Lovely, comfortable Lashes

The first couple times I came in I wasn’t super impressed with my results but it was because I should’ve started with hybrid to begin with. Natural was just too unnoticeable. These are gorgeous lashes and I’ve had no pain or itching like I normally do during the first day or two with a new set. These are just what I was looking for and my stylist did a great job, was very friendly and understanding.

I had full classic done but I was not happy with the classic look. Zoe was great & not her fault that I didn’t like the look of classic. They told be to come back so they can fix it. Abby was nice & patient enough to redo my lashes. They did a hybrid to fix it to my liking, I choose 3D mixed in with some of the classics. I’m happier now but next time I have to remember to stick with 3D 12mm only (not hybrid, will be super happier if it was all 3D). Looks more natural for me.

I absolutely love my location Arcadia and the girls that were working this Saturday 7/30! I didn’t want to leave I loved talking to them so much! I feel so bad I can’t remember any of their names right now but I had a 12 appointment and checked out around 1. I was confused about a charge on my account being split but Ariana I believe was her name knew right away it was split like that for my membership and it was reassuring. My lash artist saved me as a customer- she does my lashes perfectly how I want them and for my eye shape! Her name starts with an H I feel bad I cannot remember the spelling. Super happy with my whole experience and can’t wait to be back!

They were very attentive, I got my lashes done on a sunday and realized they weren't for me and I wanted to change the style and the manager was very generous and worked with my night shift schedule to get me in as soon as possible to get mine removed and scheduled for a new set. I decided to just get them removed and hold off on getting a new set. they did a good job, burned a little bit but they did great with helping ease that!

I have an Amazing Lash location 1 mile from my house, but I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the Arcadia location! This staff is top notch!!! Definitely, will be going back after what these lovely lash dolls have done for me. I had these horribly heavy lashes on from another place and the young lady working on my removal was so gentle and was concerned being these lashes were stuck to my skin! I have been visiting Amazing Lash Arcadia for over a year and I have not been disappointed with any part of my experience. They always answer the phone or text me right away if they can’t get to it. Scheduling is never complicated and they generally have good availability for last minute accommodations. I could tell how shy Ariana was, but she was very nice. I got two blankets to stay warm and I fell asleep many times and even though I would wake up jumpy like I weirdly but normally do, she would not say anything and really went with the flow. I walked in yesterday with what my boyfriend referred to as “lashes a badger had just finished attacking. All this after I was just in for a fill A WEEK AGO. My lashes were done so badly they literally took pictures to retrain their techs on what NOT to do. There were glue clumps everywhere. My eyes were in so much pain from improper lash application. When I called to have them removed I was livid. By the time I got off the phone with I think her name was Devon? I was a bit less mad. She put me with a master stylist for a next day appointment. When I got there the next day I was still very angry. Adrianna took me back and looked over my lashes and was astonished by the poor quality. It looked like strip glue had been used. She disappeared for maybe 10 mins and came back saying she worked out a way to take mine off and have another master stylist apply a new set for me. This was amazing because they worked through their break to make sure I was taken care of. They both talked to me and made me feel incredibly comfortable as well as explained everything to me in detail of what they were doing. The only thing I didn’t like was I was made to pay full price with the exception of having a 10% discount on the lash removal. Because of the incompetence of their employee I had to pay $140 that I hadn’t intended that day. I wish that had been made clear to me before otherwise I would have just had the removal. Make sure they explain things to you, and never NEVER book with anyone other than a master stylist.

Ariana and, the two ladies working up front. The day started off on the wrong foot. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. But, I go to this Studio because of the staff. I was late getting to my appointment. I’d contacted staff and, they were very helpful and, understanding. I just wanted to make sure everyone knew how helpful you were in resolving the issue with my account. (I wish that I’d gotten the other ladies names) one of the ladies it was her day off and, she jumped right in to help her solve the problem. Not only that but, she had a positive attitude about it. My technician, Sam, was the best I’ve had so far. She did the most incredible job on my lashes. I had a problem with fallout from my last fill and the office was able to work me in immediately. I had never had services by Sam before but she did the most wonderful job. My lashes are thick, and full and beautiful. I just moved to the area and there’s so many lash places here, so it was hard to pick one! This was a great experience with both the front desk girl, as well as my lash tech. They were really friendly and informative. The place is very nice, modern and clean. The only thing I would say is to offer some type of blanket (which I know would be hard with covid) or turn the air down some. I’m from Washington and it felt like it was 40 degrees in there. It made for a cold two hours! But doesn’t change my opinion on my place or the service I received. I will for sure be back.

Same appointment time I arrived early Checked in And preceeddd to wait 45 minutes My appointment time 7 pm They still hadn’t taken me 7:30 pm When I mentioned that I pay extra for 3D She told me they would be able to accommodate me until 8:30 But I had another engagement I have been an eyelash member and this happens repeatedly at this location People no longer working Have emergencies and I get it, but if you change the stylist, then try to be on time I left so I could attend an 8:30 pm function without my fill and now will probably have to have a fill set when I have the availability to get back in Disappointed to say the least

They called me in 15 minutes late. The girl left the room for a little while. She spent and hour and a half and I then had to leave to pick up a child and my lashes were still not complete - I spent $170 - I will never go back there again. In addition - it seems at least a quarter of the lashes that she did put on have fallen off.

Most of the ladies do a fantastic job at doing lashes but often times I feel the hour long session to be uncomfortably quiet or filled with idle chit chat that is very much forced. Not with Lauren. She is the total package. Not only am I extremely pleased with how my lashes look but I genuinely enjoy the time I spend talking with her. She never scolds me about the shape of my lashes (like some of the stylists I have seen in the past) but she begins the sessions by tucking you into a blanket and making sure you are comfortable. We are able to discuss personal subjects and taboo topics. A very refreshing change from my usual sessions. In my very first session I was told that a lot of regulars have a go to stylist that they prefer. It took me awhile but I found her! She does a wonderful job making me feel at ease and makes the session fun. I hope she never leaves! If she does, I’m going with her. That is how much of a rapport we have built!

My Favorite Session By Far!

I just wrapped up my session with Lauren, who is by far my favorite stylist at that location, not to say there aren’t great ladies but not only did she do a great job on my lashes (nor did she berate me for not taking care of them) but the conversation flowed the entire time! I was exhausted, coming straight from a 10 hour day at the office and usually just want to sit there in silence but not with her! She was so welcoming, putting the pillow under my back and laying the blanket on top of me! She kept checking in with me to make sure the new adhesive wasn’t bothering me and laughing at all my terrible jokes. It was appreciated and I will certainly be going back to her!

I’ve been loyal and loving my lashes for the last 4 years that I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio. Over the last few times that I’ve gone something has been very off giving me a bit of anxiety in continuing my membership. From having a schedule mix up with a reschedule to the lobby looking a bit sloppy with missing wall letters to the little rooms having nicks in the walls to having tape stuck to my under eyes because supply of gel pads were out to not having the lashes I came for - it was time to give up my membership. I have had great experiences for the most part with my stylists, but it’s very unfortunate to not allow the stylists to provide their clients what they know they need. If that means stocking up with gel pads from amazon until the brand supplies are back in stock - do it. The customer only cares about how their experience is and when little things like this are thrown off, it is a big deal. The level of customer satisfaction and experience is crucial. I’d say it’s in question after my experience from today. Hoping they can get things back on track, but it’s time for me to end my time. Best of luck to all of the stylists! I feel for you in having your hands tied and being at stake for the company issues that are currently happening.

Disappointing

Well, Like the title states very disappointing. My appointment was for a full set and the lash stylist was rude and sloppy and couldn’t stop talking about going out to party in old town after work and she needed to finish her makeup. Therefore, I got crappy work a full set took 55mins. My lashes are not full at all and during the application I told her my eye was starting to burn and she got attitude and responded “ya I have your eye open a little bit” -acted as if I was interrupting her and literally put the fan on my eye for 2 seconds. I left there with bloodshot eyes and bare minimum eyelashes. Very frustrating!!! I spend good money have the membership to get 2 fills a month cancelled my package and will take my business else where. I hope the stylist makeup looked great for her night out because she cut my appointment in half so she could “get ready”. -Audri

I usually give the highest rate for my service. However, this service was not at it’s highest quality. They had ran out of the gel pads used to hold back the lower lashes and used tape instead. My technician said they were on back order. I think management should have found another source in order to better serve the customer.

My services with Nona are always amazing, but today while sitting in the lobby the manager was on some sort of a conference call in her office. She was on speaker with somebody.. I’m assuming from upper management being extremely loud and discussing all of the issues and sales information about her clinic. It was clear that everybody in the lobby could hear everything she was saying. I’m not sure if she was aware or not, but just a heads up!

I am very displeased that when I arrived for my appointment, all that was in stock was 3d. I normally get 6d and it is a huge difference. Not only that, but the color wasnt black. It looked like my natural lashes, not extensions. I am very upset that no one called me prior to my arrival to tell me you were put of stock and my lashes were on back order. I could have made other arrangements at a different location to get the sizes I wanted and not to waste either of our time and my money.

I am happy with my service, Thank you. My concern is the terminology that your team is using when discussing the service. They use FREE service. But we really never get anything for Free. We are paying each time....but one we have PRE-PAID by signing up for the "club". I just find it slightly misleading as a new client. I was really waiting for what was Free, but it never happened. I love my lashes. Everyone is so very nice every time I go. They do not try to push their product or pressure you to up-sale (like other locations). A'zaria was super sweet, she listened to what I wanted and made my lashes look amazing. I would rather soft spa music so that I could relax (and probably fall asleep) instead of the music they have playing, but overall I recommend the Arcadia location and A'zaria!

This is my first time getting lash extensions and they did a wonderful job! Before I even got them done I signed up for the membership. They look great but I was hoping for a bit of a fuller look when I did a full set but apparently there is an extra $30-$60 charge on top of that to get them as full as the strip lashes which was a bit disappointing because I have had friends go to other places and get them as full as I wished them to be. I was told that I would most likely need to come in every 2 weeks for a refill which is kind of misleading when I first told that going once a month would be just fine. It did concern me when I was told that If I did the refill just once a month that I’d need to start new set all together which I just cannot afford. I will be returning because the staff is so nice but they do try and push the extra products on you which I assume is part of there job but it makes someone such as myself feel guilty when I am on a budget and can only afford the the lashes once a month. I can not afford to do touch ups one week and refills the next. If it turns out in my next couple of sessions that I have to redo them multiple times a month at their prices I will unfortunately have to forfeit my membership. If anything I wish that the stylist could find or use products that make it possible to just do a refill once a month as their membership suggests. Otherwise this company is great and their employees are great at what they do. I’ve only been once but hopefully my next visit is as great as my first.

I'm not all that happy with the volume of fill. I realize I had a classic fill done but it really doesn't look that much different from before I went in. Also I booked online and was told by the girl who did my lashes that there was an extra $10 charge because she was a master. I came in to have my lashes done here for the first time. I had had them before, and explained this when I made my appointment as I was also a esthetician, and also had applied lashes on clients in the past. I was placed with Jazzy. I was very clear, and explained what I wanted. Full,Long,dark lashes so I would not have to wear Mascara if I choose not to, as I didn't before when I had lashes. I chose Amazing lash because I saw a lady at Lux nail salon. They looked beautiful. When Jazzy finished my lashes she handed me a mirror and I got exactly the opposite of what I asked for - thin,short 3D lashes. After an 1 1/2 hour appt. I looked what I looked like when I walked in. I was so excited to get my lashes back on, and waited all week to get in, and was so dissatisfied. The good news was, when I checked out the manager was at the desk and I shared my disappointment of my service. I called my last lash person in Texas to get the lash size and curl,and they booked me the next day with a Master Lash expert to fix what I didn't get that day. I purchased product,also the once a month membership because of how the manager handled the situation. She ensured me she would go over consultations with Jazzy. Both were very pleasant. I left a gratuity for Jazzy's time spent, who sold me product to close the deal. She just needs further education on listening to what the client wants, and doing a proper consultation.I owned a spa for 21 years, and understand these things happen. I look forward to going back today, leaving with the lashes I came in for yesterday.

Took 3 hours to "complete" lashes, half full, spotty, glue was in clumps. Rested heavy hand on my forehead giving me a headache. Not to mention this was all on my birthday making me miss a nail appointment due to a new stylist tried to repair this damage which did not fully restore anything. Lashes were already falling off and clumped together, now a week later and half of the lashes on one side have already flew off and i've been getting my lashes done for years and this has never happened before. Hesitant to return to this location if that is the kind of stylist they are displaying. Being at a salon for 4 hours is rough.

Cancelations

This salon lacks communication between front desk employees. I gave a 6 weeks notice that I will be moving and relocating to an area that did not have any locations nearby and needed to cancel my membership early. The girl I spoke with originally said that was fine and said to just tell the employees the day of my last appointment. When doing so, I was told to fill out a 30 notice and that I would have one more draft day which I then asked why I wasn’t told to do this when I originally gave my notice and that I wouldn’t be able to use the money drafted as I will be gone. The girl who was in front that I assume was some sort of a manager then proceeded to butt in and argue with me that I was wrong and it was impossible to terminate on this day as I “have barely even paid five months.” I believe this employee needs training on respect and proper service when handeling these situations as she reprimanded me for there not being any notes in my account about my termination notice which is out of my control. She then said she would make an accepting since I was relocation and go ahead and cancel it, which she originally had told me was impossible to do...

Stylist should be more knowledgeable about the lashes. I've been a member for 2/3 years now. Every summer I put my account on hold because I travel so much. Returning back to a new stylist can usually be difficult. Mine upsold me to the 3D lashes she said would create more volume but they don't! I spoke with the ladies at the front and they told me she should have offered the hybrid for more volume. She didn't know her stuff. But the girls up front took good care of me. My stylist was a Master Stylist with an upcharge. She should have been proficient in her field.

It was only my second time going to Amazing Lash Studio Arcadia, but I have had a great experience each time I go into the store. Each person at Amazing Lash is there to make the experience as warm and welcoming as possible. When I called in to change my appointment, the woman on the other line gave me suggestions for who to fill my lashes since I was so new. When I went in for my fill it went smoothly, quickly, and she even went over how to take care of my lashes again since I'm new to having them. I really recommend this location!

I had a newer lash artist. She made the appointment go very quickly as she was fun to chat with and very professional. I was a little disappointed in the end result for one eye, and I should have addressed that before leaving as the corner had gaps, but overall, it was still much better than the last 2 fills I had elsewhere.

4th Experience Finally Resolved

I was knew or the lash extension community. On my second visit, I was super glued to lashes and continuously irritated my eyes. On the 3 rd visit, my lashes were separated from the clumps of the massive gluing talent. 3 weeks later I had to have them removed. The glue was so critical to my eye health it felt like sharp objects being caught on anything around my eyes with sensitivity to my lids always hurting from the pulling. Simple brushing of a wand hurt to separate the eye lashes. 4th visit allowed them to agree to remove lashes. Waiting for resolution of whole experience.
