I decided to try lashes again today and I am sooo happy I chose amazing lash studios! Not only was my artist amazing at what she created for me, the front desk staff were so sweet and even the manager or owner came out to ask me about my experience and thank me for coming in! Good afternoon, I would like to cancel my contract. If you can please send over a cancellation application. I will fill it out and return it to you. I don’t want a phone call I’m pretty exhausted after this weekend I lost 17 lashes that I could actually hold in my hand I know a couple of more went down the drain and I know that, KC did the best she could with the situation trying to help with my eye irritation but by today I hardly had any lashes on my left side and I’m just done. Again, KC did the best she could to try to help but when I went back Friday, I think I thought maybe they should’ve been taken off and new ones applied to help with the decision that I had made about wanting the thicker lashes. I'm new to extensions but on my first visit Crystal explained everything to me and recommended what I should do for the look I was going for. She did such a great job! I get compliments everyday and I'm in love with my lashes! Went for a refill today and they look just as amazing as the first day! This Amazing Lash Studio (Grant/Swan in Tucson) is an wonderful place to have eyelash extensions. Their stylists are professional and kind, and they are very accommodating to make you happy with your eyelash results. Myself as well as I know other people who for some reason or another have poor eyelash retention and they still do what they can to help accommodate you to have them refilled at a reduced price, offer suggestions, or whatever it takes just to make you happy with your desired result. This is my second time having Victoria as my lash stylist. My last fill lasted so much longer than any I’ve ever had. Additionally, she listened to what I like and don’t like in regards to length etc. Victoria is definitely someone who I would highly recommend. The salon itself is well managed, clean and efficient. I did buy the membership even though I am in Tucson visiting occasionally. I am able to freeze the membership for up to 3 month, until I come back again. It seems like that will be a good option for me.

The front receptionist (Kelly, maybe? Lol) was so welcoming and sweet. My lash tech was also very nice. She did my lashes so fast and they came out looking phenomenal!! I went to a private person who does lashes and I shouldn’t have fixed what is not broken. Amazing Lash is my ole reliable ❤️❤️❤️

Got a full set of classics recently. I normally hate getting lashes done since they take a while and it’s hard to be still for so long, but Tori was friendly and amazing! She has a wonderful personality, making the experience way more enjoyable while maintaining attention to detail. She knew exactly what I looked good and what my eyes and face. The facility had good music and vibes as well. Highly recommend!

So far every stylist I have had has been amazing. I had issues and potentially allergies with a previous lash studio, this place has sensitive glue and I haven't had anything since. GLORIA is my favorite, but like I said Tori & Stephanie are awesome too!

Casey is absolutely the best person to go to. My lashes always last past 2 weeks! I swim and apply makeup, sunscreen and of course sweat and they last! I absolutely refer everyone I know. It’s a nice quiet studio with private rooms and they make sure you are comfortable. I love this place and i am so happy I have Casey as my stylist. If I could give her more stars I would.

I have had several different eyelash technicians over the years and even though they were all great no one compares to Gloria at the Grant location. She does such a wonderful job and always makes me look so beautiful, my lashes have never been better. They are perfectly filled, never irritate me and last well into my next fill. This was my first time getting lashes done in a professional setting, and I just have to say wow! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and listened to. The salon is beautiful and CLEAN. Sarah did my lashes and she was awesome! She listened to my fears from my first experience with lashes in a not so professional setting and did her best to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Conversation was easy the whole time, and before I knew it, she was done and it had been 2 hours! I went ahead and joined their membership cuz I will absolutely continue keeping up with my lashes, they are beautiful and I cannot stop staring at them ???

Today I had an appointment with Riley. I have never had lash extensions before. This was the most amazing thing that I could’ve ever done. Everyone was so professional. The studio or salon which ever you would like to call it is absolutely gorgeous from the reception area the lighting fixtures the suites even the bathroom everything is well decorated immaculately clean and everybody again is so very nice. Riley did an amazing job. She did everything I had asked for and went above and beyond my expectations. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly didn’t try to upsell me like most salons with you. I actually had the pleasure of meeting the owner autumn who is absolutely fabulous. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend. I joined their membership program and the perks and the deals are completely worth it. Quality work and not overpriced. If you are looking for a place to get great lash extensions with a great group of people I would definitely suggest going to Amazing Lash studio. Ask for Riley, she will go beyond for you.

This is for the Grant location. I felt like I was just being sold every time I talked to Autuam then when I finally made an appt after talking to her(thinking she left notes for the tech about talking to me) she never took the time to introduce herself even though it was DEAD but told me on the phone "I can't wait to meet you." I told the lash tech I wanted mega volume,dark,full and curly. I guess to her that meant hybrid because that's what she did were long scraggly hybrids. I was told I'd be done by 11:15am as my son had a half day but Sara took two hours and still wasn't done so she just hurried so I could leave. I never saw her wash or sanitize her hands which led to a stye and pink eye. I HATED my lashes it wasn't what I wanted or asked for. I was so upset and of course it was put on me that I agreed to a hybrid set because Sara told me she was adding classic lashes in with mega volume to make them darker & fuller(I've NEVER had hybrids in my life only classic and mega volume so I wasn't aware those together is hybrid that was not explained) my lashes started falling out that day followed by more daily that by day 4 I had 50% of lashes left. Worst experience I will not return nor refer anyone here. I $145 for lashes I didn't ask for. I ended up having to pay for a new set (which I love that are exactly what I asked for) by another salon.
