For over a year , my experience with AMAZING LASH has been great ! 3 weeks ago after my session , I scheduled my next appointment as I usually do! Sched it for Oct 17 ! Two weeks after my last session. I also right there at the front desk pullednout my phone w my calendar. Well I didn't get a notification the day before so I called. I wasn't on the sched. So made a new appointment with Kiersten ( who is amazing) for the following week. 3 weeks is alot for lashes . I was afraid i was gonna get charged for extra time. Thank God I wasn't. Whomever was working the afternoon of Oct 3 ( I think the manager ) didn't book my appointment. Anyway 99% of my experience with AMAZING LASH has been awesome! I love all the ladies there! They always take care of me and make sure my LASH experience is pleasurable!

I have been to several Amazing Lash studios and I have to say I was the most impressed with the Trinity location. From the employee checking me in/out, the eye wash station and finally the lash technician all top notch. My technician Madison went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the expert service she provided. I wished I lived closer to this location as I would go here every time! I highly recommend!

Ashton was my stylist and I have to say I am very particular and I have a bit of OCD and I can’t find anything wrong with my lashes!! She did a fantastic job so much that I got the membership and plan to have to do all my fills. I was getting them done in Puerto Rico and this not only saves me a flight but it was affordable. I have visited many different ALS locations in Florida and Tammy is by far the best stylist I have come across. This was my 2nd time getting my lashes done here, and let me say that I am much more pleased at the results! Gabi did an amazing job not only on the installation but also informing me of my membership benefits. She also advised me that I could come back in within 3 days to get anything I wasn't happy with retouched or to simply make sure I got the max retention possible, as since it is expected to have some not hold. I will take her advice and come back in since I think it is necessary, but also I will continue membership as long as she's doing my lashes!

The salon is always very clean! The ladies at the front are super nice. I’ve had good experiences with my lash refills. I choose featherweights and my only negative is the price. It’s very confusing with the extra you have to spend in addition to your membership. It’s not just extra for the lashes. It’s extra for the professional too. Since only master artists can do the featherweights, you’re paying ALOT more than just your membership. But….bonus….if you get a great artist, they last 3 weeks. My artist today went too heavy so I’m sure to lose large fans all at once and probably will shed my lashes quicker with the heavy weight of too layered fans; which stinks. But my last artist did a phenomenal job and they looked amazing for all 3 weeks. I could have went 4!! So note to self: make sure you verify artists when booking!

I love my lash tech Kirsten, she’s absolutely fabulous. But the glue that this company uses for lash extensions truly sucks. I never retain enough lashes, and I’ve lost a good amount already since my fill yesterday. I follow all the directions- I don’t wet my lashes, or sleep on my face ESPECIALLY THE FIRST FEW DAYS. But somehow they still fall out. I’m most likely canceling membership unless glue is replaced with something better. This is my fourth fill and second tech at this location, and it’s still the same issue unfortunately.

Following my first review, I contacted the trinity location to see if they can fix my lashes. Background: I got classics on Saturday and within two days they were practically falling out and shedding like crazy.. It seemed as if I had gone a month without a fill..that's how bad the fallout was. And I have done everything correctly--waited the appropriate time to wash, not sleep directly on them, no hot showers or saunas, etc. I used to wear lashes before the pandemic so I know the drill and how to retain lashes. I contacted the trinity office to see if they can fix my lashes and they were very helpful and booked me to come back in to get them fixed. The stylist Makaila was way more personable than Mai and she thoroughly explained the process on how to retain them. Granted my appointment was at 6pm, she was able to fill them within an hr and a half, even went beyond to offer me a fuller lash style. She made sure I liked them and it did not feel rushed. Thank you Makaila for saving my lashes! I'll definitely come back to see her.

Kiersten was wonderful as a technician and made a beautiful job of my lashes. They didn't stock the thicker blacker lashes that I am used to but that's ok. The interrogating phone call after I booked online and the mounds of paperwork on my arrival seemed unnecessary, then the confusing information about signing up for a special price plan at check out was...well, confusing. I just wanted my lashes filled, without all the corporate b.s. Perhaps if I had a flyer explaining all these plans, to take away and read, I might have considered it, but it was overwhelming in front of several customers to make a snap decision. None of this reflects on Kiersten who was truly wonderful!!

EVERYONE WAS AWESOME very friendly staff, Morgan was my stylist and I LOVED HER! My eyelashes are everything I could have wanted I wasnt really familiar with what anything was called or the specific look I was looking for but the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me very quickly. The place is beautiful and super clean inside, the beds were comfy and I love the nice music that plays while your getting them done I also love that they offer you a blanket incase you get cold and a comfy pillow !!!! This time around it was good but unfortunately my lashes didn’t turn out as dramatic as I would’ve wanted them. The first time I got them done they were so lifted and amazing, this time around I did ask for the same amount of “drama” or lift, and they were not as lifted. Kinda bummed since I spent so much money for them. Hopefully next time they will come out more lifted!
