Love how Victoria took care of my lashes the way I wanted them to be done. I lost about 50% of extensions and Victoria magically filled all my lashes in less than one hour. I’ve been using Amazing Lash Studio(ALS) for 2 months now. I've previously had to change techs bc the first one kept poking me in the eye. I've since been able to try another one, which I like but because she's a senior tech the cost is more. I don't particularly appreciate extra upcharge because I leave a tip in addition to the monthly membership fee. I picked this location based on reviews bc I recently moved to the area. I may have to find another location where I can get a quality tech without being nickled and dimed. I asked for a discount when seing the senior tech but I guess it was one time thing.

Victoria did an AMAZING job with my lashes and brows. It was my first time ever getting them done and she was incredibly professional, took the time to review pictures and discuss what I wanted in detail, and explained her process/what she was doing throughout the entire appointment. Although I've never had my lashes done before, I've had other cosmetic processes and my eyes water HEAVILY and get super easily agitated (normally), but she had a surgeons touch and never caused any discomfort. I can truly say Victoria has a gift and this is her art! Thank you so much for making me feel gorgeous for my upcoming trip!

For the first years I had many issues with the Lash Technicians, some would reprimand me, many left quickly and others just weren't good at what they did. But then I found Victoria. I started coming to Amazing Lash Studio almost a year ago. Victoria is my technician and she is the best if you like volume lashes! She is a perfectionist and will do your lashes exactly the way you want. I like a little wing effect so she makes sure to do it for me each time. I also love Amazing Lash’s products. They stand out from other salons in my opinion because the lash glue is not irritating like other places I have tried. My eyes are not red afterwards, they don’t itch, and the lashes themselves feel so light weight I barely know they’re there. They feel natural. I don’t use mascara anymore and love it!

Happy to say, I am so glad I found Amazing Lash Studio! I’ve been getting my lashes done there now for 8 months. Other places I’ve been, the lashes start to bother me after a couple months and I would discontinue, primarily because of the glue used, which caused eye irritation and itchy lids. Amazing Lash uses a special glue that has a strong bond without the fumes or irritation!! The lashes are hybrid and so realistic feeling, you don’t even feel them! Can’t say enough, I see Victoria, who does the most beautiful job with my volume lashes. I get compliments all the time. I don’t plan to give these up anytime soon! ??

I typically where false lashes when I go out, but I have always been annoyed with how I can never get them right on my lash line or how I get glue everywhere. My best friend recently began getting lash extension and recommended it to me and I am so glad she did. I am in love with how my lashes came out! I’ve had lash extensions off and on over the past 8 years. I would typically last only a couple months before removing them and discontinuing because of itching lids and uncomfortable lashes. I’ve been going to Amazing Lash for 5 months now and what a difference! The glue doesn't cause my eyes to get red or itch, it doesn’t bother them at all! The lashes are hybrid, part synthetic, part natural, so light I cant even feel them! My lash technician, Victoria, at Waterford Lakes, is the best! What a comfortable process, she is a perfectionist, I've never had so many compliments! A little more pricey but so worth it for the reasons above!

I love love love the services in the amazing lash studio, especially in waterford lakes location. The stylist are all super nice and the lashes always comes out perfect and just the way I want it to look. The front desk people, however, I'm not a big fan of. Everytime I call, it always goes straight to voicemail. Somehow, I always never get a hold of anyone in the front. And when you're in the studio, they don't really present the most welcoming environment. Also they charged me with multiple extra unknown charges, which shouldn't have been charged.

Everyone at this location were truly amazing, I had a terrible experience as a new member client in another state while away on business barely one week ago. All the ladies here rallied around me to help me feel welcome, heard, understood and finally corrected my terrible lash issues from the other Studio in the other state. From the friendliness of the staff to the studio hygiene I feel very comfortable. Hillary is wonderful, and always remembers who I am. She is friendly and I always feel comfortable coming in for my visits. Hillary makes my visits feel like morning coffee with a friend instead of an appointment! Kirsten has been my stylist for many months now and is Amazing! She always asks questions and listens to what my needs and concerns are. How happy I am with the results is always her first priority and over the course of a few sessions she had found the prefect lash look for me. That is not all! A couple of months ago she noticed my lashes were falling out more than usually and my eyes were red and asked if I had allergies, which I do. Kirsten recommended a lash bath once a month during allergy season. I started doing that and sure enough my lashes look and stay beautiful until my next appointment!

I had been going to another lash salon for over a year and had a spontaneous allergic reaction. My lash artist wasn’t able to accommodate me for an emergency removal over the weekend, so I called Amazing Lash Studio in Waterford. They were able to get me in immediately to remove the lashes put on by a different salon and tame my allergic reaction. Nikki was super patient and thorough. I returned to Amazing Lash Studio for a patch test with their more sensitive adhesives. Unfortunately, I had another allergic reaction, but Amazing Lash Studio was again able to get me in immediately to remove the adhesive. I’m so bummed I can’t continue with lash extensions at the moment, but I will definitely be returning to Amazing Lash Studio for a lash lift! THANK ALL OF YOU LADIES SO MUCH!

Nice place to get your lashes done. Priced just right. Staff is very friendly. I like that you can purchase accessories to take care of your lashes (retractable spoolie, lash wash). The Waterford Studio Has It Together

My Lash Tech was fabulous. She listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job. Also this location makes sure to email me and text me when my up coming appointment is. I had such issues with this in the past at other studios in this chain of my appointment getting moved and canceled. They also make sure to give me a call when my credit hits. Oh did I mention my first time there they were kind enough to do a follow up to let me know it was time to wash my lashes? The Waterford location customer service is SUPERB. So glad you are finally open! Love this team!

This was my first time trying lash extensions and the experience was great. All if the staff was very professional and helpful. The facility was spotless. My technician was perfect. She made me very comfortable with the process, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. I highly recommend this facility. My lashes look wonderful!
