I’m having a little difficulty with my left extension - Itching and tearing started a couple of hours after I left the studio. The itching continued through the evening and continues today. I also have some weeping and redness in the left eye – although the right eye is fine. Please advise.

My only criticism is that there is always loud, obnoxious music playing throughout the entire place. I can live with the fact that it's not my type of music, but for the sake of your customers, turn it down! It's always blaring! I would prefer to relax while there.

Super long service, eyes are in pain today

I walked in and normally am greeted by the front desk girl, but no one was there. The service took a very long time, but she did fantastic. The facility looks kind of gross though. The sink doesn’t look clean, the walls are all dingy. Everything looks kind of gross and dirty. And my god the music. I had to sit through 2 hours of forced pandora music from 2010-2015, arguably one of the worst periods of music. No one wants to listen to the pitch perfect soundtrack for 2 hours. The lash glue smells like super glue. My girl did a fantastic job, but it took forever.

I have been getting lash extensions consistently for ~5 years now. For the last year or so I have been scheduling with Gabby exclusively. I have had many different lash consultants at a few different Amazing Lash Studio locations. Gabby is by FAR the best! She is thorough, particular about the quality of her work, and so nice. She always remembers that I tear up a bit sometimes (my eyes are just naturally very watery) and takes extra time to prevent my lashes getting wet. She even came up with a plan of how to use the under eye patch and tape to help prevent my lashes from getting wet and it worked so well. I highly recommend going to Gabby specifically!!!! The quality of her work far exceeds anyone else!!! She is the Jedi master of lashes!!!!!!

But I prefer they use more gentle tape rather than medical tape which is too strong and pulls the skin. Although she removed it as gently as possible, still too strong of adhesive. Meant to hold large bandages on people for days. I'm guessing they must provide own tape.

My only complaint is the he membership pricing. It's extremely confusing - What's on the website is different from what I was told on the phone, and what I was told upon arrival was different yet again. Seems you think you are getting a decent price on refills by joining, then find out that there are additional costs from there. In the end I was stuck signing up as I'd already completed the process, but was unsure it was even a good decision at that point. That said, April did a beautiful job on my lashes, they are clean and careful, and I had no issue at all with the service I received. :)

My initial visit, me and Kara looked at pics and agreed on cateye with volume style. I originally talked about classic bc I was nervous but we ended up looking at pics and we decided on the sexy cat-eye style. I loved the results so much, but unfortunately I wasn’t aware how important it was / or received the complete home care routine. A lot fell out in the first 48 hrs & I came back and got a free touch up. Thank you. I had a refill with a master stylist, April that gave me all the info I needed to know for home & sold me on the whole kit that has helped tremendously. Unfortunately due to my notes that were not changed, I received much less volume than my first visit with Kara, but still paid for the volume. I was told I needed a whole new set, which I knew costed money but accepted it had to be done. Then today I had a visit and I still didn’t get the volume I desired but yet paid for it every single time in addition to the extra full set fee that I feel wasn’t really my fault: and considering I have a membership, I was pretty upset the amount of money I’ve had to dish out within the past month bc I just found out today that we were still not on the same bc in my notes it said I wanted classic still, so I had to go back today (2 visits total) first 45$ & 2nd visit was 75$ to add more and unfortunately still am not where I want to be. I was really hoping for a free session to get them exactly how I want..

From the moment I walked into Waverly Place when I was greeted with a smile to the entire checkout process which they made quick and friendly I felt as if I’d been transported for a surreal experience for a couple hours. 1st time customer at Amazing Lash. I booked an apt the day before. The front desk staff were extremely nice and studio was exceptionally clean. Ashley was on-time, detailed and wonderful - knew what she was doing. However The cost for fill in at Amazing lash is ridiculous @ $128. I would have given a bigger tip to Ashley if I could afford to. I pay 1/2 the cost with another stylist and the lashes are even nicer than what Amazing lash offers. I would only book again if I was desperate, not able to get in with my regular stylist.

I have been nothing but impressed. I used to spend 15+ minutes daily on mascara and now, none needed since my lashes look so full. I have light, short lashes that were invisible without mascara. I pay the up charge for the 6D lashes since my natural lashes are non-existent. Totally worth it! It is expensive to get false lashes but this is the best price I have found, and worth the $$ splurge for me. I have been going here for about 4 months, every 2 weeks. Each technician I have had has been pleasant and done a great job. The studio owner is so helpful and friendly as well. The place is always clean, and they have safety protocols in place due to Covid. Really, I have simply had an awesome experience!

I just moved to NC from MD where myself and my husband were stationed. I was referred to Amazing Lash by my waitress while we were out to dinner one night. I have been getting my lashes done back in MD for awhile but always at a spa. I was highly impressed with Amazing lash from the moment I walked in. Very professional staff, very clean and my results from my fill were better than anything I have gotten in the past. I immediately signed up for a membership so I can get all the benefits every month! Highly recommend.

I think this place needs an over haul of customer service and re-training. I called last week to schedule and the lady who answered seemed as if I bothered her. also the last time I went as I didn't want to see the last technician who poked my eyelids and actually used her palms to steady herself while she applied lashes, I called another location Southpoint to schedule since all of my lashes fell within days of the service following proper procedure.

I am writing a second review because it's only fair that I let ya'll know that after an experience I recently had, that left me feeling very concerned and quit uncertain of whether I would ever return to the Studio, I am here to tell you that I couldn't be happier. After speaking with the Manager, Kelsey and expressing my concerns, Kelsey asked I come back in. Kelsey recommended that I see a master stylist and have her assess my lash application. The stylist went into further explanation of the application process and the maintenance involved with the lashes; I didn't receive all this information the first time. The stylist also replaced all the loss in lashes I experienced, and there was a lot, now I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the way the lashes look. My first visit, after three days I had lost almost a dozen (12) lashes, I'm so happy to report that this time, three days later I have only lost two (2) lashes that I am aware of.I appreciate the service I received from Amazing Lash, from the call I received from Kelsey that suggested I come back in, to the service I received from the stylist. I know they say that the third time is the charm but in my case the second time was the charm. I've already made my next appointment and am a member of their program and referred someone to the Studio.Thank you Amazing Lash, Kelsey and the staff.

Not impressed. When I arrived 15 minutes early (my appt was at 9:30), because I was told to do so to fill out paperwork, no one was at the front desk. I waited until a technician came to the front at 9:45 to see why her client wasn't there yet (me). I was extremely late to an another appointment, because my lashes weren't even started until 10am. She brought me to the back and after finishing with my lashes, the ladies at the front desk never apologized or even recognized they did anything to inconvenience me.

I'm not sure what to think about my experience. Not only did they wait till 10 minutes before my appointment, (I was already in the parking lot) to notify me that my stylist was running an hour late, but the compensation they offered me I found to be something they throw out to just about anyone who walks through the door. I wasn't expecting the service amount be waived but it would have been nice to feel like they were sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience it caused me and offered me something different than they do to others. Since my service, it has been four (4) days, I have lost eighteen (18) lashes, that I kept, I cant account for the ones I didn't keep. I contacted the Manager, Kelsey and she said that this was normal. However, I spoke to another Amazing Lash Spa and was told that this wasn't normal. At this point I don't know what to think? I was going to give this location one more try but now that I have received two different stories, I don't know now. One of my eyes looks really good however the other is a mess. The lashes are not straight, they don't cure up they lay to the side, certainly not the way my natural lashes looked prior to this service.I have followed all the instructions provided by the stylist to a "T" but it just doesn't see normal. I believe that the continuing cost for this service is not conducive for all, including me, but I wanted to try and if I liked it I would find a way to continue. At this point I feel like I would be going back every week to fill in all the lashes that have fallen out, this is not feasible for my budget. I will have to give this some serious thought whether or not to continue or maybe find another salon that may provide a better service.

My review would be 5 stars besides for my experience at checkout. I signed up for a membership at another location. I have been visiting this location for several months and never had an issue but on this visit they could not find my package on file. It is very frustrating to pay for a service and be asked to pay for it again knowing that you already paid for. I was told that it was a new staff member and they did not know how to pull my package from another shop. I would recommend that management ensures that all employees are trained on that process. The young lady at checkout was extremely nice about the situation but is very frustrating!!
