Finding a great lash studio is no small feat! Having tried several in the Valley and in multiple states while traveling on business, I have found this location to be the 5 star location! I see Andy, a Master Stylist. She is absolutely the best stylist of all the Valley locations. The team at the Chandler location ensures all billing is done correctly according to the plan I have. That has not been the case in other locations in the Valley. If you are thinking about applying lashes, this is the place to go!

The lashes looked and felt great until I left. I looked in the mirror to find the corner lashes twisting and obstructing my view. The young lady was nice enough to schedule an adjustment the next day. I waited 48 hours before wetting my eyes, and I did receive a follow up call on how I was doing. I’m glad they did as my lashes seem to be doing it again so they readjusted it again the same day. So we’ll see how it goes after a full week, if it makes that long. ?

No need to be on the fence about lashes because Amazing Lash Studio at Chandler Mall is the very best with the most excellent technicians. Iyana is a true artist and she listens with an empathetic ear and aims to please towards your desired lash outcome. If you should have reservations about the glue or allergies, fear not, because Iyana and the others will use an adhesive that is more tolerant for allergies. It is a wonderful experience.

My new full set started falling off immediately, by Christiana. I knew I wouldn’t make it till my fill. I was able to get in for a touch up with Andy. Andy fixed my lashes. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. I’ve never had lashes fall out like that! I paid attendtiob to everything Andy did, questioning the spray. Christiana didn’t do the spray to set the glue! Disappointed my full set ended up costing me a touch up, but happy Andy made the lashes look good again.

June has done my lashes twice. I’ve worn them a few times in the past and have had mixed feelings about each application. Sometimes it was good, sometimes it was bad. I like a more natural look and I feel most women don’t want that. It seems hard to achieve when most of the technicians are used to doing a more dramatic look. June listened to me on our first appt about wanting a more subtle outcome. She totally nailed it. With her skills, I trusted that she could give me a slightly more dramatic look without going overboard. And again, she did a brilliant job. She is worth the Master rate.

I thought that extensions were not for me because I was upset about the first set, the studio let me get a new set and asked specific questions to see how they can fix it and I was still feeling iffy about getting the next set. I loved getting my lashes done here. They always had available appointments that fit with my schedule. It was easy to call and get someone the next day if needed. When I called to get my lashes removed to try to save money, I wasn’t pressured into keeping them on and just getting a fill. When I’m ready to get lashes again, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Going to Amazing Lash Studio at Chandler Mall is the best decision I have made. The staff is super friendly and informational. I'm giving 5 stars for Andy, because she's always amazing at giving me the look I want and for good conversation during my fill sessions. However, I always have some sort of negative reaction to the lash glue used and it irritates my eyelids and eyes due to the fumes coming from it. It's never been super terrible but last night at my appointment, the fumes were so bad I got extremely light-headed and it felt like the table I was laying on during my appointment was spinning in circles. I couldn't open my eyes to ground myself either and got very nauseous. My throat felt scratchy and my eyes were burning worse than ever. When I said something to Andy about it, she said she was feeling the same way. She went to get another thing of glue to see if it'd be better but it wasn't. She got a third thing of glue and it was only slightly better. I should not be leaving my appointment high from lash glue and then have to sit in my car for an hour because my eyes were so irritated it hurt to keep them open. The skin on my eyelids and my eyes are still irritated today. And the lash techs should not be feeling dizzy and irritated from the glue either. That is not safe. I usually wouldn't complain about it but this has happened more than once, which means the glue should be replaced with something that's less fume-y please. I had to pay over $100 for a service that irritated me to the point of having to call out of work for a few hours this morning because my eyes were still irritated :(

I always leave with what I want. Nguyen is very professional and does a great job! She confirms what I want every time, just in case I've changed my mind. I used to go to an individual for my lashes. While I loved supporting small businesses, there is much more efficiency and professionalism here. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
