So I’ve been to this studio several times , and while every tech has done a great job, this last time was more painful than usual. I think it would be awesome to maybe check with customers during the process “Hey am I pressing too hard? Is anything getting in your eye?” If you’re a customer, definitely be verbal seeing as that might leave your eye more sore than usual to not say anything. But overall they look great 😊

Tried new glue to help lash retention with 6D lashes. They look amazing the only area is one side area that has a bald spot I use my kit to care for them and wasn't shedding. Hopefully can fan them out to cover the one spot I lost till my next fill. But Natalie did amazing just have to find the perfect glue to keep them gorgeous and full! <3

Rachael at the Amazing Lash at The District always does an outstanding job with my lashes. She is personable and accommodating to my needs. As I have vertigo if I lay flat, she is kind and goes out of her way to do the lashes with my head on a pillow which makes it more difficult for her. The girls at the desk are always cordial and kind. I would never go anywhere else for my lashes.

I love Amazing Lash Studio so much! The front desk staff is so friendly and professional. The Studio is clean and beautiful. I have been a client of Tavia for a year now, she is the best! She is fast and efficient and my lashes look full and natural. I highly recommend her. I have had my lashes done by other techs at the Studio, they were very good and well. I recommend joining their monthly program, it will save you money. I see Tavia twice a month and my lashes never look fake, sparse or too heavy. You really cant go wrong with Amazing Lash Studio.

I had hardly any lashes because my immune system had taken a toll after a serious surgery. Allyse, and the other technicians,helped me choose the right products to nourish my lashes. The extensions helped fill in the lashes I was lacking. My lashes are growing and I love the short length extensions that just make them look a little fuller. Excellent customer service. I enjoy having the same person do my lashes. I typically ask while making my appointment that I have the same person for my next appointment. In the past, I have requested a specific person and when I went in for the appointment I was assigned a different person. In most cases this has been okay, however, I do not like the fact that I request a specific person and then I am not notified of any changes. One thing that I am having a hard time with is the music being played while I am having my lashes done. I do NOT like the fact that Top 40's music is being played during my appointment. Although I do likeTop 40's, I find it incredibly annoying to hear that type of music playing as my lashes are being done. I have been in the studio two times when relaxing music was being played. It was such a better appointment. Much easier to relax and it was soothing. I have had my lashes done in other Amazing Lash Studio locations and those other locations have played spa-like music. I find myself extremely tense while having regular music with lyrics playing during my appointment. This is one of my biggest complaints at the South Jordan location. There isn't consistency with the music. One week it's Top 40's, another week it is spa-like music. This is an establishment that I go to for a relaxing service and I would like to have spa-like music playing, not rap or other music with lyrics. As for the overall experience with my lashes holding up. It all depends on who I have doing my lashes. Sometimes I can easily go three weeks with minimal lash loss. Other times, after one week, I feel as though I have lost most of my lashes. This is frustrating. I have a membership to Amazing Lash Studio and have gone to another state who charged more for lashes, but they did honor my contract. They also did a fantastic job. This location was in Phoenix, AZ.

They were extremely nice and explained everything. They were able to get me in quickly for a fill even though I had never been there. The lash technician was great, and fun to talk with during the short period of time it took. The only issue, which is partially my fault for not saying anything, is one of my eye's was extremely irritated throughout the fill. it's only been one day after, but my eye still hurts. Other than that they were great. The lash technician matched my lashes from the previous lady, and in the end I signed up for a membership.

I also just purchased their new eye cream that is getting great results. I would give her 5 stars, but the glue the company uses is not the greatest, and is the only thing I have a problem with.
