I've seen a few different lash stylists at Amazing Lash Studio but have never chosen to pay extra to see a master stylist. It is well worth the extra cost!! All the other times, my lashes would begin falling out within the first day or two (one or two at a time. NOT all of them). By the 2nd week I wouldn't have any lashes left. But paying just a little more to see a Master stylist and I am on week 3 with the majority of my lashes still in place. I have an appointment tomorrow to see her again and will only need to get a fill. Using a Master stylist is the way to go from now on.

I was having some sensitivity issues to the glue, and my lash tech did the right thing and took my lashes off to give my eyes time to heal (I hated to see them go but it was necessary). She is going to give my eyes a break and try again next week using sensitive glue. I appreciate her attentiveness.

I was not told upfront about an extra charge for any kind of volume. I do hybrid lashes. I get there and was told there was an extra charge for volume. It’s a basic fill in. What volume??? I happened to be a couple minutes late and when I showed up and the doors weren't even unlocked. One of the technicians was finishing a cigarette?/phone call and then finally unlocked the doors. My technician showed up maybe 3 min later, and still no front desk staff. My technician (Anastasia) did an amazing job as always, but with no front desk staff they had the door locked which was confusing to the next clients coming in after me. I'd suggest having a sign to put on the front door if thats the case in the future.

It was my first time getting a lash lift. My person was very professional but I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then waited 10 additional minutes after I finished for the lady in front to ring me up. I didn’t mind as it was Sunday but I could see that being a huge problem during the week. I will come back for extensions and see how that goes.

I had a great visit with Amazing Lash Biltmore, Sydney, and Jenny yesterday. Sydney (I think!) was at the front desk when I came in and while she was busy, she managed to still make conversation with those of us waiting and really was helpful with giving me all the info and getting me signed up for membership. It was my first time getting lash extensions, and Jenny handled my indecisiveness and then the constant stream of tears out of my left eye (ugh allergies!) like a pro! I felt right at home, like chatting with an old friend, and she gave great feedback and post-care info also! I appreciated that she told me why she placed them where she did, where my natural lashes were more sparse, other options like tinting and lift, etc. I wound up seriously being amazed by how good they look-I loveeee my lashes now!
