Stephanie is a great Master Stylist!. She consistently does an excellent job on my lashes. I’m a transplant patient and for some reason my lashes all withered from the anti-rejection drugs. It’s not easy to do my lashes… but Stephanie always acts like it is and keeps my lashes looking beautiful all the time. I highly recommend Stephanie and Amazing Lash! I love waking-up and not needing to put on make-up! So nice to take up with beautiful lashes.

Stephanie and Amazing Lash give me back what chorionic illness took away. My transplant drugs have withered my eyelashes to the point I can’t even use mascara to make them show up. However, I wake up every day with beautiful lashes and an extra boost of confidence. My lashes look beautiful all the time. I feel so unbelievably grateful and yes so much more attractive with my Amaxing Lash lashes. My eyes were always my best feature. They now have gorgeous natural looking lashes framing them! I was walking into my appointment the other day while on the phone. I informed my co worker ( who I was chatting with ) I make sure to come to my lash appointments because it’s like a massage. I get a chance to relax and let someone cater to my needs. I make sure to move mountains if needed to make my scheduled appointments with Agnes. Everyone is lovely but if I had to list employees that make my membership worth keep it has to be Agnes ( my amazing lash tech ) and the manager Janel ( who handle my sometimes high maintenance concerns with a smile ). Again, I recently moved out of state and I won’t let anyone touch my lashes. While the world continues to struggle with providing good customer service the staff here never disappoints. I don't care at all about Covid safety protocols, what I do care about is having to wash my lashes in a sink that has a sensor faucet. When a person has their eyes all soaped up and cannot open them to see, it is hard to get the water you need to rinse off the soap and it is always COLD water. Please install regular faucets so we can rinse with WARM water without fumbling around trying to get it to come back on and end up with irritated eyes. Since Amazing Lash is all about the eyes, it seems like the thing to do for your clients

I visit the Amazing Lash Studio by the Target shopping center area near Perimeter mall. Here are some things this studio needs to work on: 1. Ladies at the front desk giving out bad advice about how to take care of my lashes. Someone told me to use the lash foam cleanser everyday. I lost a lot of eyelashes by doing that. Please let them talk with the stylist so that they can be educated on how to care for lashes if a customer happens to ask an additional question 2. It is SOOOOOO cold in this establishment!!! Now, I’m sure you all want to keep the glue at a certain temperature, however you need to make it comfy for the clients. I always have to ask for an additional blanket. And that God Noel has a small space heater for me!! 3. Some of the receptionist seem frazzled a bit. Or not at the desk. I watched a customer come in and it was almost 5 minutes before anyone greeted her. And it was a lash stylist who did great her!! That’s not good at all. 4. Noel is the best Master Stylist there is!!!!! I love her and her work is amazing!! That is the ONLY reason you received the high ratings that you did!!

I always leave loving my lashes with Anastassia, she takes her time and is very detailed and always listens to what I like. The girl at the front desk was super nice and helpful (I didn’t catch her name but I’ve never met her before). Nicole the manager is amazing as well like always too! I will say I’ve had a bad experience with one particular girl who works at the front. She doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job and is never willing to help and just sits there when I call or always says “I don’t know” which is always super frustrating! She overcharged me one time and didn’t believe me so I had to show her the rates to prove I was right.

I am in love! As a new member I was taken aback by some of the results of my initial session in the Buckhead location regarding the astuteness of the tech and the value compared to non-franchise lashing centers. However my second time patronizing was today and I went to the Perimeter location. What a difference a master tech can make. No pinching, leaning on my forehead, bad breath or lack of efficiency. And more importantly, her design eye was spot on. I feel fab & wish to make her my permanent tech. The facilities were not as clean as the Buckhead location but it was insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

Horrible experience This is my first time at amazing lashes I I was very excited about my experience before I lay down before I left out the door my lashes started falling off got home a lot more fell off not cool. I believe this is how they get you in the door with the 7999 intro rate which they give you about maybe 10 lashes 20 at the most on each eye so you can only imagine when I got home what they looked like . I called the company they want me to come back & to fix it. NO THANKS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Good evening, This email is for Elaine and Kimberly the assistant managers at Perimeter. I spoke with Elaine about coming in Friday at 7pm for an entire new set to replace the problem of the previous lashes that were falling off from that Sunday, my first appointment. I am so grateful that you made me feel so comfortable with coming in having them replaced, and that you really did care about my happiness on my new first time lashes. Unfortunately what you told me was going to happen did not. The young girl at the desk was very addimate about me just having a few lashes filled into the one spot where they were coming off. Which made no sense to me because that’s what my first original lash experience was. I had a gap, so she attached another fake lash to the fake lash that was attached to my lash. Which caused my right eye to have too many lashes on one of my real lashes. This is insane. I just shouldn’t have to be explaining myself again like this. The 2nd young lady takes me to the back room and proceeds to tell me that all she needs to do is fill in where any lashes might be missing. Now I’m really confused because that was absolutely not the conversation you and I had. I also had to explain this to her as I did the receptionist. They both refused to take my word for what it was worth. That was very insulting and humiliating to me. I come from a place of team work makes the dream work. These ladies should have been on the same page as you and I. This is not appropriate behavior in my law firm. We never argue with our clients. We follow the team guidelines so we all succeed and support each other’s backs. I feel like you were dismissed from your word to me. Now I’m back at square 1 and the same problem I had is happened again. Same right side. My own mother said to me today why is one side of your lashes heavier than the other? I’m sending you a video about teams. We have Michael G. Rogers a fantastic motivational speaker come speak at our firm once a year for 2 days. I had an ok experience at Amazing Lash. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong length. 'Natural' was not natural looking to me at all but I accept most of the responsibility on that decision. I went back the next day and had them redone to a more natural length and I am very happy with them.. Sam was great. But I do feel there is a little bit of the ick factor when lying down on the tables. They don't get changed between customers?! Red velour seems like a brothel. It should feel more like a spa with fresh white linens.

Overall I am very satisfied with the actual service that I receive in particular with Selena and Brittany. Both Selena and Brittany do a great job with the look of my lashes and are very gentle with the application. Selena really goes above and beyond, she remembers my name and is very professional and friendly with each visit. There are some areas that I feel could be improved upon though. For example I was turned down for running less than 10 minutes late to an appointment (which I understand, as I am sure the schedule is very tight) but on two separate occasions I was asked to wait for over 15 minutes, due to the previous appointment coming in late. In addition when I have been to other stylist besides Selena and Brittany the stylists has been on their phone multiple times and the appointment has been interrupted by other stylist coming into ask questions etc, this would not normally bother me but it is advertised as relaxing experience and those appointments have not been as relaxing as others. Lastly at my most recent appointment two things occurred. One being that Selena was not going to be doing my appointment and I was not notified, and in turn when I came in and said I had a 4:00 appt with her and the staff wasn't aware of the change either; luckily though someone had moved me to Brittany's schedule and she was just as gentle with the application as Selena is. Also at my most recent appt I noticed that the staff in the lobby where very loud and discussing work related issues that the clients may not want to hear. Overall I love getting my lashes done and always recommend my friends go when they compliment mine; as someone who works in customer service though I did want to share my feed back. Today I had to try a new stylist because my usual girl doesn’t work today and I decided to get my lashes done last minute. I was scared to try a new girl because if I find someone I like, I generally stick with the same person, who is Noelle by the way. Anyhoo, today Malika did my lashes and she did an amazing job. I have a health condition I believe that causes my eyes to twitch when getting my lashes done. Noelle is used to it, but I was scared Malika wasn’t going to be able to do my lashes or get frustrated with the situation. I forewarned her before she started and she said it was fine. She handled my twitching eyes without a problem. If she was frustrated at all, I couldn’t tell. So hats off to Malika!!!! I would definitely use her again if Noelle is not available.

After a while going to different places to get my lashes done, I decided to try them. When I tell you that I’m so very happy with the lashes that I have. They last me more than 2weeks if you take care of them. Every where I go people ask me about them. I will say this sometimes the reviews will lead you the wrong way. I say go try it for yourself.

I have gone to Brazilian, nail and independent salons... but nothing has the timeliness and consistent satisfaction as this place. If you plan on getting your lashes done regularly, I highly suggest that you invest in their monthly program. I LOVED Melika today. I came in for a refill and she was able to restore all of my fall out within the hour and then some! This particular location is very accommodating and considerate of their clientele. Cancellation of your account is easy if you must. I didn't want to cancel after six months but I am saving my money. I just love love love the service here! My lash tech is Mo and she does an amazing job with making my lashes look full and long, she’s the best! I travel 45 minutes to go to this location, highly recommend!

My most recent experience was very good. My lash stylist is always pleasant, skilled, and efficient. As long as management continues to have in inventory and on hand the B lashes that I like, I will continue to patronize this establishment. As my checking account is being drafted every month because I'm a member, I can't imagine why management wouldn't keep in stock the product that looks best on me, the client and its what I prefer.
