I loved Suntree Amazing Lash Studio the few months that I was a member. After two months I developed an allergy to the adhesive. I wish there would’ve been a way to get a discount if I were to use the sensitive adhesive since if you choose to get that, you have to come in weekly for a fill. I had to cancel my membership because it just wasn’t worth my eye health anymore. I’ll miss waking up with perfect lashes and not having to take as long getting ready every day

I love my lashes and I’m a member. Your location did not want to honor my Lash Cash that I received in an email yesterday. They said I had already used Lash Cash on 5/26. There were no stipulations in the email except that it was to be used within 60 days and that it could not be used on membership fee. Eventually they honored it, but I shouldn’t have had to put up a fight about it.

This was my first visit to Amazing Lash Studio Suntree. I was truly amazed and delighted with the whole experience. Ariana was very professional and did a great consultation. The entire experience from front desk check in, service, check out and recommendations was top notch. The only constructive critique and why 4 stars.......The studio itself lacked ambience. The blanket was a nice touch but it would be really great to be able to select your music is your room rather than listen to random music throughout. Maybe a little aromatherapy like essential oils diffused would be nice in the room as well. Would help with the relaxation.

The receptionist and stylist Ariana (and team) were amazing. They took the time to understand what I wanted. With that said, post appointment, the marketing was too pushy/strong. First they tried to charge me $99 + tax- I had a promotional offer of $79. Second, the products were brought to the counter and added to my total without me agreeing to purchase the item(s). I just felt this marketing process ruined the great service this studio provides.

I’ve been going here for several months now, became a member after my first visit. Warning! It becomes addicting to have gorgeous lashes right out of the shower so plan on going at least every other week for fills. The place is IMMACULATE & the staff is very professional and accommodating! There are many styles and services to choose from . I highly recommend Liz who is a master stylist and slightly more expensive, my other fav is Iliana who is excellent with attention to detail. I’ve been coming to this studio for almost 2 months now And it’s wonderful from the greatest employees to the cleanliness of their bathrooms every thing and every one is amazing. I am so happy with my lash lift results and I think it’s great that you offered me a complimentary service when I was not pleased with my results from last time. Ily listened to my concerns and when I showed her a picture of how I like my lashes to look, she delivered! First..... Love my lashes As a new business, attention to details and customer process hasn’t quite been worked out. * Receptionists need to be more professional, using an “ office voice”. *checking in, going to the back, washing lashing, coming back out, waiting.... not really good procedure. How about check in, tech retrieves you, takes you to room, does your consultation. Then while she sets up according to your consultations, you wash your lashes. Then return? I had to put purse on floor, need a customer purse hook or little entry tables for customer use. Being told to do your business before procedure is a little harsh. If you’d like to use the ladies room prior, a little more professional. Since, your laying flat for an extended period of time, your tech should take a minute to make sure your head position is totally comfortable. This is a higher end commodity, the customer experience is what will separate you from the other providers.
