Knockout lashes just the way you like it and more importantly, they LAST until my next refill. No bald spots! They just thin out so naturally. They are both really good at what they do! Thank you!

I love this studio! It's clean and everyone is professional and on time. Only once has Bri had to cancel due to a family emergency and the studio pivoted and arranged for a different stylist at the same time, I was amazed. Other than that the stylists are always on time and never cancel. The text and call and reminders are great too!

Such a short notice, your receptionist put me in at the time which I wanted. My stylist Sara was so sweet and kind. Of course her job is great too. Ayumi gives great service but your customer service from Alexis is terrible. She is not able to explain charges and I know she is High functiong Autistic. But she should not be working alone. She can only set up appts but nothing else. She illegaly charged my credit card without my consent and was insulting by accussing me of not paying for my services. I strongly considered complaining to better business bearu. But I have been going there for so many years that this is the first issue I have had with a person at the front desk. Because of the terrible 2 yrs that private companies have gone through with covid, that i don't want to cause anymore trouble for the owner. But I strongly feel Alexis needs another position rather than front office desk clerk. I am stongly stressed out when she is the only person checking me out from my appt. Iam thinking of leaving and going some where else for my lash services because this should be a relaxing luxery service for me not stressful. Thank you and hope the owner see's this complaint.

I recommend the Amazing Lash Studio at the Crossroads Center in Irvine. The shop manager Summer is friendly and very knowledgeable. Bree has been my eyelash technician since I first started going in January 2019. I strongly recommend her. She will help customize the best lashes for you and I never leave disappointed. I was nervous going back once they reopened with the pandemic, but I felt better once I saw all the new health protocols, including temperature checks, mandatory masks and spacing out clients to allow for cleaning.

I came to this location for a lash refill and WOW I had a really great experience! From the first phone call to going home, all the girls who helped me were professional, kind and honest. They were not pushy at all. I already made another appointment and I'm really looking forward to it!Lexy, who did my lashes, was extremely sweet. She asked me what I had in mind before we started my appointment. I can be particular about my lashes: I like my lashes to look natural but still noticeable. She was very gentle throughout the whole appointment and made sure I was happy with them at the end. My lashes look really great! Fluffy, wispy, and not too much. If you're going to this location, I would highly recommend that you book your appointment with her.I signed up for the membership which includes 2 lash refills a month. This is $129.99 a month. I like my lashes more natural, so I don't need any upgrades. However, I toss and turn a lot when I sleep so I need refills more often than once a month. Considering that each refill comes out to about $65, this option is super cost effective for me!

I hate leaving negative reviews but unfortunately my experience here was not good. I wanted to try a new lash place as the one I'm currently going to only has volume lashes and I like mine to look natural. I arrive for my 11AM appointment. I get inside the room and my first issue was that they ran out of the eye pads. So, she used tape instead which was very unpleasant. In fact, at one point, my lash artist seemed to get my hair stuck in the tape dispenser (my eyes were closed so I'm not entirely sure what it was). She actually did not apologize for that but did apologize for not having eye pads. Anyway, I went for a new full set so removal was necessary. She said to ensure that I keep my eyes closed during the process, which I did. Unfortunately, she taped not only the bottom of my eyes but also the top portion which resulted in my eyes opening every single time she removed a lash. This caused the chemical to get inside my eyes and burn immensely. At one point she even asked me, "is it burning you?" ... I'm pretty sure my extremely watery eyes gave it away. At this point, I'm just ready to finish and leave. After ripping the tape off underneath and on top of my eyes, I look in the mirror. Honestly, it wasn't too bad. The classic left me a little underwhelmed but it wasn't terrible. I honestly just wanted to leave. I go to the front desk just semi pleased with my experience and tip my lash artist and walk out. When I get to my car, I look in the mirror again and I'm very disappointed. To pay $100 for a new set of lashes when it looked like I barely had any on was so disappointing (but I did ask for classic so that may have been my mistake). Fast forward 15 min as I made my way to Khols to return an item. I return the item, get in my car and look at my lashes again. They looked terrible! They were wonky and some of them were so sideways they were poking the inside of my eye. I didn't want to go back to the same place because the lack of eye pads but unfortunately another location said you had to go back to the original location the work was done. Found that a bit ridiculous as I didn't feel like having my eyelids ripped off but ok. So finally I call back to ask to have someone fix them. They tell me to come back at 3pm since eye pads arrive at 2pm that day. It was barely 1pm. I had to drive around and find things to do for 2 hours (I do not live in Irvine). By 2:30 my lashes looked so wonky, it was worse than what I had on before. But it was fine since I was getting them fixed. 3pm came around and I showed up to get my lashes fixed. I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to take me back to fix my lashes which was kind of irritating since I had already waited 2+ hours for a senior lash specialist. The lash artist who attempted to fix my lashes was an absolute sweetheart. Way better than my first technician. Unfortunately, after an hour of trying to fix my lashes though, they looked worse. I had maybe 3-4 lashes so obnoxiously long, they reached the bottom part of my eyebrows. It almost looked like someone had glued daddy long leg spider legs to my eyes. I'm not exaggerating that either (I have pictures). At this point I am completely fried. I wasted an entire afternoon (my only day off work) and after tipping the second lash artist (I always tip no matter what) I went to my car and seriously laughed for a good 5 minutes. I spent $115 for the worst set of lashes I have ever seen. Unfortunately I wish I had read other online reviews before giving this place a chance because it seems like most of the negative reviews are not over exaggerated. I will never come back to this establishment which is so unfortunate. I will continue to look for a lash place I really like.

Couldn't be more pleased with the results. Lily did an amazing job. It's been very difficult for me since I have very short lashes. I am one of those that has had to take breaks, use serums to strengthen my lashes and help them be full. Length is not an option for me. Years ago when ALS opened, I had Lily, she left for a bit, then I went to someone else, she left after a couple years, now I have Lily again. Here is a list of the qualities Lily poses that are crucial for your lash artist to have and Lily has these. She MUST listen to what your trials and tribulations have been! YOU must listen to what she recommends is POSSIBLE for your lashes! She must also be kind, and check for understanding while you explain what you want. Lily does this. I have gone to another franchise before and in comparing the two, the Barranca location HANDS down is way better managed, more comfortable ambiance.Some feedback, I think the girls would look more professional in not so tight athletic style outfits that show skin and slippers and Summer is very attentive, but the other young lady, could use some more training on paying more attention to the client and being more confident. Perhaps she is new. She is nice though.

Tried the 6D lashes and although they are lovely, one eye has the "sexy" style where the end lashes flare out and are a bit longer, the other eye does not. She is very light handed, always gives me what i want... her schedule is always booked so you need to book with her 2-3 months out. With that being said I know that you guys require your employees to play a certain kind of music when doing the eyelashes and when I was there, I had I to listen to an hour straight of skreaching birds. When I walked in I was greeted as usual and I told the girl at the front desk that I had an appointment at 2 and gave her my name and all that jazz. I then proceeded to sit down after being checked in and after I sat down the girl told me my appointment was at 220 when I knew for a fact it was at 2 but I didn't really care about waiting 20 minutes not a big deal. As I was waiting at least 5 girls came in and out and by this time it was 245. I was not told anything by girls at the front desk like when my stylist was coming or what's holding her up or anything I was completely ignored. Everyone that walked in and out was offered water and not once was I offered water. After waiting for almost 50 minutes my stylist Amy finally came out. She looked at my ticket and just kinda waved me in not s hi or anything. She sort of apologized said the lady came in late and had s lot of lashes so she couldn't just stop. We got into the room and I told her what I wanted and the lengths of what i normally get were on the ticket and she just looked at it and nodded. I laid down and the whole entire time she was rushing. She kept messing up and getting lashes all over my face. She was pulling on my actual lashes which hurt and she kept gluing my lashes together. By the end I got up and looked at my lashes and they were shorter then normal and not full at all. at this point I was over it and just wanted to get out of there. I paid and told them that I wasn't very happy and they said sorry and as I walked out I looked at my clock and it only took her an hour and 15 minutes to do my lashes... it normally takes close to 2 hours. It would be different if it were quality work but it wasn't. I'm not sure how other stylists are but I wouldn't recommend amy or this studio.

I don't know if Elizabeth was having a bad day but she was not informative and seemed to be aggravated with my questions and when I asked to see her work when the first lash was complete. I asked for a natural look with a little sexy. I came out looking like Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street. This was not the "natural" look I was going for. The lashes appears completely faux and like I'm a street walker. She did not listen to what I asked for. I had her show me mink which were of course the obvious choice for me. To add insult to injury the girl that walked me back and Liz got into about the glue and how they were out! Overall bad experience. People have off days and not that the lashes look bad just not a good look on me. If you are looking for a look that does not look heavily doused in black mascara do not get the synthetic lashes. It looks like a nighttime party hooker- look- even in the day time.

I've had mixed results each time I visit. Recently my appt was booked with Lynn and she did an amazing job! I'm super happy with my lashes. She recommended that at my next appt, I do a new full set. I've been coming here for months and nobody has ever suggested that, maybe that's why I've been so-so about my lashes? The thing I don't agree with is the $30 (?) removal fee before placing a new set. I completely agree with charging that if the client is removing them and not placing new lashes. But removing an old set should be part replacing them. When I get my gel nails done, they don't charge me to remove the old gel. I don't agree with this fee.

Although I was very unsatisfied with how the payment of everything worked.First of all, I'm usually a member from Tustin MarketPlace but they were so booked the next week, I ended up scheduling one for the Crossroads at my convenience. Sunday (4/30) I had been charged for 59.99 as my usual membership fee. I assumed this was going to be used when I came in. At my time of payment, James (one of the stylist) was selling me on a promotion regarding this gift card. At the moment, I was very very confused. He kept mentioning it would help me save money because I was going to pay approximately $90 dollars just for a refill... I was so confused at this point that my mind was cluttered with why do I owe this much if I had already been billed my monthly amount? Should I put this gift card to use? OR better yet, I don't know why I was being sold this promo in the first place. So I was charged $100. Then charged again $30 because James forgot to bill my tip for my amazing stylist Brie. I didn't mind because that's ultimately why I was satisfied with my lashes. So I ended up paying the $100 still not knowing what I even paid for because James was very confusing on how he explained it which literally made it seem like I'd be stupid if I didn't take the promotion and I'd save all of this money. Ultimately though, I just feel like I was wrongly sold on something I pretty much didn't even need. Like, I said no the first time around but then shortly after he kept insisting I'd be saving this and that amount. On my way home, I called Crossroads again so they can explain to me again why I needed that $100 "gift card" sold to me. James was still very vague and I was even more confused on what he tried to explain to me over the phone. Then at the same time I'm still trying to process what's happening, he's still trying to sell me on other products I don't need at the moment. I JUST WANT A BETTER EXPLANATION ON WHY I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR MY INCONVENIENCE??BEFORE THIS, I WAS ALREADY wrongfully taken out of the schedule from the marketplace because a last minute stylist had to go to urgent care. Which I totally understood. I would've stuck to The Marketplace if that situation didn't happen if I had known I'd be fooled at the Crossroads. Overall, I just want to thank Ariana from The Marketplace for taking the time to figure out what had happened to be over at the Crossroads. She was very understanding and was going to contact the manager on Monday, which is today - TO SEE what they can do about this situation.All in all, I thought I can just go to the Crossroads to get a refill that I had already paid for in my monthly membership agreement. It just turned into a complete disaster. I normally don't comment regarding negative reviews, usually positive, but this is seriously dealing with my financial losses just for someone to sell me something to make commission out of seems like. Had a 9am appt and my stylist greeted me about 30 minutes late apologizing that she had to drop off her daughter at school & ran late. I'm a single mom so I told her i totally understand but what I didn't understand was why the front desk never told me she was running late & just let me wait. I also didn't ask them because I wanted to see if they would say anything at all. My stylist Amy was awesome. She did a full set in an hour and they look amazing. I would definitely see her again but I'm not sure about Amazing Lashes. They had me sign up on a membership but there are too many hidden fees. I had a $59 credit because of the monthly membership which they told me was good for a fill & they said I would only pay the difference if I get a full set. I needed a full set so they charged me $44. I asked the front desk how much a full set was & she said $89, then I asked her how much credit I received towards my full set & she said $59. Then I asked her how I ended up with $44 instead of $30. All she could tell me was that there was a fee and that it was a corporate thing. Really am not happy with the answer or the service by the front desk. I love my stylist but will cancel my membership.

I've been going to Amazing Lash Studio for almost a year, on their "auto" program. I've had many technicians (?) and some are better than others, and they seem to come and go. For me, I like my lashes to look "amazing!" and I usually have a fill in-between. That brings the total monthly cost to about $150 give-or-take. It's expensive, but it really helps brighten my aging eyes and droopy eyelids, so I think it's worth it. They're never pushy, and they follow up to help me remember appointments. Terrible! I just moved to the area. I'm used to going to a quality salon where they apply one extension to one lash at a time. I was told I was getting the best lash technician they had. She was horrible. She clumped the lashes together, used WAY too much glue (my eyes have never burned like that before) and the lashes look terrible, curving every which way. I had the worst experience here. I had been getting my lashes done for 6 months and had to get a refill probably every week or week and a half. My very last session that I had to go to because they needed a 30 day notice was the worst, I woke up the next morning and my eye was shut and would not open. I called the studio letting them know and they said they would comp my removal. Which they should obviously do but comp by entire full set as well. I called to speak with the manager and he refused to speak with me each time I would call. When I finally did get ahold of him he was so rude and unprofessional, he did not apologize once or care that I had gotten a reaction and had a health matter. He seemed like he was sarcastic in his tone and said that I would be issued a refund but had to come in to get my removal. He never emailed me or gave me any confirmation of my refund and I had to keep calling to get an answer which he never answered the phone or was available, when he finally called me back he said I had been calling everyday for him. He was so rude and I cannot believe he would be a manger of any kind for any company. The staff here has always been very sweet but their manager definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers and their concerns. I will not be coming back here, or referring this place to anyone any longer.

David, Eric and Alexis are amazingly warm and welcoming when you come into the studio, making you feel comfortable and right at home while you check in and until you are collected in the reception area by your technician. I recently wrote a yelp review on my previous experiences at this Amazing Lash Studio location. Not only were my experiences poor here but the way the staff has handled my negative review is more than unprofessional. I got a call about an hour after I posted my Yelp review and the manager asked if they could pay me to take my review down. I was shocked and said this was far from my intention and honestly never even crossed my mind. If this wasn't enough, I got a reply from the studio on my review stating that I had the wrong location and provided me with their phone number. This was not the wrong location and the number they provided me was the one that called me and left me a voicemail. I am blown away by the resilience of this location to skew their reviews in order to seem like they provide a better service. Normally, I go to the Fort Worth location on West 7th and the staff is professional and extremely friendly.

Average customer service. Eyelash tech was average. My eyelash extensions have been falling out since day one and I've been following all the instructions given to me for how to care for them. The tech glued a small section of my bottom lashes to the extensions and that was excruciating. She even asked me if I wanted to try to separate them myself. The amount of extensions are uneven, my right eye has less extensions compared to the left. Lastly, when it was time to pay, my debit and credit card were both declined at the registers and I knew that wasn't right. I walked over to target and purchased an item to get cash back and my cards worked fine. Overall, I'm very unhappy with the outcome and will not return.

I got situated in a nice room with with all the right pillows for comfort and support (important for laying still for at least an hour :o)) She took a lot of time and really payed attention to detail and beautified my lashes perfectly! This review is for the front staff/non-existent management. The girls seemed clueless and dismissive. Anytime I questioned my account I was thrown attitude. Their "membership" program is vague and when I need to "freeze" my account to let my natural lashes have a break, they tell you it will be "frozen" for 3 months - meaning you will not be billed for 3 months. This is not the case, they still bill you and when you ask them about it, they blame you the customer for unfreezing it... Hmm. Interesting. Why would someone freeze their account only to unfreeze it and have the payments still be processed? Made no sense to me... They lie and process your payments regardless. Anytime there was issue, they'd say "oh, I can't do anything for you I have to tell my manager". The manager that never calls to follow-up and the same "manager" that never does anything to rectify the issue. To this day, I don't think they even have a manager, just a greedy owner that has hired young inexperienced people that lack much needed customer service skills. If they can correct their front desk manners and "membership system" this place would be great, because their lash techs are amazing at what they do. It's the management and the front desk staff that needs major improvements.

Lash technician was at the end of her "10 hour day" and you could tell. When appointment was made I was told that they recommend that I remove my lashes from the other studio I had gone to and get a new set on. When I got to the studio they told me that the lash technician didn't have time to do a full set. I had just removed the majority of my previous lashes because they told me to just prior to getting there. She told me that they could do as much as they could but they wouldn't be as full. At least they didn't lie about that part. They tried to reschedule me but I had a flight the next day and couldn't. Lash technician was nice enough. Didn't talk at all other than the sorry I am going so fast. When I walked out of the salon after paying I looked at the clock. I had been in there less than 40 min! The lashes that are there were done well but there is no where near enough. There isn't even enough if I haven't taken the majority of what I had off. I won't be going back because they don't have time to do what they say they will and I left unhappy and still in need to get another fill days later just to fill in what they missed. I was disappointed today with my lash appointment. During the process I thought it was great because I didn't feel any stinging from the glue. I normally am in tears due to my sensitive eyes. I'm was excited that I didn't feel a thing. Then I looked in the mirror after the treatment and thought no wonder it didn't sting. I barely had any lashes on. Even my husband and kids said they couldn't tell I had extensions on. I was so disappointed since it was so hard for me to find 2 hours out of my day to get them done. I think it depends on who did them. I had referred my sister and she didn't like hers either. She cancelled her membership and maybe I should too. By the way, the next day about 15 lashes fell off and it wasn't attach to my own lash. In the past it would fell off when my own lash did. You can see two lashes, one shorter (mine) and one longer (fake) glued together.

I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio for a year now. I have to admit I was a bit leary early on. I've had two prior lash techs which I wasn't completely satisfied using. But the third time was the charm! Maggie, I found, is the best! She is soft spoken and sweet. Maggie listens to your needs/wants and offers suggestions. I have always had great success with the way my lashes look with Maggie. She is the ONLY reason I come back every month for my fills. Great job Maggie! I appreciate your service :-)

Taken from my Yelp review- Eyes are the windows to the soul. Is that how the saying goes?I'll be the first to admit that I will rarely leave the house sans makeup. Amazing Lash Studio has changed that quite dramatically for me. Having lash extensions has not only cut my makeup time out by more than half, but has allowed me to leave the house with no make up at all! Ok, so my skin's still a little uneven...who cares!I had originally booked my appointment for Lynn, however, Gigi ended up being my girl instead. I am so glad that I got Gigi! (Fun Fact: For those of you who loved Gigi at the Bella Terra ALS, she's now here in Irvine!)Gigi was very sweet and took her time while applying my lashes. She was super professional, yet was able to help me relax during my first session. After the extensions were done, she gave me some advice on how to have the lashes last longer.Here's some information that I wish I knew coming in. 1. Come in with no makeup.2. Membership is $59.99, charged monthly. With the membership,your refills (if you choose to go with the regular synthetic) is already paid for. If you want any special lashes, it will cost you extra, but still cheaper than if you did not have a membership. This means that the credit from your membership dues are applied to your next lash service.3. Mink lashes - These lashes are thinner and finer than your synthetic lashes. They work great for people with super thin lashes and give you a very natural look. The downfall is that they are thinner and take a little longer than synthetic. In my opinion, they also don't hold as well as synthetic. My first full set were mink... I personally like the synthetic lashes much better. Both lashes have and hold great curl. Bye bye lash curler!4. Lash extensions are HIGH MAINTENANCE. I've had to change the way I wash my face. Be prepared to make certain changes in your daily routine to ensure longevity of your lashes. Avoid getting your lashes soaked, fan (or blowdry, on cool) your lashes dry, brush your lashes.... but the results are still worth it.5. The glue can slightly irritate your eyes during the procedure. This is normal and goes away within the minute.Over all, I love Amazing Lash Studio and absolutely ADORE Gigi!

I had a great first visit. Everyone was very warm and helpful. On my second visit, two weeks later, the lady filling in my lashes scolded me for my lash condition on the side I sleep on and complained about getting the new set sorted out on that side. She told me not to sleep on my side where my face hits the pillow and disrupts the lashes, and she had the nerve to demand that I agree by answering her okay. I know that everyone can have a bad day, which is why I didn't complain to management when I was there. I will give it one more try with a new girl and see how it goes. I would prefer someone who is maybe a little older, more professional and likes their job.

I love my Amazing Lashes... I am a busy 61 yr. grandmother and for years I have suffered from excessive sweating on head and face. Could not keep make up dry and in place. I gave up putting on anything and was so sad. My Amazing Lashes are waterproof and I only go to salon once every 4 weeks. What I like most about this salon is that they are open late (8pm) on weekdays and making appointments is pretty easy.The salon is clean and all their rooms are private which is nice. The front desk girls are friendly but they do always try to sell you on their products, which can get annoying.Your experience here will all depend on who you get to do your lashes. My first time here, I had a sweet girl who did an awesome job. My lashes stayed on longer than when I got them done anywhere else. But when I came back for a fill, I got a different girl and she was nice, but inexperienced. It shouldn't be a painful process but it was and it took longer than it should have. I never like to complain but my lashes were so uncomfortable I had to come back a couple days later to get them fixed.I have mixed feelings about the customer service here. I was very appreciative that they fixed my lashes free of charge. But the next time I came for a fill, the girl said my lashes were done so poorly that she recommended taking them all out and starting over. It would be inconvenient but made sense. However, they wanted to charge me $30 to remove them and then pay again on top of that to get a new full set another time. It made no sense that they wanted me to spend more money and time to fix something that wasn't my fault and caused me problems.As upsetting as that last visit was, I will most likely come back because of their convenient hours. But I know now not to make the mistake of trusting just any of their lash girls.

I normally don't post negative reviews but my eyes still hurt and are red. I've had lashes for over a year and have never had a problem before. It feels like the extensions were put on at the wrong angle When I blink I can feel the lashes scrape my eye ball. I spent last night and this morning pulling off some of the lashes. I don't think they gave the give enough time. They seem to book back to back.

My overall experience has been very positive. The lashes are of good quality and visit my technician every 3 weeks. The music is fun and upbeat, good time to relax... No caffeine before eyelashes, this is vital but the girls are good at telling you the do's and don'ts prior to your first session. Prices are being increased, but membership may be a good route if its a monthly event. Also, I like the friendly reminder the day before via text, technology does have perks. (Sometimes) :)
