I went in for my first full set, and Sage was my stylist. She did an absolutely amazing job on my lashes, but she was also very helpful and knowledgeable on helping guide me to what lashes would look best on me. And she was absolutely right!! The ladies at the front desk (I didn't get their names unfortunately) were also very nice, professional, and helpful in guiding me through the process. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

I really like the stylist. The both I’ve had so far have done an amazing job. I would have given a 5 if not for the appointment mix up. I called to reschedule my appointment, and when I arrived there was no record of the change. I was able to get in two hours later, but the receptionist stated that they have been having trouble with changes not showing up in their system. She was pleasant and apologetic. I will continue getting my lashes done here, but hope that this problem has been addressed. Although I will say I have had to switch my appointments, and the staff has been very accommodating.

Very friendly people, and worth the price! The reason for 4 stars is that I let the lash tech know that I did not want dramatic extensions, just very natural. I left with dramatic lashes and looked a little bad. but after a week or so, some lashes fell out and they looked a lot better! also, do not book an appointment for the end of the day unless you want you lash tech to rush, doing an okay job but not an amazing job.

Nikki didn't a great deal of time with me discussing a previous bad experience I had with a lady lift and tiny and was able to clarify where the problem hairbrush and a clear path to not having a repeated bad dietitian even matching me up with a stylist Zoe who could and perform an excellent and successful service. My lashes turned out beautiful meeting all my expectations .. and instead of burning red swollen eyes surrounded with black dyed skin I enjoyed a relaxing soothing and refreshing service that was pleasing to look at when it was completed and not even necessary to apply makeup after. I love having my lashes done at the zona Rosa location. I see a regular stylist every two weeks that does amazing work. But all the stylist have been just as amazing. They are so accommodating if I need anything and extremely helpful. When you have somewhere you go for any service and they treat you like “family”, that is a well run business. I am 51 yrs old and my eyes just disappear because of it. I had had gotten my eyelashes done for the first time somewhere else for the first time somewhere else and had a bad experience. From the whole experience with the pads under my eyes to they 80% fell off when 24hrs. I decided to give it another try with Brooke at Zona Rosa. She was and still is fantastic!! I even dosed off on time.😂 They look amazing. And not too “flashy “. (My choice). I did join the monthly membership for the summer and couldn’t be more happy!! Not to mention that I had a small clump come out after 4 days of refills. I called and they got me in immediately to fix it without extra charge. Great crew and I feel so comfortable every time I go in. Eyelash extensions aren’t cheep but I feel like their pricing is very affordable. Thanks ladies

I've been getting my lashes done again regularly the past few months. My lash tech is Brooke, and she's absolutely amazing! She is very patient with me when I'm not sure what I want, and does a great job explaining each style to me. We've done many different styles and combinations and she always makes them look FLAWLESS. She's very gentle from start to finish, and does a clean/precise job. I would recommend her over and over! The studio, in general, has done a great job of making me feel comfortable amidst the pandemic. They do temperature checks and screen right when you walk in the door. They're always in masks, and keep the studio extremely clean.

My appointment was at 11. They didn’t call me back till 1135. If I can’t show up late without being charged full price then they should not be able to have me wait almost 40 minutes. Noticed the end of the day my left eye was irritated. Continued into today. Glue too heavy in left corner of left eye. I am out of town until Monday. Keep putting in eye drops to reduce irritation. Never had this occur before. Will come in, when I return from Chicago.

After coming back from a overseas wedding my lashes were non existent, flat. like a barren desert.i couldn't even look at anyone directly cause of embarrassment. Amamzing Lash gave me my eyes ( figure of speech) back. I could at someone directly. Thank you

I have had extensions since march and have always had a great experience. I've found one stylist that I really like and that always does a perfect job. I was unable to book with her for my last appointment and had an interesting experience and did not feel satisfied with my fill. I reached out the the manager to get another opinion on my experience and she was so helpful. She took the time to look at my lashes herself and made the situation right. She was so kind and I appreciated her attentiveness and understanding of my concerns. She has the clients satisfaction as a main priority. Even though I had a bad experience, she completely turned it around and made it all right.
