Cree is changing my life. I had been going to another stylist and my lashes NEVER lasted more than 3-7 days. I would either look ridiculous or come back in and pay for a touch up. After getting a new set with Cree and a couple fills, I retain my lashes no problem for weeks. She is the best stylist I’ve ever had, definitely deserves the master title. I almost gave up and quit coming and I’m so glad she saved me from that!

My biggest recommendation for the studio would be to incorporate some type of birthday perk for members. I was on the fence to get my lashes done a couple months ago but I had some weddings coming up and didn’t want to deal with strip lashes. I’m so happy I did get them, I love just waking up and going to the gym with no makeup but still like I’m awake. It saves me time in the morning and that’s important coffee time. Everyone is so nice and gives you great information and tips on keeping your lashes in good shape. Would recommend anyone to go in and get some lashes.

Hi, When I came to Melissa 7 weeks ago I was ready to get my lash extensions removed. I explained to her that they had my extensions had been falling out very quickly and that in less than a week it appeared like I hadn’t gotten a fill. My lashes came out great! It's only been one day since getting them done. Once I was finished though I had seen the lash choice my mother made and was more impressed with hers. I was not quite sure what all these options were that the workers talked about however I would have liked for this stuff to be explained. I would have opted to get the hybrid lashes like my mother. First time doing a lift and tint, the available time slot booked me with Alissa. I was so excited bc looking at reviews she was mentioned many times as being amazing and those reviews did NOT lie! She is super nice and says she loves to lash lifts. I felt I was in great hands immediately. My only complaint/question, is I did not know she was a master stylist until after booking. I wish I knew up front and there was more transparency about the styling fee markup prior to going into the studio. I was ok with the mark up bc Alissa was WORTH it. However, I would like to know where my extra $30 is going, because I sure hope it means Alissa is being properly compensated and it's not just pure profit for the company.

So my regular stylist Allie was on a much need vacay so I had to schedule with another. So the day of my appointment comes and that stylist had an emergency so I scheduled myself with Alissa. I’m alway nervous when someone else does my lashes because I feel like NO ONE is like Allie LOL. But let me tell you all…don’t sleep on Alissa… she is personable, funny as hell and most importantly made my lashes GORGEOUS!! I’m loyal to my girl Allie but when has emergencies or vacations planned…I’ll be hitting up Miss Alissa! No one can compete with Amazing Lash! ?

Shay the eyelash tech did a great job on my lashes, the business was clean but the only complaint that I have is the front girls don't always show good customer service skills. ? when I went in to get my full set, the young ladies up front did not greet me until I said something when I walked I'm and they didn't tell the eyelash tech that I was there for my appointment. So the first review all my lashes fell off, first eye less than 24 2nd eye 48 and i was out of town. Upon my return made an additional appointment and at first the lady was stated it was customer error or i didnt have enough lashes.... no true at all my lashes are full i just like the look of lashes and pretty much know how to take of them.... she did end up apologizing stated she unsure what happened but it was definitely on them. So fast forward almost 35 hours later lashes still here intact and beautiful. Thanks for correcting a wrong.

Very relaxing and clean environment when getting your eyelashes. I started to notice a few of my eyelashes started to fall off throughout the day. The esthetician was nice and professional. The receptionist could of been a little bit more professional when it came to checking out. I felt as though she was trying to embarrass me when I used my card to pay for a gratuity tip. It didn't make sense why she told me to swipe my card when the entire time she was using a card on file that I didn't want her to use. I was just confused. Then she proceeded to say oh that card declined. When I asked could I try it again she said oh I tried it twice already like it was an issue. The whole entire time she was using the card on file and not the card I was swiping.

I came in the studio for a correction with Mackenzie. Mackenzie was able to replicate the original techs work and the best part is I only saw 2 lashes as far as fall offs. I’m happy. My original tech did great work however there must have been a glue issue because I lost 80% of my lashes within a few days and that had never happen. Amazing Lashes gave me no problems with correcting the problem. So again I’m a happy customer.

I had lashes coming out the next day. When I returned for my 2 week fill-in I was informed that I would have to reschedule due to the amount of lashes lost by this amazing stylist Mayling. I rescheduled for the next day and was very much pleased with the work that she did!! She was very professional and thorough! She made me very comfortable during the session. Since I was still new to getting lashes, she re-educated me on the upkeep of them to help preserve them. You can tell that she really takes pride in her work because she definitely slayed my lashes. My technician is great. However when I was checking out the price was much higher than usual. When I asked for the receipt I noticed I had been up charged for a full set. However instead of using one of the four credits that I have toward the full set, as is usual procedure, she charged me an additional 30$. When I asked if it could be fixed she said no and that it was her fault. She didn’t offer any solution or correction. Nothing. It is quite unfortunate that I have been going here since opening and have spent a lot of money, but the error made has no solution. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to correct.

I don’t know how I lived before having these lashes because now that I have them, I can’t live my life without them! Worth every penny! Saves me time getting ready in the morning cause lashes are always ready. I don’t have to spend time curling and applying coat after coat of mascara to look like I have lashes anymore, now they are there! I’ve now been mistaken for younger than I am. I got them done last week and they look SO nice! I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes. Everyone says they look very natural and make my eyes look cuter. I've been able to save a lot of time on make up in the morning because I don't even have to curl them or anything! They have the exact curl and color that I want, without the hassle of fiddling with my eyelash curler until they curl right and using mascara that either rubs off or makes the curls fall!

1st set of lashes done fell out after one week even with extream proper care. I called to cancel my membership and the girl was extremely kind and helped set me up with a different stylist for a new set at the refill price. That made me happy that they didnt just pass me off and say oh well. The new set is just as beautiful as the 1st and on day 2 no lash loss. We will see if these last for a refill. The work and lash is great just hoping it was a fluke that they didnt work the 1st time.

The procedure itself is expensive then you have to buy expensive products to maintain your lashes. I was very excited going here seeing how my friend’s lashes were. In fact I was going to sign up for membership like what she suggested. Upon arrival service has been great from the receptionist to the tech who worked with me. Tech was very pleasant and accommodating. However, the results of lash appearance was very disappointing. I feel like the only lashes that stood out was the one towards the outer corners of my lid, the rest didn’t have much length to it. I chose the “cute” design to make sure that the length to the top was very noticeable. Sadly, this was not the case. Looking at the mirror I couldn’t even see extensions in eye level (except the corner). I have to tilt my face to an angle to notice it. I couldn’t express this to the tech by the time we were done because I know it meant having to do everything all over again, which I didn’t have time for. Unfortunately this is the reason I backed out from signing up for membership. I don’t think the results was worth the money I paid for. However kuddos to the friendliness of the staff—especially my tech. Maria.

I was generally impressed with my first visit to ALS Highland, IN, technician Ari is amazing and a beautiful person inside and out, scheduling was easy and I really appreciated the confirmation call a day before. All the legalese paperwork to sign is a bit off putting, but I understand the co has to protect itself. Checkout however included an unneccessary attempt at upselling and if I dont go back it would be because of this, but overall a good experience and reasonably priced.

A couple of my friends were telling me to check this place out and my first appointment was a few months ago. I make sure I keep up with my refills because I absolutely love my lashes! I am always on the go, and yes even the simple mascara can be too much to manage in a busy morning, so having these lash extensions works great for me. My lash technician is Autumn and I always look forward to seeing her. She is so nice and fun to talk with. Her application is great, and as long as I listen to her and her explantion on how to take care of my lashes, they still look amazing even when I walk in to my refill appointment! I will continue to use the services here!

What a wonderful experience I had from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and professional. Being my first time they were very welcoming and informative. The salon is clean and up to date as far as decor and seating. Armandina was my lash artist and was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me decide which style would be best for my eye shape and she was spot on. I got the Georgous in the medium length annd they are perfect! During the application it was very relaxing and comfortable. Armandina made sure I was doing ok and comfortable. When the application was complete she made sure I was ok and that I liked the way they turned out. She then explained everything I needed to know about wear and care for my new lashes. She also explained the tools and cleansers to keep my lashes looking great. While checking out the girls at the desk made me feel Amazing with plenty of compliments and made sure I didn’t have any other questions. I was then told about the membership and I of course signed right up. I am 100% happy with the entire experience! Thank you to everyone who I spoke with you girls are Awesome!

I feel this place has technicians that do not have enough experience and do not have enough knowledge about lashes. They cannot even answer your questions as far as what kind of lashes would be best for the client and the difference between the lashes. They are very pushy into selling their products that are priced outrageous. The amount of money it costs you here by the time you upgrade to the lashes you want you can go to an experienced salon for the same money. Not happy at all and will not recommend to anyone.

Overall good experience. Lashes came Out just as i expected. Would have liked the receptionist to explain the membership and process better I felt like she was confused herself. One thing I do have to say for laying on your back for almost 2 hours they should have a better form of cervical support. Overall rooms were clean, decor was great would have been nice to see actual pictures of work instead on social media.

This was my first experience getting lashes, and it was a pretty good one. I bought a kit with a lash brush, mascara and lash wash, which I accidentally left behind, and luckily hadn't gotten far when they called to tell me. Unfortunately, after I got home, threw out all the boxes, and went to use the brush, it would not work. For some reason the brush won't come out of the case, so now I'll have to try and exchange it, or buy another, and I don't live all that close, so it will be a pain to have to go back, when I should be using it twice a day. Other than that, I would recommend the place to others.

Armandina was very informative on the different styles they offered and took her time with me, I didn't feel like I was just another client. I've had my lashes done at the Orland location before and while I liked them, my eyes were irritated the whole day after first installing them... thankfully that didn't happen here. Love. This. Place! Customer service is amazing....just as it should be!! With so many place the standard of customer service has gone down. I am on my second visit here and it is incredible! Christine is my lash stylist and she is phenomenal!! Takes her time very particular. Explains everything thing well. Excellent "chairside"manner! Not a pushy sales type. Very genuine and honest! I loved my lashes and Christine the first time and this second time I love them even more!!! Wow! My first visit I went the sexy which I really liked. This time I went with the gorgeous and this will be my new go to!!! Perfect for my almond shaped eyes! I seriously couldn't be happier!! I've gone to a beauty bar in the area who specializes in lashes and they were TWICE the price and did NOT look half as good!! And they would come off in clumps. My lash lasted beautifully!!!! As a first time extension lady I was unsure and a little nervous. I watched the video on the website and my experience was identical! I was greeted promptly by the hostess who was very young and professional. A quality all of our young people need to learn. After some brief paperwork I was instructed on how to wash my lashes prior to meeting the stylist. The foaming wash was very gentle and light. Next, I met my stylist who’s birthday was very recent. Her room was decorated with birthday surprises from her coworkers. This instantly told me that they have a great cohesive staff. My stylist and I discussed my allergies and the different styles to choose from. I chatted with her while she worked and even fell asleep a couple times...it was THAT relaxing! When she was finished I looked in the mirror and instantly LOVED the look! Since I can’t wear makeup because it breaks me out, I appeared to be wearing makeup. I felt pretty once again!

I recently went in for a redo on my fill. The reason I had lost so many lashes is that the corporate office changed adhesive company wide. It was totally ineffective. I experienced a 60-75% drop in less than 5 days and I have never had this happen. I have been with amazing lash for four years, in Houston with the exception of my last 3 fills. After this event I called the manager & they informed me that corporate had changed the adhesive to another new formulation. I drove back down & my new set looks great and is holding up like usual. I am SO happy with amazing lash. I have never had a bad set or fill. I could literally leave the studio & know my lashes looked even hot. I can not recommend them more highly. I have been around the country with them & know that the style is great EVERY TIME! If you are looking to make yourself pop go there! you donât even need makeup when theyâre on (but i do still wear it). The best thing I do is follow the 48 hour rule of keeping them dry. wear goggles if youâre showering to maintain the dryness. i also gently wipe around my eyes at the beginning to get any oil off from your body that is naturally produced. After that time, wash them as instructed & avoid greasy moisturizer or foundation very near the lash line. I am a nurse & I have gotten so many other girls into this bc people will stop you constantly. It happens everywhere. Iâm blonde with deep set eyes & high cheekbones so I would get a lot of mascara transfer. This eliminates that problem, which as we all know is NOT a good look. One of my recent boyfriends is a total natural type guy & he doesnât even know these are false eyelashes. bwhahahhahahahahha.... if you want to look fresh always go to amazing lash! you will love it! as an aside i do take vitamins so my hair and nails grow super fast. Donât worry about the outgrowth on your lashes because they use SUPER lightweight lashes that wonât cause breakage. love them!!!!

My lash technician, Sam, is THE BEST! I went somewhere else before finding out about Amazing Lash Studio and they glued my eye shut TWICE. Then the tech tried to use cuticle scissors to separate the glue! I was literally afraid to have my lashes filled in again after that but Sam is so good at what she does that I fell asleep while she was putting them on! And they came out FANTASTIC! I am a regular at the Highland location now! I love Sam and love Amazing Lash Studio! Highly recommend going there for your lash needs!!!

I liked how clean the studio was during my visit. However, I asked for a very full fluffy style of lashes and after two hours I got a little length on my own lashes. I wasn't impressed especially when my other friends who went got exactly what I wanted and made sure I voiced. It didn't take long for me to realize I didn't like the lash extensions which is why I didn't buy the aftercare. I'll just stick to wearing strip lashes. On top of not having the style I wanted, the lashes were very uncomfortable on the outer corners and made my eyes water.
