I walked in completely clue on what to ask for. All I knew is I wanted full, long lashes! And that's exactly what I got! I gotta give a big thanks to Mallory for that! I was also a few minutes late (which I know is a big no no, luckily it was only about 5 minutes). The studio and Mallory were both super understanding when I called to let them know! I am beyond satisfied with my lashes! I absolutely love them! Thank you Mallory!

Is my lashes on one eye started to come out two days after my last appt and i called but you dont have studios near my Florida zip code of 32054 so i had to wait to come back to Asheville. I was having some sensitivity issues to the glue, and my lash tech did the right thing and took my lashes off to give my eyes time to heal (I hated to see them go but it was necessary). She is going to give my eyes a break and try again next week using sensitive glue. I appreciate her attentiveness.

Every time I come I leave incredibly happy. I was not told upfront about an extra charge for any kind of volume. I do hybrid lashes. I get there and was told there was an extra charge for volume. It’s a basic fill in. What volume??? Overall had a pleasant first lash extension experience here. Clean facility and friendly staff. My only issue was my left outer corner lashes were applied here they kept twisting inward towards my eye. Next time I'll make sure to explain that I want them to sweep outward.

I happened to be a couple minutes late and when I showed up and the doors weren't even unlocked. One of the technicians was finishing a cigarette?/phone call and then finally unlocked the doors. My technician showed up maybe 3 min later, and still no front desk staff. My technician (Anastasia) did an amazing job as always, but with no front desk staff they had the door locked which was confusing to the next clients coming in after me. I'd suggest having a sign to put on the front door if thats the case in the future.

My appointment was moved from my usual technician Jeni to Ameron. Didn't find out until she came out and introduce herself. Would like a heads-up next time. On the positive Ameron was great. A very positive experience.

It was my first time getting a lash lift. My person was very professional but I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then waited 10 additional minutes after I finished for the lady in front to ring me up. I didn’t mind as it was Sunday but I could see that being a huge problem during the week. I will come back for extensions and see how that goes.

I had a great visit with Amazing Lash Biltmore, Sydney, and Jenny yesterday. Sydney (I think!) was at the front desk when I came in and while she was busy, she managed to still make conversation with those of us waiting and really was helpful with giving me all the info and getting me signed up for membership. It was my first time getting lash extensions, and Jenny handled my indecisiveness and then the constant stream of tears out of my left eye (ugh allergies!) like a pro! I felt right at home, like chatting with an old friend, and she gave great feedback and post-care info also! I appreciated that she told me why she placed them where she did, where my natural lashes were more sparse, other options like tinting and lift, etc. I wound up seriously being amazed by how good they look-I loveeee my lashes now! What i am a little frustrated with is that I had a fill in appointment on 11-13 and all but 2 of the lashes in my left eye had fallen off within 3 days. i made another appointment for 11-22 for another fill in as that is when i could get back. i dont feel like it is appropriate to have to go so i am hopeful that this last set last longer.
