Amazing Lash Studio at Norterra and my technician Dedra put the health of my eyelashes above pushing any product or style. Because my last set of lashes (another salon) were not the right fit for me there was some damage to my lashes. I would highly recommend a place that cares more about the health and satisfaction of its customers than another dollar in the cash drawer.

I was very pleased with Amber’s knowledge and gentleness. As a salon owner I had let a young girl put a practice set of lashes on myself before head to Phoenix to visit family, the young lady did a poor job and I needed them fix before a bid event. Amber was patient with removing the few lashes that were clumped together. Amber also showed concern with the current condition of my lashes and gave great instructions on how to care for them until they recover. My 3D hybrid set is beautiful and fit my look perfectly.

Tania was AMAZING, infact my whole experience walking in from the beginning was amazing. Had lashes put on at a different establishment that were causing my lashes to fall out. They were accommodating in getting me in quick to get them removed before any more damage happen. Tania was honest which is what I will be returning for when My lashes grow enough to get a new set. She could have pushed to hurry and pay the money for new ones but she suggested I wait due to the trauma. I can’t thank you all enough.

I had lashes put on by a different artist a week prior to my appointment with Ireland. They were falling out because the fans were too heavy for my weak and sparse lashes. Ireland was able to begin the transition from heavy and long fans to shorter, more lightweight lashes. She listened to what I was looking for, past experience with extensions and my end state lash goal. She also did an excellent job of explaining her plan for the appointment and what to expect for future fill appointments. She did a great job of explaining aftercare during and after appointment. I was very pleased with how appointment went and love what she has done for my lashes. I’m looking forward to my next fill appointment with her. Everything about the experience was great up until I was able to open my eyes. The esthetician was sweet and polite and very professional. I was told she was still new to the work so I understood that they could’ve been exactly what I wanted. Instead they were not as full but was offered to come the next day. I was so excited to get my lashes back after AZ shut down. The experience was great, I was very impressed with the new COVID protocol and felt it was executed beautifully by all the women working. Not to mention my amazing lashes!!?
