping my everyday makeup routine before I start med school. I was after a very natural look that just made my eyelashes look perfect nothing too dramatic. I was very upset with the result. Very long, thick, dramatic, like a drag queen. Thankfully Carly came to the rescue and addressed my concerns. She took the time to redo what I was unhappy with as well as talk with me about what goal I wanted to achieve for my lashes for returning visits. I was already having a bad day and Carly saved my lashes and turned my day around. She must be a senior stylist or a manager but no matter what the extra cost is for her I will only be making future appointments with Carly.

I am a new client, coming from another chain lash studio. Ashley was amazing! She took the time to explain why cleansing your lashes daily is so important. I thought it was just for retention but she explained how cleansing prevents bacteria which in turn damages your real lashes. She is super responsive if I can have a question or can’t find a time that works. She is fast, doing a fill in under and hour. I will keep coming to Ashley and appreciate her knowledge and skill!!

Hi, I want to start this by saying Haley at the front was extremely helpful and kind. My stylist was Destiny and she too was really great and truly a gem to Amazing Lash. However upon arrival I believe the lead stylist may have been upset with that fact that I didn’t use the lash wash. She made me feel like I was dumb and I felt very undermined. I think it may have been her way of “selling” the product however it was extremely abrasive and really made me extremely uncomfortable. I think it’s important to match someone’s energy and be able to pick up on cues if you are making someone uncomfortable. Destiny and Haley made up for that strange experience.

The day after getting my lashes done, I had a few fall out and some are turning. I called the nearest Amazing Lash Studio to get them fixed. Due to them being separately owned, I was unable to get them fixed complimentary. So now I’m paying $39 to get them fixed at a different Amazing lash studio. This was my first time getting lashes. And the experience was not what I expected at all. Definitely not a happy customer.

My lashes look great! My only complaint is that when I called to ask where in TMP the studio was located, the girl answering the phone could not give me a clear direction. I selected what I wanted and I’m thinking notes are being taken but I was asked the exact same thing when I was taken back by the stylist. When the stylist came out to greet me it took a while to get things together, the stylist and the receptionist were trying to get things toget my papaerwork. This being a large corporation I would expect there to be a much smoother process where paperwork is all together and ready for the stylist. The the stylist shows me to a bathroom to wash my lashes this I felt was a waste of time there was no special instructions why wasn’t I doing this while I was waiting. I had an apt start time of 10:15 they asked me to get there at 10 by the time we started it was after 10:40 but my apt ended before 12 which means I was given less time for the stylist to add lashes. When everything was done the after care was more skimmed over. The receptionist said I would get a pamphlet about all that info and it would be gone over with me but instead I was just asked if I wanted to purchase goods. My stylist talked about brushing my lashes but was offered no tools or where to get such tools. I just felt that the staff assumed my knowledge was much more than it was and didn’t think it was necessary to go over. Luckily I have friends that have been getting extension for sometime that they were able to help me out. Over all my visit was good just some kinks to work out

So it has been a while since I have been able to get my lashes done,as I use to live in a small town, A very SMALL town! I came here back in May and signed up for your place yesterday was my very first appointment and I couldn’t be more happy with the results that I got and the lash stylist who listened to what I wanted and not what she wanted to do she was amazing she made me feel amazing and complete and I can’t waot til my fill!

My first experience with getting lashes was the best I could of gotten. Leti was my specialist, and she was able to pick a style that would work best depending on my eyes. Everyone was very nice, and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there.

I was unimpressed with the reaction to finalizing a payment. I wasn't aware you could not apply a refill session to a touch up session. If that is the policy - okay... the response I receive was - "OK but you will lose the rest" vs trying to help ensure satisfied. The approach could have been better.

Yesterday I booked an appointment and got my first set of lash extensions done by Carly. I just have to say I love the outcome. Carly was amazing and she thoroughly explained everything that she was doing. She helped me pick the right style and length for my lashes and they came out perfect. I will definitely be going back to maintain these babies and will continue to see Carly when I get them done!

I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing lash stylist who I\'ve been seeing since last year. I question even sharing her name because she\'s truly the best!! I love how I get consistent styling every time! I always walk out looking and more importantly... feeling great. My stylist has an awesome personality, and is one of the highest trained stylist at Amazing Lash. She is considered a master at her craft, so it does cost a little more to see her (a $10 up charge) worth EVERY penny!! I recommend trying the 6D lashes, not only are they the lightest lashes ever, but they seem to last the longest. And yes, if you read some reviews, you may have to wait on hold a minute while on the phone, that\'s because the girls in front are always doing their best to handle the popularity of being one of the best places to get your lashes done. Something to note for new clients: They also have a new client special that is by far a better deal than any around, so make sure to ask for that!! When you call, do yourself a favor and opt to see a master stylist and try the 6Ds. And because you\'ve read this entire review I\'m going to tell you that the best stylist there is named Tabitha . Book with her if you really do want Amazing Lashes!!

I was very impressed with the level of service Carly provided. She really took the time to clean up my lashes. The previous fill I had, the stylist used too much glue, and my lashes were pretty clumped. Carly did a great job removing the glue and separating my lashes. Although, by the time she was done with the cleaning, we only had 20 minutes left for the application of the extensions. Thanks, Carly for the great customer service!

I was a few minutes late and then there were a few people in front of me checking out so when I got back my stylist was not going to take any extra time for me and was rude. Really you couldn’t take a few extra minutes for I was having a fill for my wedding. Definelty felt like I was just a number and not flexible. I understand I was late but they were not friendly!

If you want your lashes done PERFECT then you need to go to Tabitha!! I have sensitive eyes so I was nervous to get my lashes done but Tabitha ensured that she was very gentle while doing my lashes and checking up on me to see how I was doing. I wish I remembered the stylists' name for each of us, but from the moment my daughter in law and I walked in till the moment we left it was all super pleasant for both of us. Having had lashes previously, I knew what to expect as I've been blessed to have the best before. Pros: Everyone is super friendly and informative from the moment you enter till the moment we left. They were patient and wanted you to understand everything that was going to happen. They provided a blanket to keep you warm and cushion for under your legs (big plus in my book). Almost two weeks having had these new lashes, we both find them acceptable in the amount of falling out. I think hers are lasting longer than mine but she also has more original lashes than I do. Great selection of how you want them stylised. Cons: Small rooms, if you're claustrophobic. My daughter in law was a bit and was given the choice to keep the door open a bit. She felt better and more relaxed. The small stack of their legal and get to know paperwork in the begining was a bit daunting. We truly debated on a few parts in which we were wondering if we should get this done. We ended sighing quite a few except for the photo release. The staff glossed over the reasoning but also said it wasn't necessary. So both off us didn't sign it. Yes they push to get you to sign up for their membership but weren't aggressive which was nice. Overall, time will tell if there is anything further to report, but here are my initial findings. I will say, if you're looking for a Zen relaxing spa treatment this is not it. Although pleasant, this is definately more of a medically clean and bright atmosphere with a mix music selection. Kind of like the equivalent of a hair salon or nail place.
