I have been going to Amazing Lashes for about two years. This is my second location as my aesthetician had moved. I have never been late but just finished up a very physical design project and did not set an alarm so was going to be about 20 minutes late. When the young lady called me, she let me know if I came in they would not have the full amount of time to do my lashes. I won’t go into the details, but the final solution was to reschedule for later that evening, which we did. All turned out well, and the young lady communicated with her manager and came up with , a reasonable solution. I will continue to be a loyal customer. In this life, it’s not what happens. It’s how we respond to it and ultimate solutions or what make our life better.

I’ve been an ALS Member for over 8 years I believe! I’ve been to MULTIPLE locations depending on where I was working, my schedule & the availability of the Master Stylist I would book with at all Houston locations. I can 100% with out a doubt say, the Indian Springs location has been THE BEST & MOST Professional location I’ve ever been to! The reason to my opinion is because of having met the owner multiple times & her presence being there working was what was most impressive & why I continued to repeatedly book at this location! I definitely have had outstanding services & a small number of not so great experiences when I had to book with a stylist I had never booked with only because the stylist I going to wasn’t available & that was my only available day to get my lashes done. Once I started going to Indian Springs location, I was very strict on who I booked with! I learned over the years it’s best not to skip around to different stylist & much easier to go to the stylist who last did your lashes! So many stylist come & go so I had to switch Master stylist a few times until I met Bridgette! I have NEVER in all these years met a stylist like her! Bridgette is THE BEST of THE BEST at doing lashes! Her work is beyond the cleanest & best set of lash extensions I’ve ever had! She’s beyond fast & NOT ONE single extension is glued to another! I don’t know how she does it!! Even going to what I thought was great stylist, there’s no one who has never individually placed each extension to my lashes like she does! I’ve been with Bridgette for a GOOD while now & refuse to book with anyone else! Due to my work schedule, I went months without extensions which is not like me at all. I live 40 miles away & it’s very difficult to book unless I have more business in the area. I typically don’t book just for one trip. At the beginning of the year I knew my refills were backing up. I attempted 4 times over 2 months to get a full set with Bridgette to get back on schedule. But between my work schedule & her availability it just wasn’t in our favor. I finally was able to book a few weeks ago & have gone back this last time Wednesday. && NOW I 100% KNOW the reason I don’t let anyone but Bridgette touch my lashes! && the reason why so many times I’ve debated whether to cancel my membership after moving from the Houston area, I just can’t let it go knowing how much I absolutely LOVE the way she does lashes! Between absolutely loving the Indian Springs location & having THE BEST stylist I’ve ever met in almost 10 years of having a membership! I continue to keep it because of those two!!! I’m beyond blessed after all these years to be in a place where both are beyond My Favorite!!! #ALSMemberForLife ?

I have been an intermittent client at Amazing Lash for 6 years. In part, because the desired look I describe never comes together and they end up “flat across” with no fan at the end. Even after, I showed a picture and explained the look I wanted. Finally, after explaining my situation to the receptionist, with intent to cancel my membership, I was directed to a “Master lash technician” by the name of Rocio. It’s a small increase in price to have a master technician. It was worth it. So, if you too have had an experience where your desired look isn’t being achieved, I recommend up grading to a master lash technician.

I have been getting lash extensions off and on for a few years. I finally found Rosio (I believe thats how it's spelled). She is amazing and FAST!! My lashes have never looked so good. I like the classic look, and no fans. Every lash artist I have been to, cuts corners and add fans. I hate that. Because when one falls off, I end up with a huge bald spot. Not with Rosio. She does each lash individually, and they are so full when she's done. I can't recommend her work enough!!

I had a refill done after 3 weeks and it was applied to more than one lash and on the lid itself, eyelid for red and swollen after day 5 I called and was scheduled at n for a correction, they were berry accommodating and apologetic. Even had a master stylist with a very light hand and kind personality take off the painful problem areas. This location will fix anything that is painful or not applied correctly. Been a member for awhile. I have always enjoyed coming to this location. The service is consistent. I had a tech I loved but she moved on. Since then I just take whoever is available. Always get great lashes. Recently had a new tech and my lashes fell out the next day. I spent a few days thinking I would just let it go because I didn’t want to complain. The girl who did my lashes was so sweet. They looked amazing when I left and I really enjoyed her. I don’t know what went wrong but I knew it was right. I finally called and was glad I did. They got me back in right away for a fix and my lashes are flawless. Not even one fall out since I’ve left. These babies will last me 5-6 weeks. Thank you so much for making it right and always giving the best service.

As a long time Amazing Lash Studio member I’ve tried a few different locations due to moving or finding the right stylist. When I tell you this place is the best, I mean from front desk stylist. I actually have a lash studio closer to me (3 mins) but I refuse to go there and instead drive the 30 mins to see the gals at 10700 Kuykendahl Rd Suite C, The Woodlands, TX 77381 are the best! My stylist who I will NEVER change and rocks on a lot of levels is Cassy. She doesn’t miss a beat.. or lash lol she’s amazing. On so many levels.
