I gave the 5 star rating to my lash technician Maddy. She is the best and always does a terrific job. My concern is how the salon is managed. Having a busy day and looking forward to a nice relaxing lash appointment only to have my lash tech jump up and leave in the middle of my appointment every 5-10 minutes to check out clients of other lash techs was absurd. This is not Maddy's fault, but the lack of staffing on the management's part. I understand that having an employee quit abruptly is challenging, however, this is where the owner or manger steps in and lets the technician do her job. I was ready to get up and leave after the 4th time Maddy had to jump up and leave to see who was at the front door. The cost of getting your lashes done is expensive and a luxury and the guest should be treated with upmost respect for their time. I felt more stressed and sorry for Maddy. I enjoy coming here and seeing Maddy, however, I see failure to this business if this is not taken care of immediately and will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere if something doesn't change.

The only issue I have with your company is you need to lower the membership price!! It is outrageous and to expensive for lashes. I am of canceling my membership in December…. Way too expensive you are charging clients for lashes. Please consider dropping the price and more of my friends would sign up.

My eyelashes always look great! And the technicians are always so nice and knowledgeable. I just had a bad experience with one rude receptionist on October 31. She was impatient and hasty and rude. Also, she didn’t ask me if I wanted to use the card on file or a different card and I did not want to use the card on file. Yet she charges the card on file without asking first. If you are going to be a receptionist or worker front desk, you are the face of the company. You need to be extremely kind and patient and friendly.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the service or the location. However, I do have a question regarding the pricing. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I was under the impression that the cost of the three-week touch-up would be slightly lower than that of the initial full set. Am I mistaken? Do I need to pay $119 for every three-week session? I simply wanted to clarify this so that I don't find myself confused.

I have gone to multiple locations but Woodbury is definitely my favorite. Trish is amazing and will continue to book with her! She help me feel like myself again (my lashes were rough before)! The lovely lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I overheard her on the phone talking to client who had went to a different location that was apparently closed. The girl told the client to come to Woodbury and they would help her and make sure she got the best care. I definitely will recommend friends and family to check out the Woodbury location. The customer service I saw and experienced today will keep me as a regular.

I went in and had my lashes done for the first time on my birthday. The assistant manager at the Woodbury location was thee nicest and most helpful person that I encountered. She wished me a Happy Birthday and made me feel like I was making the right decision. I had an overall good experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because my tech knew it was my first time and didn’t explain a single part of the process. She asked me what shape I wanted and that was about it. I didn’t know there would be tape on my eyes. I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to open my eyes the whole time. I had to ask that. I didn’t know to have my podcast ready. Also I became super uncomfortable and extremely thirsty causing a really dry throat and some pain. I mentioned I was getting really uncomfortable( I to sit up for a moment and adjust. My sciatic nerve gets pinched. She said “ I’m almost done. I have like 10 minutes left”. I understand she wants to get done but I felt shot down instantly. I didn’t feel taken care of by my tech. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask for what I needed in more detail. My suggestion is offer water or tell your guests that you can get thirsty perhaps dry throat from glue chemicals and to bring in their own water. My eyelashes look great though. Thanks again!

So I scheduled this 30 min touch up to see if they could be salvaged or if I needed to have them removed. The girl did a pretty good job repairing what she could. I've never had any kind of false lashes. My first appointment was just ok. The tech was nice enough, but I wish I would've gotten a little more advice and guidance considering she knew this was my very first time. They looked good when I left, but on day three, I lost approximately 30% of my lashes on my left eye and a few on my right (I didn't wear any makeup and waited 48 hours before getting them wet and washing with eyelash foaming cleanser). I called the studio and they got me in that morning for a "correction". I had engagement photos that afternoon. Honestly, I didn't think it would have been that easy. Lily fixed my lashes. She was very nice and took extra time to to make them beautiful. I wanted to wait a week to write my review to see how they held up. It's been a week, a few lashes have fallen off as expected, but they still look great. Thanks Lily for saving the day (and my pictures)!

I had a eyebrow wax and lamination and tint and lashes. I loved it all but when I got home my tint was awful it looked great at the salon but there are very blotchy and lots of areas not tinted. I've been to the Woodbury studio many times & have always had a great experience. Brittany was able to make a professional recommendation based on what I liked (fullness & length) & disliked (too long & touched glasses) about previous lash extensions & customized a set for me. I will definitely see her again.
