My normal stylist wasn’t able to make the appt so I got rescheduled with someone else. She was nice but for some reason it took her over 70 minutes to do a refill. When I left, there was some white residue on my lashes. I noticed it when I was checking out and the front desk person said it was glue. I’ve never had this happen before.

The studio director, Regina, contacted me and was so kind and professional and asked me to come back for an adjustment if I wasn’t loving my lashes. I went back for an adjustment on12-16 and they left my eyelashes as fabulous as usual. I just want to thank Ms. Regina for being so awesome and responsive and for taking the time to read the reviews and hear the clients’ concerns. I saw Hunter today for a full set of 3Ds sexy style but short, longest length is 11s. It had been a while since I had seen her, just due to schedule conflicts or me trying to book last minute. But I was quickly reminded at her quality and precision. When I walk out after Hunter has done my lash extensions I immediately gain confidence in my appearance. Not only does she do such a great job at the placement to fit my face perfectly, but her application methods never feel heavy, they last at least 7-15 days longer than when I see other lash technicians and she’s efficient. I can’t praise her work enough! She’s greats but don’t steal my appointments! Highly recommend

WOW!! Amazing Lash Studios in Addison is Wonderful & Clean! I’m in my late 50’s and needed a pick me up. So I scheduled a appointment. I was scheduled with Hunter. I knew nothing about eyelash extensions prior to going to my 1st appointment other than seeing them on other women. Hunter listened and understood the look I was looking for as I wanted a more natural/classic look. We decided on the length and went for it. I’ve had experience with previous Amazing Lash Studios at other location where I didn’t really love the look of my lashes. I think they just didn’t consider my eye shape to recommend the most flattering style for my features. My lash tech at the Addison location (Detra) is one of the best techs I’ve ever had. I explained to her from the first day what my personal preferences are and asked what she would recommend. She gives a lot of helpful information and explanations and gives me a lot of options to see what I would like best. I get lots of compliments on my lashes by other girls who do their lashes elsewhere and they love the style that she chose. I would recommend her over and over again. My lashes last a lot time and with proper care and hygiene practices they look great 3 weeks later. I only have to go once a month to get a refill because they last that long. I sleep on my back and not my face so that’s a main factor as to why mine lasts a bit longer than people who sleep on their face. Overall I have no complaints. And for the price of the membership I would say that it’s worth it.

First off, I absolutely LOVE the stylist I had for this visit. Sean picked up my appointment when my original stylist canceled and she made me feel more comfortable than I’ve ever felt during a visit. I had a great time & my lashes look amazing!! Addison is not typically the Amazing Lash location I go to but I’m considering returning just to keep having Sean. If I could give Sean 5 stars I would and the only reason I put 4 and not any lower was because she made the experience so great. At the very beginning of my appointment another stylist came in asking Sean to work with another client when she finished with me since she was overbooked. This stylist then preceded to return every 10 minutes to ask if we were done yet which really stressed me out. That time was MY scheduled appointment time. I booked and paid for that time and it really pissed me off that someone was CONSTANTLY trying to rush my stylist to finish up on me during my appointment time that wasn’t even close to being finished. I found it extremely rude and I did not appreciate this other stylist constantly pestering mine to be done with me because she can’t handle her own clients. Now Sean did an amazing job but I do think I would’ve gotten a little more time and a couple more lashes if she wasn’t being rushed the ENTIRE appointment. I never want to feel as if my lashes are being rushed so someone else could get theirs done during MY appointment time ever again.

Andi is one of my favorites but all of the other techs are also great! They don’t have a lot to work with when cleaning your lashes (no washcloths) so make sure you clean your face before you go. I decided to move locations because I found one closer to home, however I was late by 8 min to my first appointment because I missed the exit and then got turned around and she did not let me forget it. I understand I was late, full blame. But she kept telling me you were 8 min late and I’ll do what I can. Ok, my question to her should have been if you can’t do the job correctly and completely, do I need to reschedule? She just kept saying I’ll get as much done as I can. We finish and they are not full at all and I’m just ready to leave at this point. I get in the car and look over them closer and they are completely bunches up on one spot of my left eye and they weren’t even put all the way down to the base and today they fell off. I’ve had to deal with setbacks at my previous location. I arrived on time and because someone was throwing a fit they asked me to come back in an hour, after I had already driven 30min to get there. That happened to me twice. I didn’t complain, but I’m super upset with this last appointment. If you can do the job then don’t do it, you’re wasting my money and your time.

I have been coming to this studio for a few years now. I was offended when I heard my lash tech snap a photo after my eyes were closed without asking me. I am assuming it was a before photo. After my service was complete she took an after photo that I allowed. As she was taking the after photo she stated she took a photo before but it did not come out right and this time her camera was on silent. Upon check our I noticed photos of what lashes should look like when you need a fill vs a full set. I was offended when I heard the snap of the camera that was not asked of my consent and the non explanation or permission of taking my photo and the purpose. This studio always have a change in management and crazy new policies. Unfortunately I will not be back. I am sure the tech that I love had to follow a crazy rule. I dont feel comfortable going back.

I told her what I typically get and the length but what I received was not what I asked for. I look like Minnie Mouse and it took over 2 hours. I absolutely love my girl Andy no complaints about her - if she worked freelance I would definitely follow her. However, I disagree how Amazing Lash pushes you to book within two or three weeks. Since I purchase volume lashes - these last up to 4 weeks! Also it’s frustrating that if your a member they pull out the money once a month so if you go sooner you have to pay an additional fee and cannot use your credit. If they are confident in their lash products they should recommend people holding out on a refill a little longer - not sooner. The non-volumes don’t last long so I agree this should be filled by the second week but not volumes. I think they should also have a monthly membership that includes volume lashes instead of paying out of pocket each time. My membership just ended and not sure if I want to sign back up. I would solely for my lash stylist but not for the company.

After being rescheduled 3 times I had to use a new eyelash tech. She was really rough in pulling out old lashes. This is not my first time so I can compare it to previous appointments. She was also tough in combing lashes that it irritated my eyelid. She also left glue residue on my eyelid from combing. This has never happened and a reason why I don’t like to use anyone but my girl Andi. All techs need to be professional even if they have built a customer relationship. I almost considered canceling my membership.

I could not tell I had anything done and expressed that to her. They did not last 4 days! Not worth the time or money. I will just use mascara, I get better results. Robin was the stylist the took care of me on my first visit. She walked me through the entire process - even advising me what to get to kept my lashes looking great -- now 6 months later I keep going back to Robin (would not go to anyone else ) - I always get excited to go in for fillers. I never feel a thing - and even fall asleep some days, while she is doing them!! I get so many complements on them looking GREAT and natural!!! My experience was less than satisfactory and altogether unimpressive. My appointment was at 7:30, so at 7:40, I asked how much longer my wait would be and was told that my appointment was actually at 7:40 and my lash artist would be with me shortly. It was almost 8pm before she came out to get me. She did not introduce herself and wasn’t personable at all. I was led back to the room and she asked me what style I wanted. I had to ask her name before she introduced herself. She wasn’t very patient and seemed agitated and inconvenienced that I had more questions before deciding on my style (I chose to do the volume lashes in the gorgeous style). At least twice during my service she poked my eye, causing it to water, but did not think it necessary to apologize. When she was finished, she said nothing. She asked me to sit up and handed me a tissue to dab my watering eye. I had to ask her if that was it. She didn’t hand me a mirror to look at her work (they looked fine), nor did she give me any information on lash care/maintenance. When I went to the front to check out, the cashier asked me if everything went well. I told her I had a pretty unpleasant experience but she didn’t even bother to ask any follow-up questions or inquire as to how things could be made right. She must have assumed I wasn’t interested in coming back because she didn’t ask if I wanted a membership or another appointment, nor did she offer any products. Just poor customer service all the way around. Very disappointing first experience (and probably last) with this brand and franchise. I’d give zero stars because I’m a stickler for customer service, but my lashes look decent so I guess that counts for something.

OBSESSED. That is the best word for how I feel about my lashes. I have been so apprehensive about getting fake lashes and I did a lot of research on where to go. I came into Amazing Lash in Addison and the girl at the front (I can't remember her name but it was unique-I'm sorry) helped me out and answered all my questions. I explained to her how picky I was and even showed her photos. She was so patient with me and recommended the stylist for my best fit. Can I tell you she was right?!? I'm in love with Monica's work! She is the absolute best! I seriously hugged her after I saw my lashes! I have gotten so many compliments on them. I think I have referred probably 5 people in the past 2 days! Not sure which girl it was because she didn’t even introduce herself to me. I came for a removal/correction because they were glued together from a senior artist at this location...she just glanced at my lashes and was very rude asking why I was getting them removed. Basically insinuating that they didn’t need to be removed and she didn’t know why I was in there. I told her my lashes were falling off with the lash. She tried to tell me that with volume it happens... She didn’t even bother to look under the light to really check before saying this. Just had an attitude and personally I didn’t feel like arguing with her. So I got a refill. The refill is now already gone. She also left a huge gap on one eye. She didn’t even bother to ask what lashes I liked or wanted. Or the style. Just poor service. I’m sure the stylist were friends. The only time her tone changed was at the end when I’m sure she was expecting a tip. That was NOT going to happen due to how uncomfortable she made me feel right when I sat down. The customer is always right....point blank. The girls up front are very sweet and helpful and willing to make it right but that doesn’t help the extremely poor service they offer after you walk past the front desk.

Does not work, because if one portion loosens as if to fall out, your only option is to try and glue it back down or pull the entire row off. **This location sucks** Go to the Irving/Las Colinas location. I had a horrible experience not once but twice at this location. I've been a mrmber and going to amazing lash for the past 4 years and the last 2 appointments have not been great. I had an appointment with a master stylist that I had to pay an upcharge of $20 on top of pay for the initial charge, nor did I get a full set of lashes, and didn't get my complete session. The lashes fell off so quickly I had to call back in 2 days to schedule a correction. I had the correction and then when I got in my car and put on my sun glasses the whole middle section of my lashes fell off in my lap. I took them in there and told them what happened and that I had just left out of her less than 3 minutes but they told me that I cold sxhedule another appointment and pay for a refill. Needless to say I cancelled my membership.

My first visit here was great- loved my stylist and lashes. I had made an appointment to return for a fill 2 weeks or so later. I received a call at 3:45pm the day of my appointment which was at 6pm that my stylist would not be in due to her being sick (which is no problem I understand) But then to find out that I have to come an hour early which is now 5pm... which I work till 5pm. I proceeded to leave work early looking forward to just getting my lashes done. After getting started with my 2nd stylist I asked her how long she had been there- She said about 1 month. By the way my first stylist was only there for 1 month as well and did a wonderful job so I had total faith. Moving forward with the appointment I felt extremely rushed, she kept saying she didn't have enough time. Then proceeded to bash the first stylist that did my lashes saying she didn't know what she was doing that my eyelashes were stuck together and that this visit I wouldn't be able to receive all the lashes I normally would, which was disappointing. After the fact of checking out paying around $100 I called later that evening to book a redo which a senior stylist to help fill in a few blank spots that the girl had missed at my first appointment (still no problem at this point) The following day I am now really upset given the fact that every single one of my lashes on one eye fell completely out and the other eye has half of them on! I feel that I had more lashes on before my fill than I do now. My advice to your company being that im in the service/ salon industry as well- is to have the newer stylists do models until they are mastered on the skill that they are performing on people for a lot of money. I did call this morning to ensure that my redo appointment would be extended a little more then 30 minutes given the fact that all of my lashes are pretty much off and the front desk girl told me that they will just look at them and go from there. Im hoping that I don't get let down again after signing up for a monthly membership and really just wanting my lashes done correctly.

Had some bad experiences with this place in the past (which were never actually resolved...) but decided to give them another chance when they were looking for "lash models" for stylists in training. I've had all positive experiences since with the only exception being that the stylists are sometimes running late. I always try to show up early and twice now I have had a stylist be 30+ minutes late for my scheduled appointment time. Once this meant that my hour-long refill appointment only lasted about 25 minutes since there was someone else scheduled right after me, but other than that everything's been great. The stylists are all very nice though, as are all the girls who work the front desk!

Hands down Jasmin is the BEST! The studio itself is great! Front girls are welcoming, and explain everything and can help you pick a style if you are unsure. The membership is worth it because non member price is crazy! So if you want cost efficient, get the membership. I am just paying the bill until my contract runs out because the manager refuses to cancel my contract. I have been very displeased with the longevity of my lashes. Each time that I have been into Amazing Lash Studio the lashes that I have gotten, has only lasted at the longest time for about 10 days without losing almost all of them it is fair to say. I have used 4 different lash techs and out of the four only with only one of the lash techs have my lashes lasted 10 days without coming out in great number and this was after the third time being into the studio. The people that work there have all been very friendly and courteous and willing to work with me. I just don't understand why the product that they use will not hold to my lashes. I have lost 20+ lashes in least than three days and I don't see the point in continuing to keep trying something that's not working for me. No harsh feelings towards the business or the staff but It's just obvious that this just isn't the place for my lashes to stay on.

Be sure to ask lots, and lots of questions about what to expect, the manager said she would make it right, because she wanted me to love my lashes.....NOW SHE WONT COME TO THE PHONE!!!!! My lashes are just okay. My tech was nice but it took way too long.. about 2.5 hours. I was hoping the time would be well worth it but the results are just meh. Nothing impactful and they seem clumpy on the ends. Feeling like I could have accomplished a similar result with the basic cluster lashes from Sally's, tweezers and glue. Dominique treats my eye lashes like she would her own. She knows what length works best, what size my own eye lashes can handle to stay healthy. Since I have started wearing Amazing Lashes my real eye lashes are healthier and fuller which makes the Amazing Lashes look all the more better. My experience with Marissa is always EXCELLENT! She is the best lash stylist and honestly the only reason I continue to use this service. She is very talented and always makes sure my eyelashes are amazing. I would recommend Marissa specifically to any individual. She's by far the best individual. However, I am upset with the management of this location. They are not very client friendly. As a customer of amazing lash for almost a year- I have seen a quick turn around on staff and management. This does not look good to the customer. Especially when they do not focus on customer satisfaction. My experience with marissa is always the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the management was very rude and made me consider taking my business elsewhere.

It hurt and made my eyes feel like they were on fire. I will never do this again. I woke up the next day and my eyes are swollen and still feel like they're burning. I have no allergies to anything and have had fake eyelashes put on before, so I have no idea why this has happened to me. I'm still waiting a call back from the manager for a refund. I will never return to this establishment!!!!

I was coming to get my lashes at this place and loved it. On my last visit the girl that usually did my lashes was booked so when with someone else. She literally scraped the inside of my eyes causing pain and redness. Molly the girl at the counter was very helpful and said would refund the charge for getting my lashes done, the manager never called me after I reported incident the following day. The girl that did my lashes did not once say she was sorry and seemed not to care, while doing my lashes she kept saying she was quitting in 2 weeks since she did not like doing lashes. After going to my doctor was advised not to have lashes done anymore so I have been calling Amazing Lashes and can not get manager to cancel and refund all my charges since I have a membership since she is never on site at that location.

I was going to cancel my membership due to the HORRIBLE events I've delt with at the Addison location on numerous occasions, but decided to give Preston a chance since they are not affiliated with Addison except for the company name. Whole different culture at Preston and I love them.

The stylist was very nice and professional, but my experience was horrible. My appointment was 11:50. I arrived at 11:44. I had called earlier because I thought I maybe ten minutes late so he moved my appointment to 11:50. I had an appointment with Marissa.... the front desk failed to tell me that I would be with a different stylist. I've had the same stylist since I have been coming there. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes before I was called back while the front staff talked about their plans and family. I was extremely frustrated and my lashed don't look good.
