Everything from booking my appointment, to when I arrived was amazing, professional and over all very ethical on behalf of the ladies there. When I called, Nicole answered the phone, and when I arrived, Kaylee (Not sure how the name spelling goes), was amazing. She explained the process, the different types of lashes, etc. She was so nice and so sweet, I felt like I was at home instead of just getting my lashes done. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. When Ivette arrived, which she was on time, and super welcoming as well. I wasn't having the best day but she let me talk about it, and was so comprehensive and sweet to talk to. Once I left the lashing studio, I was sad to leave, but SUPER excited about my new set and how amazing they looked. I HIGHLY recommend this studio if you are in San Diego, and especially recommend Ivette if you want to get the best lashes. She's your girl! They also last nicely and are just over all amazing. Will be back!!!!! <3

My first time was great! Samantha really listened to my thoughts and have expert guidance, combining my expectations with what she thought would best fulfill them. The time flew by, as we chatted away. When she handed me the mirror, I was shocked at how natural they looked, and yet I got a little drama too, which I wanted, but not over the top, which I had feared. I will be back after my trip for fills, I am sure.

Jazmin always does a through and detailed job. She is gentle, patient, and takes pride in her work. She constantly makes sure that her clients are comfortable and that their eyes are taken care of in the best way possible. She is knowledgeable about the process and the products and provides tips on how to keep the lashes from experiencing extreme fall out. My lashes are always very full and look amazing because Jazmin really cares about her job. I book her well in advance to make sure she is the one that does my lashes. Michelle was so quick and efficient, my lashes looked SO good!!!! We decided on classic and 3D a hybrid look and the classics in the spaces really gave me the final look I wanted. My eyes were so comfortable this time too. Last time my eyes were a little red and burned for a while. I’m so happy but my only suggestion is that for $119 a month I think your refill should be any lash type. I just found out the 3D lashes are considered an upgrade and cost extra.

I was quite pleased with my lashes the first time I got them done. At first I was a bit scared not knowing what to expect. But my lash lady made me feel welcome. I wasn’t comfortable with the gel pads so she tried another way for me to feel comfortable and now I have no problem getting my lashes done. I get so many compliments on my lashes now without even wearing makeup.

The store was very clean which is important. They provide make up wipes and eyelash cleanser to make sure your face is clean before application. My lash stylist Bernice listened to what I want and took time to ask questions. The process is long for a full set but it was worth it to make sure the lashes were on correctly. They came out as expected for me since I have sparse lashes. I will say my right eye was a little irritated and continued to sting into the night, but that doesn’t surprise me because I’ve always had more sensitivity in that eye. The gel eye pads are comfortable, but the tape I hated. Bernice said next time she can use paper tape. I signed up for the 2 fills a month, there was a slight problem, when I gave my card for the membership, I thought they would put that on file and when she asked how I wanted to pay for today’s service, she said “card on file ending in xxxx” and I said yes but it was the card I originally booked the appointment with. It worked out but she clicked the computer so fast before I could realize that it was the wrong card. They might want to double check a little slower next time. Otherwise I’m above average happy with my lashes, hoping to get more density with time.

Thank you so much for make my experience so wonderful! I have never had lash extensions before and was always hesitant. My first experience at ALS Eastlake was back in December 2017 as a model, not going to lie was a bit nervous on the outcome not knowing if my lashes could hold them. As I stepped in for the first time the studio was simply amazing, very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I absolutely loved my lashes from the beginning. Six months have gone by and I\'m addicted, love the attention to detail as well as the friendliness. Knowing that after every visit my lashes will get the attention they need is a priceless feeling. Everywhere I go I\'m asked where I get my lashes done even my dentist notices (male dentist just to throw that in there) as well as my director (another male). I\'m hooked on the 6D volume which are a must for me. My husband of 14 years loves when I get them done and as always compliments me after every visit. I had my introductory eyelash extension done here last week by Kaylee and I am so impressed with her work.  I went to work the next day and all my coworkers were mesmerized by my lashes and got so many compliments on how natural and beautiful it looks!  She did the gorgeous option for me.  Kaylee was very light on her hand and I actually napped the entire time while she put the extensions  she gave me a blanket and a pillow for my leg so I was very comfortable.  And I love that it\'s a private room so you don\'t get bothered by people walking by.  Highly recommend this place!

April was such a busy month for me ! I had a wedding and a vacation to go on and so I decided to cut my stress and getting ready time in half - so I decided to get eyelash extensions ! My first time getting eyelash extensions I decided to come to amazing lash studio Eastlake after the wonderful client pictures I saw on their Instagram. I called well in advance to make an appointment and was told who would be styling my lashes. After much anticipation the day finally came. Some helpful tips : * Arrive 15 minutes early , on time is late * Do not wear any eye makeup * Have an idea of the styles you want that way your stylist can spend the duration of your appointment doing your lashes ! * Always tip your stylist well ! It's a long and tedious proce   So I arrived early and got paper work filled out , the front desk girl was very welcoming and pleasant and eased all the nerves I had. The ambiance is amazing and it is very clean! I was very impressed. So, I was told I'd have a different stylist that day due to a call out , which was fine after all because I think we clicked quite well and she has very reputable lash experience ! I went in with some pictures of the styles I liked - them being natural and gorgeous but ultimately my stylist suggested sexy and I'm glad I followed her opinion ! I won't lie when I first saw them I wasn't used to them , but I immediately thought they were done so well! She did the most amazing job! They were perfect . I got used to them in the next few days and I've grown to love them ! It wasn't a matter that I didn't like them - it was not being used to seeing myself with such gorgeous lashes ! So keep in mind if you happen to be overwhelmed at first with how they look just give it a few days! The photo I am posting is almost 2 weeks later !! I'm so shocked at how well they held up! Mind you this is with Hawaii's HUMIDITY/HIGH WINDS/ & OCEAN WATER! I'm amazed ! I loved them so much and gained much confidence with them that I did not wear any makeup besides a bit of product on my eyebrows. They are so worth it ! The price is fair and they have a wonderful new client special. Amazing lash studio Eastlake does a wonderful job and they are so professional. I went in to  get my lashes done on a Thursday morning. There were 2 other ladies in there already. I haven't had my lashes done in a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. My lash technician, Michelle, was great. She made me feel really comfortable and helped me get settled in. It took 2 hours for a full set and I was moving around a lot. She was patient and let me re-settle myself before continuing. They had light, soothing music in the room and I wanted to take a nap but wasn't able to. I really like the way my lashes turned out. Definitely taking some getting used to though. I did the classic look this time. Maybe next time I'll try the voluminous look.

I have been to ALOT of people and places to do my eyelashes over the years and since amazing lash studio opened near my house I thought I'd give it a try. I must say they are VERY professional and welcoming. The studio is very clean and they have great service. I got a nice blanket and a pillow for under my knees. Which actually makes me feel comfortable so I stopped fidgeting like I do at other places just laying flat. The bed you lay on moves up and down which is pretty neat. If you book ask for Melissa! Came in today for the introductory special, 89.99 for a full set! You can pick whatever style, natural, cute, sexy or glam! I picked natural and they look amazing!! Very natural and fluffy but also glam and beautiful! My tech was Adriana and she was so sweet and kind to me, made good conversation and a very sweet woman! Lashes don't burn or itch, none have fallen out so far as of day 1! Will definitely return for a fill when needed! Update as of 1 week, basically all of my right eyes lash extensions are gone already, I read they're supposed to last 3-4 weeks so it's pretty upsetting. Left eye has lost many as well but still looks decent, I'm just going to wait for them to all fall out and go back to using mascara as my normal lashes are long. Even bought the wash they sell there but like I said my right eye is basically completely gone.

I had a very pleasant experience with this studio. The entire space was super clean. Donna who worked on my lashes was warm, friendly and easy to chat with. Many of my friends who also does lash extension comments on how beautiful mine is. The price is reasonable too compared with other venues. And they do start on time when you get there. All around a very positive experience.

I've been going to Amazing Lash in Texas for a few years, but just moved to Chula Vista. I was so happy to find another location with the same commitment to their customers. Victoria has been my Lash Stylist twice since coming here, and I couldn't be happier! Having lashes makes me feel more confident, and I can just wake up and go about my day with or without putting on makeup. I love having the freedom and not having to put on mascara every day. A friend and I went to get eyelash extensions done, and although this was my first time, she had gotten them done before at another studio. Being an eyelash extension virgin, I didn't know what to expect. When we first walked in, the entire studio was noticeably clean and beautifully decorated. All the technicians and sales associates were incredibly welcoming and very informative of the entire process. They made sure to understand what kind of eyelash style I was looking for before beginning the process. I was taken care of by Donna, a training technician, and I can't say enough great things about her--she gave me a warm blanket to wrap myself up in while she was applying my lashes, she absolutely blew me away with her skills in applying my extensions, and the quality of our conversation made the 2 hours pass by in what seemed like minutes! The sales associates made sure that we understood the after-care process before we left. After careful showering and sleeping, I woke up the next day with beautiful lashes. I've gotten so many compliments on how great my eyelashes look (they couldn't even guess they were extensions!).

I had an appointment with Melissa. I received a confirmation call for my schedule and was told over the phone what i should not have on my face before coming in for my appointment. Soon as i stepped in the studio, I was greeted by the front office and the people around there made me feel comfortable. My appointment with Melissa went so well that i could not see my lashes to be done by anyone else. She is a really sweet person and was always concerning making sure i was comfortable through the whole process. I told her that its my first time having my lashes done so she gave me advice on which lashes i should use. I didn't even know that there were different lengths. I told her to choose for me and WOW!!! I LOVE them! The lashes and length Melissa advised for me were perfect! During the process, I asked her, "How do you have the patience to do lashes?" Her response was cause she loves doing it and it was her passion. All my concerns and second thoughts diminished as she worked on my lashes. Her every bit of attention were all focused on my lashes and made sure i was doing ok. She made me feel comfortable and i will not ask for anyone else. Near the end of the process, Melissa gave me detailed advice on how to take care of my lashes. If i ever leave the state, and if i could, I would buy  a plane ticket to wherever she works just so I can have her work on my lashes again. Thank you Melissa for being so kind and caring and taking the time to work on my lashes. I'm so blessed to have found you. You made sure my first time was enjoyable and comfortable and I love my lashes! The reslts are amazing!

So so so happy with my new lashes! Was my first time ever getting lashes and ALS was the best to get them done at! Bianca went over all the details about pre and post care and really made sure the process would go smoothly. Donna was my stylist and I've never met someone so sweet and so passionate about her job. She made sure my experience was going to be everything in the realm of perfect and was thorough the entire duration of my service. They treat you like you're spending time with your sisters/girlfriends and providing high quality customer service is a priority to all the girls. The studio is clean and homey feeling, the adhesive doesn't smell or sting. Highly recommend to any new lash extension girls or veterans to come check this place out, you definitely will see me there!

This Amazing Lash Studio is truly amazing! The person who did my lashes (I think her name is Adriana) was very responsive, gentle, and a good communicator who made me feel really comfortable - all qualities I appreciated as it was my first lash experience. I opted for the natural look and was impressed with how natural they looked after I was done. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well! I would highly recommend!

Never thought I would be a fan of extensions until I ventured into this lovely studio. The environment is uplifting and fabulous! The ladies are extremely sweet and helpful. I always leave here feeling 100x more extravagant after my relaxing appointment/nap and my A1 service! Definitely worth a shot if you're new to lashes or even if you already have extensions!

Where to start? First of, I was skeptical in getting my lashes done. Once I did, I fell in love!  Not only was I happy with the outcome, but the beautician Euniz was friendly and showed me how to care for the lashes. She took time in teaching me. Second, I'm a busy woman and well, online there was a phone number I could text for more info. I did not only received my information but was able to make my appointment via text.  The service through text was phenomenal and the customer service is amazing.  For the first appointment i called, but having to do another appointment through text was amazing!  Lastly and hopefully not least, I am in love with such customer service.  Every Time I refill my lashes, I am welcomed and treated with kindness.  I would love to name the young lady that works the front office during the time I go, but I am not too good at remembering names.  I truly recommend going there not just to beautify your eyes, but to experience the exceptional service I have received!

I was hesitant to switch lash studios, because I have been committed to my past lash artist for a very long time. However, I took the leap and made an appointment with ALS; it was wonderful. Adriana paid close attention to detail and gave me a very natural look. Cynthia, the owner is always very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, I have had very few lashes fall out and my husband loves my new look. I will definitely be back for another appointment.
